Excellent service, very professional and always keep me informed of dad's care and welfare. the continuity of staff is extremely important to us especially with dad's early dementia. The office staff are always there to help with emergencies such as dad's hospital appointments and their monthly lunch meet up is a valuable addition that gets dad out meeting other people. Definitely recommend them!

Kind, caring staff. Very able to accommodate changes in schedule, ie attend appointments and arrange transport. Also very quick to respond to queries and requests, which is important as I do not live nearby. They also have an app where you can get more information about visits.

My husband has two companions during the week. He goes to the memory cafe with one who spends two hours with him and brings him back home afterwards. The second takes him out one afternoon a week so he can see the world, get his brain stimulated and ends up with a coffee in one of Lichfield's many cafes. He is always happy and bright when he comes home from both outings.

Like many families, our independent but increasingly vulnerable mum did not want "people coming into her house" but we persuaded her that she would enjoy the company and she really has. We recently introduced evening visits, which she welcomed without a murmur of resistance. Home Instead check she's had her medication and that food is in date, that her pendant alarm is charged and she has her next meal planned. They go for a walk with her, chat or play games. On good days they make her laugh but they also reassure her when she's not feeling well. They write a little report after each visit, which is invaluable for us, for peace of mind but it also helps us know what to ask mum about. Home Instead did say she wouldn't be without them after a few months and it's definitely the case. They allow mum to be her best self and retain the independence she fiercely guards. We are immensely grateful for all their support at a challenging time.

An excellent professional service, to assist my friend who had become weak and unfit after a prolonged hospital Stea. He was taken on daily walks, and very quickly recovered his Fitness and well-being improved tremendously. He very much enjoyed the intelligent conversation of the team during these walks.

Home Instead have provided care for my wife for last two years. She has dementia and is immobile. Sometimes, she can be difficult to deal with. I have the greatest respect for all the carers who have dealt with my wife and for the management and administrative support. Home Instead has been providing daily care visits for my father for several years now and without them he would not be able to remain living comfortably in his own home. The carers have become more like family to us and are friendly and efficient. They provide personal care needs, administer medication, prepare meals and ensure household jobs like laundry, making beds and emptying bins are completed. Communication with management is easy and enables us to adjust to ever changing care requirements, such as helping with showering and transport to and from health appointments. The minimum one hour visit allows for interactions between my father and carers to be unrushed and meaningful. My father's mobility is poor and he rarely leaves the house, so he really values seeing a friendly face (who isn't family!) and chatting about topics of interest.
