Overall Experience

Good, caring support and help. I enjoy the company of the carers and the ability to go out shopping, and their support with my activities. I have, through time, built up friendships and trust with several carers, which is good for my wellbeing. Showing me empathy and respect, and I love to have a fun

time with fun carers who have the same sense of humour as I do.

Overall Experience

The carer I usually have knows where everything is and is very fast worker.
It was a great help being taken to a medical appointment, especially with shopping for another important item. The housework enables me to live in tidiness.

Overall Experience

On leaving hospital and rehab after several weeks my family arranged for Home Instead to help my recovery. I can honestly say the staff have been absolutely wonderful, always prompt, reliable, friendly and willing to help me in every way, towards my successful recovery. Thank you everyone.

Overall Experience

The service provided is excellent by both carers and office staff. All the carers are professional and show warmth and kindness, always willing to please.
The agency responds immediately to any calls made regarding changes made to daily routines, putting Mum's welfare a priority. I would have no issues

Overall Experience

It is coming up to 2 years since Home Instead have been involved in mum's care and we are extremely satisfied with all aspects. Every member of the team is professional and personable and nothing is too much trouble. Any concerns, queries or changes are always addressed promptly by the managers and

regular checks ensure consistency and continuity. The app has also been a good service and provides a thorough record of daily visits- it has been helpful to refer back to for comments about health issues that have changed over time.The carer that has come to mum the longest has built up an excellent relationship and rapport and can lift mum's spirits and have a laugh. She knows how to encourage mum to eat even when she wouldn't do it for us, she is kind and considerate and has become almost part of the family. The two carers who also come from time to time are fantastic too and have their own skill set and are particularly happy and friendly people who keep mum fully engaged.

My husband and I have been using Home Instead for 16 months+ and we are highly satisfied with the agency.
Management were so professional when we first contacted the agency and we immediately knew that we could trust them to give us the much needed support that we required.
The care/companionship

staff members have all been excellent. They are always punctual, extremely polite and very efficient. The standard of care for my husband is fantastic.
On occasions, when I have required extra help, the agency have pulled out all of the stops to ensure that I have got it.
An all round superb care agency.

Overall Experience

My experience with Home Instead is proving to be extremely beneficial, as my companion is imaginative in her choice of activities, which we carry out together. Including on good weather days, we explore our local surroundings, which are of wide interest to both of us. On bad weather days; there are

a large number of board games in my house. We are both learning & teaching each other, asd we play, which proves much pleasure & lots of laughter. My Home Instead companion is always friendly & considerate. We get on well together & I am thankful that Home Instead matched me so well with this companion; we are enjoying our friendship.

We started using Home Instead very recently and they have been fantastic. From first contact, to them coming out and assessing the home and showing the carers round the house.
The carers working with my Mum are professional, friendly, caring, kind and so hard working, they wanted everything to be just

It is annoying when the timing of the visits keep changing. The quality of care given by different carers is very variable. I was really unhappy that I was charged double at Christmas for care I did not receive as I had gone into a home for a fortnight.

The care I have received from home instead over this past 12 months is top quality. I have been made to feel confident again and like me again since having a stroke aged 29. My carers have become a group of friends that I didn't know I needed.

My Father has needed to make the transition from the family, and predominantly myself, taking care of him.
Due to a medical condition we decided to engage with Home Instead East Lancashire to support us.
This has been the best decision for all of us, and most importantly, my Father. Due to the sensitive

The home service enables my mum to remain at home and promotes her dignity, independence and safety. The communication and support to both the service user and family is excellent.
