The carers from Home Instead are amazing, they treat my Mum and Dad with respect and have gone above and beyond what I expected of them. They are professional, kind, friendly and cheerful, Mum and Dad look forward to their daily visit. I have peace of mind that Mum and Dad are being looked after and want to thank the whole team!!!
Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're delighted to hear that your mum and dad have such a great relationship with all of their care professionals and always look forward to their visits.
We'd also like to thank you for the wonderful time we recently spent with your mum and dad. It was...
Our three carers are really friendly and amenable and it's a pleasure to welcome them into our home. They are always ready to help with whatever task we ask of them and look after my husband with a smile on their faces.
What a wonderful review. We will make sure to let our Care Professionals know your positive comments. Thank you for taking the time to write this review. All the Care Professionals that visit your husband - to give you some respite - really enjoy their visits. Thank you once again.
Issues with arriving on time variable – more time between calls would be reasonable.
Recruitment & Retention of staff appears to be an issue – Introduced to unsuitable staff for my husband's care needs, plus staff who don’t commit to Home Instead.
Boundaries between H.I, management, and clients seem confused, felt as if I was treated as a member of staff rather than a paying client
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely pleased to hear your positive comments about the care provided by our Care Professionals and the dignity and support your husband receives.
We are sorry, however, that aspects of your recent experience did not meet the high...
The carers supporting my elderly mother have been fantastic from day one, taking time to understand her needs, routines, and even her little quirks. Their kindness has made her feel comfortable and valued, and their professionalism shines through every visit. They've built a lovely rapport with her, and we couldn't ask for
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are delighted to hear that your mother has felt so comfortable, valued, and well supported by our care professionals from the very beginning.
Taking the time to truly understand each person's individual needs, routines, and personality is so important to us, so it's wonderful to know this has made such a positive difference.
The carers at Home Instead are excellent. They have been really good with both mum and dad. Dad has alzheimers and vascular dementia and they have been lovely with him and very understanding about his condition.
They have helped prepare meals at lunch time and will do any jobs mum asks them to. They are also very good at listening and good for my mum to talk to if she has been having any problems with dad.
We're so pleased to hear that our care professionals have been able to support both your mum and dad.
It's lovely to hear that they've been helping with meals, household tasks, and giving your mum someone to talk to we know how important that support is for families. You're right, we have a...

We have used the services of Home Instead (Salford) for almost 3 years now. My mother's needs have changed fairly significantly over the last few months and the care she has required has increased. This has involved a good deal of interaction with the Administration at HomeInstead. They have been understanding and superbly efficient at dealing with all requests. I am so impressed with the communication and how they keep me constantly updated on all arrangements.
I'm not sure where we as a family, but particularly our mother would be without HomeInstead.
It truly means a lot to hear how supported you and your family feel, and that our Care Professionals have shown such compassion, respect, and dedication in caring for your mother while helping her maintain her dignity. Your kind words about the team and the standard of care will mean a great deal...

Overall the management, staff and care/support team have been very helpful from start to finish and it has given me peace of mind that my brother is being cared for with respect and professionalism. I would most definitely recommend this home care provider to others who are seeking homecare help for their loved ones.

