When we signed up to Home Instead, they stepped up at very short notice. The managers met my father to understand fully his requirements. They have been very accommodating, particularly at the beginning when we needed more help. Once things settled down, they have visited my father daily, taking care of all requirements, from personal care, cleaning, preparing meals and providing company for my father. He has found the carers a great help and it has eased my worry. The app that is provided allows me to see daily reports on any issues, as well as see how my father is and what has been done. A great service that I would recommend to anyone.
Our first experience with Home Instead have been very pleasing. We have had only kindness and support from everyone who has been involved with help for my husband.

I highly recommend Home Instead Bolton for their exceptional and well-organised care for my Mum. They helped give our family complete peace of mind. Mum liked all her Caregivers. Calls were always on time, and staff regularly went above and beyond. Their personal care was outstanding, handling Mum's physical needs with dignity and gentleness. They managed her morning routines effortlessly, getting Mum up and helping her into the bath each day. In the evenings, they settled her comfortably, making a bedtime drink and helping her into bed. They looked after her house, hoovering, changing bedsheets weekly, and doing laundry. They assisted with nutrition, making sandwiches for lunch and feeding Mum. They even cared for Sophie her cat. The team kept Mum engaged by chatting to her and playing games even suggesting practical items like Velcro slippers. Administratively, they were excellent, offering great flexibility. With a clear management hierarchy, they are an ideal choice and fair value.

We first used Home Instead for a short period last year to cover a holiday, and didn't hesitate to return when we needed a longer-term care package. Every carer has been consistently friendly, kind, and compassionate, which gives us huge peace of mind knowing our mum is being so well looked after. Any queries have been handled promptly and any issues resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The level of detail in the app is incredibly helpful - right down to knowing exactly what she has eaten and drunk each day. Securing care for a loved one can feel daunting, but our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead.

My husband had a diagnosis of dementia and severe loss of memory. He was needing more care from me round the clock. My family arranged care with Home Instead and I found this a great relief. Wonderful service provided by the team, always more than happy to help and support. Take Mum shopping and my Mum always feel safe out with the team. Quickly learnt that mum has a sweet tooth. Rearrange calls no issue at all very accommodating.
I have received kind and consistently good care from all the care team allocated to me and for that I shall always be grateful. I have experienced progressive mobility and improving health due to their care that has far exceeded my expectations. The care taken in matching carer to patient has undoubtedly contributed to this and the friendships I feel I have made during this process has, without a doubt, contributed to my present, improved health and general feeling of wellbeing. For which I will always be grateful.
