The carers for my sister are wonderful. They are so friendly and helpful. They help her to get ready every morning and she really looks foreward ti their visit. Having them take care of her puts my mind at rest and is invaluable. We would not be able to do without them.

Without Home Instead, I don't know where I'd be. I have now built up the confidence to go out and about. I'm eating properly again, and my confidence is coming back. I am enjoying their company every morning as well. They are friendly, and I always have the same care professionals. I can always ring the office for support if needed.

The notes on the app are really helpful, not only letting me know what has been done but any potential issues. Mum and myself are very happy with Home Instead. She enjoys the care professionals and appreciates all they do for her. She enjoys chatting with them and values the times and calls more than she thought. It's a weight off my mind thinking about it.

Home Instead has been fantastic with Mum, especially after having a bad experience with the previous company. They have filled Mum's life with lots of laughter, songs and fish feeding, going beyond the standard of care that Mum needed daily. I can't thank the team enough. As one gets older and health goes downhill, especially with things you've never heard of, you realise what life is after losing partners. Since I've had care professionals from Home Instead visiting me, there's light at the end of the tunnel! When my regular young lady walks into the room, it's like the Sun coming out on a rainy day. The professionalism of the staff is first class.

I know it's been a while since I lost my nan and grandad but I would like to say what amazing care they received for the last three years from Home Instead which also supported the family at the sad time I lost my nan and grandad; always there to support the family. I have always been very happy with Home Instead, they match the carer with the service user. Mum is very happy with the service, which makes me happy and I can relax and not worry. Any concerns are easily addressed and it is very reassuring to know that if the caregivers have a concern they can contact me direct or if I have a query or concern it will be dealt with professionally and easily. Although I have to say I have never had a cause for concern.

I have been using the service for over a year now. I am very satisfied at the present time they provide company for my partner for 4 hours on a Friday. In the past, I have arranged for an hour extra on a Monday morning. Their office is neat and can call in an emergency.

Generally the care provided is satisfactory. Carers often late even when first call of the day requested.