We are delighted that your brother is enjoying the support of our Care Professional. We hope this does give you peace of mind and eases some of the pressure. Thank you once again for this fabulous review.
We found ourselves in need of short notice care for my father. Jem and the team were up and running and looking after him within 3 days of us giving them the go ahead and he now has a daily visit along with shopping and social activities.
The care and service has been excellent in the three weeks since then and myself and my father are extremely happy with Home Instead and all the carers.
Thank you for such a complimentary and positive review. We try very hard to exceed expectations and we aim every day to be responsive. Responsiveness, reliability, passion, and professionalism ensure that outstanding care takes place and trust builds very quickly. Time is precious and we are grateful to you for making time to write such a lovely review. Thank you.
The ladies that look after dad are so lovely. They treat him like a king. He feels very well looked after and I feel very comfortable having them there. I'm confident to leave his medication with them to organise each day and it's a huge weight off my mind having them around.
Thank you for such a lovely review. We are pleased that you trust us with your fathers care and that he feels comfortable with his matched care professionals - I know our care professionals really enjoy his company too. He has a wonderful smile that lights up every room and his weekly dancing...
Home Instead began visiting her daily, helping with everyday tasks such as making breakfast and keeping the house tidy. Over time, she built a genuine bond with her Care Professional. With their support, she slowly began to regain her confidence. She started going out on short walks with a walker, and even returned to doing her own shopping in the supermarket, something that meant so much to her. These moments were incredibly special for our family after everything she had been through.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a wonderful review. We love good news stories and to know that the work we do each and every day achieves great results and enhances the lives of our wonderful Clients and their families. Equally important is that our Care Professionals enjoy their time...
I have found Home Instead to be a professional company offering a first class service. They listen to the needs of my mother and go that extra mile to ensure they are met leaving her and the family with peace of mind.
Thank you for writing such a positive review. Sometimes it takes a while for a client to settle in to a new routine and accepting help can be harder for some than others. However, once a routine is set and there is a positive personality match, things settle down. We do listen to our clients and...
Home Instead have provided a professional and very personable service for nearly two years. We cannot fault them on their reliability and the support the care workers provide. They have been invaluable in supporting and giving us guidance. I fully recommend them.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a wonderful review. We try hard every day to make the lives of our clients and their family members as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Our Care Professionals love and respect their clients and stive to give the best experience possible at each...
Thank you so much for caring for my Mum. The two ladies were marvellous - caring and efficient and trustworthy. The difference between the Home Instead carers and the NHS carers is unbelievable - Home Instead carers are so much better. They enabled me to have peace of mind.
Thank you so much for this wonderful review. All our Care Professionals that visited your mum, always spoke highly of her and always enjoyed their visits. We really appreciate you taking the time to write this review. Care receives so much bad press and here at Home Instead we want to show that...
From an admin perspective, the onboarding and billing process was clearly communicated.
My dad is already getting so much out of his twice weekly visits and it gives me and my brother so much peace of mind. You can't put a price on that!
What a wonderful review. We have visited this week to check that all is well. Two weeks have flown by. We are delighted to report that dad is very happy with our service and he loves his Care Professionals. Early days, I know, but from experience our Clients enjoy visits more and more. Support,...
I was having major surgery and needed someone reliable to care of my mum and dad whilst I was in hospital and for the recovery period. I am my parents main carer and as such I needed to be sure that they were in good hands. I had seen home instead advertised on TV. I called in to see them and I was not disappointed with the process from the start. Care has been phenomenal and the carers are really nice. The piece of mind knowing my parents are safe, happy and well taken care of has aided my recovery. Thank you to all involved. As this was short term care only I would have no hesitation of using them again should the need arise. I would also recommend them to my friends too.
Thank you for such a wonderful review. We always try and exceed expectations in every way and we are delighted that the support we offered your parents aided your recovery too. Everyone from Home Instead thoroughly enjoyed visiting your parents and of course you too! Now that you have had a taste...
The staff are always ready to help. I've found it to be just what I needed + I definitely think it's value for money.
Thank you for your lovely comments. Our ladies enjoy their time with you and are always happy to help and support in any way needed. Companionship, chat and shopping are always popular activities. All our Care Professionals look forward to seeing you and enjoy sharing many varied stories. Thank you once again for taking the time to write such a positive a review.

Meet the Team (11)
My name is Susan Robinson, and I am the owner of Home Instead Salford and Worsley. I have lived and worked in Salford all my life, and I am immensely proud to be part of this vibrant and ever-changing city.
Although I have owned and managed two exciting businesses in the past, more recently I have volunteered and worked in several primary schools in Salford. A large proportion of my time involved developing relationships between the school, families and the wider community. My passion for community development grew very quickly, and I had no intention of changing my career path.
However, I needed some support from my mum when we were going on holiday in August 2015. It was at this time that I was introduced to Home Instead Senior Care. I was amazed at the culture and ethos of the company. Love, care and compassion are at the heart of the Home Instead philosophy. When I realised that there was an opportunity in Salford to support individuals in their own homes, where they are most happy and comfortable, I grabbed it with both hands.
