Overall Experience
Mum and Dad were receiving care from Home Instead off and on from early 2023 to October 2025. Everyone in the team was professional and caring. The Carers were always punctual and reliable and they really seemed to care about my parents. Nothing was too much trouble. If I needed to speak to anyone in the office about anything it was easy to do. The team there were also extremely helpful. If I needed to increase hours from time to time it was always easy to arrange and straightforward.

I can thoroughly recommend Home Instead and I'm so grateful to them for their support with both my parents.

Overall Experience

We as a family, have found this service to be an effective alternative to a care home. It means that our relative can continue to live independently whilst being supported with various areas of her life, such as meals, washing, some cleaning, medication and socialising. The staff have effectively managed her needs and are skilled at negotiating with and supporting her.

I have found that Home Instead are a very caring company, to both me and my husband. I am having to leave them as my husband is going into residential care. If I ever need care, I would use them.

Overall Experience

I have been a client with Home Instead for the past 6 months. I have a carer twice a week to help me in the shower. I have 2 carers attending me and they are very professional and friendly. I look forward to the days when either of them are here. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for home care.

Overall Experience

The Home Instead team have been caring for my mother for 3 years. They also cared for my father until he passed away last year. In short, the whole team, carers, and back-office is outstanding. They have provided tailored support, combining empathy and rigour, throughout this time. At every stage, the care has evolved in-step with my parents' needs. Carers and back-office support my father in his final months with love and sensitivity. They have shown the same personal care, love and empathy looking after my mother as she has made the difficult transition to life without my father. A great strength has been the continuity of the team. They know her. She knows and trusts them. They have become an extension of the family.

Excellent care.
Worried that you wouldn't be able to find 2 permanent carers, but now seems to be solved.

I need a 1 montly receipt for insurance purposes.

Overall Experience

The Home Instead team came to our aid when we were looking to get my father out from hospital and back home. With very short notice, they put a package in place which enabled us to get him home the next day with a rota of care which continued for the next 3 months. We all came to rely on the team a lot and they went above and beyond to cater for his requests and timings, alongside the medical care provided both during the day shifts and particularly the overnight care. They became part of the family, and often I think he looked forward to talking to them as part of the visits more than anything. I would thoroughly recommend the Home Instead team.

We are more than happy with the care mum has received - It's been excellent from day one, the carers are lovely and mum has been very happy with them. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Instead.

Overall Experience
The Hoem Instead team are amazing! We have worked with them for over seven years, firstly with my mother who had dementia and now with my 94-year-old father who has needs that are consistently changing.

The entire team feel like family now, but remain totally professional at all times. Care plans are adapted and updated frequently and the care professionals are always ahead of the game. The app that is used gives me all the information I need to see that my father us being well looked after. They all go above and beyond the call of duty. A five-star company for sure.

Overall Experience

Having used another provider we had to change carer for my elderly mother. Not an easy task and we had a very small window of time to do so. Home Instead have provided excellent service and attention to detail. Resulting in a happy client. In comparison to previous care company, they are considerably more professional and attentive.

The care team were excellent in looking after all her needs in the final stages of her life and could not have done more. Two cares four times a day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Overall Experience
My father has been receiving care and support from Home Instead for a little under a year. From day one, I have been bowled over by the high level of professionalism and care shown by every member of the organisation. The office is highly efficient and maintains close contact with me on all matters concerning my father's care. This is a source of great comfort as I live overseas.
Dad really looks forward to the daily evening visit and the CarePro's do a phenomenal job, treating him as if he was a member of their family, always going above and beyond to accommodate his routine, likes and dislikes. Their visit reports on the app are excellent, informative and give me a firm feeling that he is in very good hands.

I can't speak highly enough about the quality of care that the Home Instead Team is providing and if I could rate them higher than five stars I would.

Overall Experience

We are very satisfied with the very efficient, professional and friendly services provided by Home Instead. Your care staff are beyond reproach. I assume reflecting the selection of caring staff by management. Our overall experience is surmounted by the friendliness of our visiting carers and their unstinting concern for the clients well being. The only observation I feel that I should make is the fact that even with given notice for holiday or hospital admissions, must still be paid in full.

Overall Experience
The team from Home Instead are excellent in their care of Dad. He is treated with dignity and the level of support is exceptional. It is heartwarming to see the rapport that each of the team has established with Dad.
I have huge peace of mind having seen the team at work, which is invaluable given I live in Ireland and can't be here in a short turnaround.

Given I am remote from the area the coordination and communication through the office team is also excellent. I consider that we are very lucky to be a client of Home Instead.
