The care are all very kind and efficient and have made a big difference to my life. I heartily recommend this company.

I found the carers friendly and easy to work with. Many of them seemed to anticipate my needs when my arm was in plaster. Gradually they have given me the opportunity to do things for myself. I shall miss their company but I thank them all for being here when I could do little for myself. I am grateful to the company also that care was arranged so quickly.

We are very grateful for the excellent level of care provided to our mum. There has been great continuity of care with a small team of very caring carers. They have become friends. They provide 2 hour break cover in which they prepare a sandwich lunch, which mom likes. Then they go for a walk or listen to some music. Communication from the company is excellent if ever a carer has a slight delay or a change of carer is planned. Regular review meetings are thorough, and the care plan is adjusted with changing needs. Thank you for all your care.

My mum started with just a weekly visit from Home Instead as she was very wary of having anyone come in. She found she loved the extra help and as she became more frail we increased the visits to one per day. The carers built up excellent relationships with her. She liked just having a few carers and trusted them like family. Recently she needed 3 visits a day at short notice and Home Instead juggled everything to make this happen. Sadly she has now had to go into a nursing home as she needed care at night too, but we will always be grateful to the carers at Home Instead who really did care.

The office team were always welcoming, responsive & efficient & I always knew Mum was in safe hands. I always felt part of a team working together to help Mum live the best life she could.

I cannot fault the care and service they have provided.

I have always found staff friendly and helpful. Whenever I need to re-arrange a visit it is always dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. When reviews are taken it gives me an opportunity to discuss any new ideas or changes.

Have only recently used Home Instead so difficult to give a comprehensive review but the staff we have dealt with, one manager and one care worker, have been very good. Hope to gain more experience of the service in the future.

My wife's carer is excellent and the back up help is also excellent. Always helpful on rearranging times when needed. I would recommend the home care to anyone in need with confidence. Overall the the ser vice is excellent

The carers who visit my aunt are very thorough and attentive, which is a challenge because my aunt is quite deaf. I feel confident that they provide a friendly and reliable service.

Home Instead provided exceptional care for my Mum over a very challenging year. All the carers were kind, professional and treated her with dignity, respect and a healthy dose of humor. The management staff were excellent too and I would recommend Home Instead 100%.

They were also a godsend when my father passed away sorting out what needed to be done. I don't know how we would have coped without them.

My family and I are beyond grateful to the Home Instead caregivers and office staff for the dedicated, professional way that they looked after my parents in their bungalow over a period of six years - making it possible for them both to, ultimately, pass away in their comfortable home (albeit just over two years apart).

The kindness of the caregivers knew no bounds, and someone was always available in the office to respond to, and support us with, any changing situations (especially health-wise) that elderly people almost inevitably experience.

I can honestly say that we could not have coped without the Home Instead team from a practical point of view but, additionally, the friendship they gave Mum and Dad (for example - playing Scrabble, helping with crosswords, chatting together) ensured that daily life for my parents was varied and interesting.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead to anyone looking for professional, caring, in-home support.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful Home Instead have been and the reassurance they brought to my mum and our family. After sadly experiencing poor care with previous companies and seeing the negative effect that had on my mum, finally having a company that truly care about your loved one was life changing. My mum transformed, it was a joy to see how much she adored her carers and they felt the same. It was important for us that Mum had the same carers, who really got to know her and her routine and I was very pleased to hear that it was just as important to the Home Instead staff. I didn't need to worry anymore about how Mum would be treated, safe in the knowledge that she was receiving the best possible care and I could step away. In my opinion Home Instead are the gold standard of care and I only wish that we had them from the start. The carers became like family to us. Home Instead genuinely care about their clients and nothing is too much trouble. We are so grateful to them all.

Cannot fault home instead. My mums carers were all outstanding & actually cared.we used them for at least 4 years, possibly longer. Not only are the hands on carers brilliant but the office staff really do go above & beyond to help & support with healthcare communication & general advice on care & future steps. Can't praise them highly enough
