The carers from Home Instead are amazing, they treat my Mum and Dad with respect and have gone above and beyond what I expected of them. They are professional, kind, friendly and cheerful, Mum and Dad look forward to their daily visit. I have peace of mind that Mum and Dad are being looked after and want to thank the whole team!!!

Our three carers are really friendly and amenable and it's a pleasure to welcome them into our home. They are always ready to help with whatever task we ask of them and look after my husband with a smile on their faces.

I needed live in carer whilst waiting for an operation on my knee, when the call came to go in for op. The carer came with me & saw me settled. Op went well, but due to low blood pressure had to stay an extra 2 days. On the day home, my leg became swollen carer organised a doctor & ambulance for a one night stay in hospital, came out next a.m. with medication for thrombosis. My full time carer went for the next job & my local Home Instead came for 2 weeks. 3 times a day, lovely carers and excellent service all round.

The management team encourage and welcomes communication and care that is helpful at all times.

Boundaries between H.I, management, and clients seem confused, felt as if I was treated as a member of staff rather than a paying client

Home Instead were always professional and courteous. Staff were generally lovely and very caring. Some were exceptional in the care shown towards mum. We wouldn't hesitate recommending them or using them again should we need care.

The management have always been quick to help sort out any problems, and the staff are always genuinly pleasant and efficient. Their visits are not only necessary but also a pleasure.

One last thought, when we were looking at care providers in 2023, a few people had commented that HI are "quite expensive". In our experience, you get what you pay for. All the staff are caring, committed and professional, and went above and beyond whenever we needed them to. You will be able to find cheaper. I doubt you wil be able to find better. Overall, cannot recommend HI highly enough.

I have been very happy in the way I have been cared for. The carers were kind and cheerful and always on time. I had a variety of carers and each one was helpful and ready to do everything I asked of them. My congratulations to them all.

The carers at Home Instead are excellent. They have been really good with both mum and dad. Dad has alzheimers and vascular dementia and they have been lovely with him and very understanding about his condition.

They have helped prepare meals at lunch time and will do any jobs mum asks them to. They are also very good at listening and good for my mum to talk to if she has been having any problems with dad.

Very pleased with the care my brother receives from Home Instead. Everyone I have come into contact with has been professional, friendly and willing to help. I live over a 100 miles from my brother and it gives me peace of mind to know that he is well looked after. He loves the ladies who go to care for him. So glad I found this care company.

My uncle has dementia and needed extra care to allow him to continue to living at home. We used Home Instead from Aug 25 until Jan 26, when he moved to a care home. I was impressed with the carers, who not only carried out their duties, but showed care and understanding. My uncle couldn't have been in better hands, and we were kept updated via the app, and, when appropriate or necessary, direct phone calls. I would thoroughly recommend Home Instead.

My brother has been struggling with Dementia and Home Instead provided care/support to him up until recently when his condition worsened and as he lives alone we moved him into full time care. However, Homeinstead have been supporting us for the last 12 months. The carers were particularly good and as well as supporting him with light household tasks they also provided social support by taking him out once per week which he really enjoyed. I would highly recommend Home Instead as it gives you a certain amount of piece of mind. I lived 200 miles away so it was very helpful that they could take him to appointments if I couldn't get there. They would also contact me if they had any concerns or questions they needed me to answer.
