The management have always been quick to help sort out any problems, and the staff are always genuinly pleasant and efficient. Their visits are not only necessary but also a pleasure.

We truly value your support and look forward to continuing to assist you in the future.
I have been very happy in the way I have been cared for. The carers were kind and cheerful and always on time. I had a variety of carers and each one was helpful and ready to do everything I asked of them. My congratulations to them all.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I will pass on this lovely feedback to the carers.
My dad is a naturally funny man, and the carers absolutely love spending time with him. They meet all his personal care needs-and so much more. Bringing this lovely team of carers into his life was the best decision I've made.
His sense of humor has returned, and he genuinely looks forward to his twice-daily visits.
Thank you for your wonderful review about Home Instead. We're so pleased to hear that our carers have made such a positive difference for both you and your dad.
It's lovely to know he enjoys the visits and that his sense of humour has returned. Providing not only care but also companionship is...
Very friendly person, cannot praise her too highly.

Prior to that date, I would not have "settled in" without youselves.

We're sorry to hear that you feel the care has not been as good since...
My uncle has dementia and needed extra care to allow him to continue to living at home. We used Home Instead from Aug 25 until Jan 26, when he moved to a care home. I was impressed with the carers, who not only carried out their duties, but showed care and understanding. My uncle couldn't have been in better hands, and we were kept updated via the app, and, when appropriate or necessary, direct phone calls. I would thoroughly recommend Home Instead.
Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review. It was our pleasure caring for your Uncle. I will pass on your kind words to the team.
My brother has been struggling with Dementia and Home Instead provided care/support to him up until recently when his condition worsened and as he lives alone we moved him into full time care. However, Homeinstead have been supporting us for the last 12 months. The carers were particularly good and as well as supporting him with light household tasks they also provided social support by taking him out once per week which he really enjoyed. I would highly recommend Home Instead as it gives you a certain amount of piece of mind. I lived 200 miles away so it was very helpful that they could take him to appointments if I couldn't get there. They would also contact me if they had any concerns or questions they needed me to answer.
Thank you for writing such a positive review. The Care Professionals that visited your Brother had nothing but lovely things to say about him and he will be missed. We are happy that we were able to provide you some peace of mind. I will share this lovely review review with the team, thank you again.
The carers and team at Home Instead Rochdale have been great. They are available to speak to whenever I call and are very friendly and professional. They try to fit in with any hours we request and are prompt about sorting it out. My sister seems very happy to have their company and they carry out their work thoroughly. Overall they are a pleasure to work with.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a wonderful review. It is our pleasure to support your Sister and I know the Care Professionals enjoy their visits. I will pass on these kind words to the team. Thank you once again for this lovely review.

All forms of communication are excellent from text email phone calls and personnel visits.
Mum has received a high standard of care from the start. We are informed through the app about how visit has gone.
The girls are very patient as mum isn't easy but they treat her with respect and dignity.
We are extremely happy with all services provided from home instead.
They have put us at ease whilst we are at work.No ask is to big and work very closely with family to keep continuity of care first rate.
A massive thankyou to all those involved you truly are amazing.

