The management team have always been available when we have had queries and where we have occasionally raised issues, these have been dealt with promptly.
Pricing is perhaps at the higher end of the scale, but our experience was that it was worth it.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this reply. It has been a pleasure to look after mum these last two years and I hope she is enjoying her new home but she will be missed by all at Home Instead.

Unfortunately, recruitment and retention in the care sector are extremely challenging and we have put measures in place to help aid these for example increasing the hourly pay rate and introducing an evening and weekend enhancement. We have restructured the office and have a new Care Manager in place. I hope that these improvements will be reflected in your service.
