They've also supported us when we've needed a break, giving my sister and me real peace of mind.
Lindsay and the South Lanarkshire team, including Aimee, are fantastic. New carers are introduced with care and patience, helping our brother feel comfortable and build trust.
What stands out most is how well they listen to and remember his preferences, consistently applying them in their care.