I have no problems this year with the office sending other carers without informing me.
Thank you for taking your time to complete this review. We are glad that you have a built a great relationship with your care professional and I know she really enjoys visiting you.
They are helping mum to maintain her independence as much as possible whilst giving some peace of mind to my sister and myself.
It's not an easy task dealing with mum, who can be quite stubborn and bolshy, and the care and compassion they show to her is fantastic. The plus side is that mum seems to respond well to them and accepts their help.
One carer is particular has been a godsend.
They also listen to requests from us and are quick to identify if mum needs anything additional.
With both myself and sister working full time it eases the workload, if not the guilt of not being able to do more.
Thank you so much, we appreciate all the help and support you have given mum and us.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this lovely review. It's great to see the relationship building between Mum and the Carers and that we can support you and your sister to feel more at ease. I will pass on the feedback the team.
All the care staff and office staff have been brilliant, mum and dad have been so happy, mum always looked lovely and clean. I know it wasn't always easy to get her out of bed and into the shower especially on a cold morning. I would love to name you all but would hate to miss someone out.
The reports have been detailed and it's been nice to read how mum is each day Mum and Dad thought the world of you all. It's the reason why mum stayed at home so long.
If mum returns home or dad needs care we will be getting in touch again. A massive big thank you from all the family.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this lovely review. It was a pleasure caring for Mum. We are always here if you need anything in the future.
The consultation process gathered information on Dad's personal care requirements and background information on Dad and his interests. We were nervous before the first visit but the carer was a delight and put everyone at ease and treated Dad in such a caring manner.
The personal care is provided in such a way as to maintain Dad's privacy and independence as much as possible and is never hurried. All of the carers have been well trained and if something needs doing get on with it e.g. if the sheets or clothes need changing. When I had dropped Dad's razor, it was the carer who pointed out that the foil was damaged. The team have all been lovely people and provided companionship to both Dad and my stepmum.
We now see the positives of care: support with Dad's needs, reducing the burden on my stepmum and the companionship. I have recommended the team to friends.
Thank you for your kind words and taking the time to leave this review. It means a lot to us that you trusted us to care for Dad and that he now sees the positives of care. I will pass on this review to the carers, who will appreciate it.
They are more than companion/carers and have become real friends. They are very willing and will do anything she asks them to do from cleaning to changing bed linen to taking her out for walks and visiting interesting places. They usually have a coffee on the way too!
We are very grateful to Home Instead for providing such a splendid service. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this lovely review. The carers look forward to visiting your Sister and enjoy coming up with new places to go. I will pass on this review to the carers as I know they will appreciate your kind words.
Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this lovely review. It is our pleasure caring for Mum and great to hear that it has given you more freedom. I will pass on the feedback to the care professionals that visit Mum.
My mum is 78 years young. She has a few illnesses and is getting very forgetful and confused. She is prescribed a lot of different medications throughout the day which can be stressful and time consuming for me to administer. Home instead come in 3 times a day and make sure she takes the correct meds at the appropriate times. I have found them to be very trustworthy and informative to my mums needs in the moment. They are also very flexible when my mum needs to go to hospital appointments and will work around her schedule if required. All in all very well organised, and meticulous care providers. Thank you.
Thank you for your review. It is an absolute pleasure supporting Mum, she is such a lovely lady and the carers really enjoy visiting her. I will pass on this feedback to the Care Professionals.
The carers are excellent and have provided a first class service despite the horrendous weather conditions they have battled through snow and ice to ensure that my mum had consistent care, the support staff have also been brilliant keeping me fully updated and dealing very effeciently with any requests I have made. I feel confident that my mum is in capable hands, knowing that she is safe and secure and professionally looked after makes all the difference I can now start to breath again !
Thank you for this lovely review, the team enjoy visiting your Mum. It is our absolute pleasure and it's great to know that it has given you and family time to breath again. I will pass on your kind words to the team.
I highly recommend this company to anyone who has doubts about letting strangers into your loved one's home, they become friends and a lifeline to them.
Them going into Mum during the week gives me peace of mind whilst I am at work, they ring me or leave a note if anything needs doing or mum isn't 100%.
Thank you for leaving such a lovely review. I have shared this with the team who really enjoy visiting Mum and their little adventures out.
She is always on time and I am grateful for her care of me.

Meet the Team (6)
As the owner of Home Instead Rochdale, my focus is on the service first and the business second as I want to provide a quality service that I would be happy to use for myself and my family.
I have a daughter who used to live with me in Hebden Bridge but she has now flown the nest. When I am not dedicating my time to Home Instead, I enjoy hill walking- especially in the Lake District, spending time in my vegetable garden and looking after my chickens. I also love cooking, but it is really just an excuse to listen to football on the radio and to drink red wine!
My name is Beth and I am the Operations Manager. My role is to effectively coordinate all day-to-day operations and lead a team of Key Players to proactively manage the needs of the clients and Care Professionals whilst keeping our quality of care at the highest level.
Hello, my name is Rebecca, and I am the Care Manager at Home Instead Rochdale. After graduating from university in 2020, I started working for Home Instead. I have recently obtained my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.
I thoroughly enjoy the work I do at Home Instead as we enable individuals to remain in their homes for as long as they would like. My favourite part of the job is setting up new care packages and seeing the positive difference our service can make!
I live locally with my cats, Tillie and Lunar. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and going out for food, especially Italian food!
I’m Kim and I’m the Scheduler in our team. Day to day I am responsible for coordinating the carers and the clients and ensuring everyone knows where they need to be and when. I thoroughly enjoy the challenges that my role presents me with and even more so as it is for a company that I respect and am proud to work for.
I live in Bacup with my husband Jon, my two young boys Jack and Charlie and my daughter Rosie; my children are in infant school and nursery so outside of work I am busy looking after them and our cat Rodders! I love food, especially cheese, and love going camping in our tent as often as possible. My favourite holiday is our annual drive to the south of France to see my French family; it takes two days but the children love the journey!
I’m Joanne, I am the networker at Home Instead, Rochdale. I cover Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale to raise awareness of the high-quality services we provide. The role enables me to spend time building and developing community relationships with other agencies, community services and local groups.
I have always worked directly with the public. I have spent the last 16 years of my career working in the care sector with varied experience in Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Carer Support. I find my role exciting and rewarding, particularly engaging with the whole community and providing support wherever I can.
I was born in Rochdale and live locally. I have two teenage daughters and a cat, they all keep me very busy. When I get a chance to relax (in between being a mum taxi) I enjoy going to the theatre and I also volunteer at local am-dram societies.
Hi, I’m Lisa and I look after recruitment and training here at Home Instead, Rochdale My role covers recruitment, retention and training.
I enjoy meeting people and following their progress from application through to induction/training to becoming a CARE Professional. It's really rewarding to see our staff develop their confidence and skills.
