From the very beginning I knew I could trust Gerry and the team to look after mum. They visit mum every day and communicate with me via the app to share updates about the care visits. I know the carers to be a blend of professionalism, kindness and common sense. They understand mum's needs, respect
her, and step in when there's a crisis. Every time I've needed to ask a question, share concerns or ask for support, Gerry and Sally have been there on the end of the phone. They were able to match mum with carers that are most suited to her disposition. With the app it is reassuring to see how mum is each day, if she's eaten and how her mood is. I've met most of the staff and all of them have been very patient and kind. This means if I go away for a few days I can relax knowing they will be there, and also keep me informed if needed. I have nothing but praise for the team and have total confidence in them. Thank you for everything you do!!!

Home Instead provided us with a superb carer to take my husband with dementia to snooker. They matched him up with the perfect person who treated him with dignity and respect. Unfortunately my husband has now digressd so cannot use the service but I would have no hesitation recommending this company.

Finding a care agency I can trust implicitly with my father's well-being was a significant challenge. My father has Parkinsons Disease and requires assistance. Home Instead Northampton has been an absolute lifeline. The care manager and scheduler are highly responsive and professional, but it is the
frontline carers truly make the difference. They don't just 'perform tasks'; they build genuine relationships. Whether it's navigating complex medication schedules or accompanying my father on his beloved garden centre trips, they treat him with the dignity and respect he deserves. Their ability to coordinate with me across time zones and provide objective, strategic feedback has alleviated so much of my anxiety. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any family needing premium, reliable care for a loved one.

We have had some very nice carers from HomeInstead who have looked after my mum and helped her. The office team have been very good as well, as they had to at the last minute arrange a carer for mum due to staff sickness, and this was done really well and both mum and I are grateful for this service.
All their staff that we have come into contact with are really good and very kind with mum and we have got on with them well . So thank you for your continued help and support

Home Instead provided a care professional to provide companionship for my husband who was housebound. This service was greatly appreciated by us both and we looked forward to our carer coming every week. She had a cheery outlook and was very helpful and kind and we had a nice, friendly relationship
with her. Sadly my husband passed away, however, as I did not want to lose the carer, I decided to continue with the service for myself.

Home Instead cared for mum for a while earlier this year. Mum has dementia and several health and mobility issues .
At all times they were caring, compassionate and went above and beyond and treated mum with dignity and respect.
They spent time and took pains to get to know about mum and her life
and preferences and were happy to help in any way.
It was a great relief to have full confidence that mums Home Instead carers would look after her exactly as she wished.

Esjay was amazing with my mum. She took the time to really talk with her and built a genuine connection. My mum felt comfortable enough to open up to Esjay and share how frustrating it was for her to forget things.


They would often go out for a hot chocolate together, and those small outings meant

a lot. My mum genuinely looked forward to seeing Esjay-sometimes twice or even three times a week.


It was so reassuring to see someone treat my mum with such kindness, patience, and understanding. Esjay made a real difference to her wellbeing, and we are very grateful for the care and companionship she gave. The management was good too, very flexible with requirements when asked for additional time with my mum per week. Hope to avail services again soon , when my mum comes to visit.

I used the Ayr-based company site for a few days to allow me to visit family elsewhere. My husband had a twice daily visit to help with personal care and ensure he had meals cooked. He has always been a very private person as regards help but welcomed the carers and seemed to enjoy their company. If
he is happy with the care then I am happy. The assessment prior to the package starting was straightforward and the 2 people listened and used this information to help arrange the best for my husband. I appreciated the follow-up phone call and will certainly use the company again. As regards value for money- i have no idea how the prices compare with other companies but i realise they will all be expensive. However, i feel this is what we pay for to have peace of mind that someone is being cared for properly and with dignity.

Home instead provides an excellent service. It is professionally run and the communication between them and us is faultless. The carers are kind, caring and willing to do anything Mum requires. Their daily visits have reassured her and provided a much needed regular point of contact. We are delighted
with all they do for our Mum.
