My husband had a diagnosis of dementia and severe loss of memory. He was needing more care from me round the clock. My family arranged care with Home Instead and I found this a great relief. My carer was young and very helpful to us both, she helped with various house hold tasks and became a lovely companion, firstly to my husband and then to me.

The care are all very kind and efficient and have made a big difference to my life. I heartily recommend this company.

I found the carers friendly and easy to work with. Many of them seemed to anticipate my needs when my arm was in plaster. Gradually they have given me the opportunity to do things for myself. I shall miss their company but I thank them all for being here when I could do little for myself. I am grateful to the company also that care was arranged so quickly.

We are very grateful for the excellent level of care provided to our mum. There has been great continuity of care with a small team of very caring carers. They have become friends. They provide 2 hour break cover in which they prepare a sandwich lunch, which mom likes. Then they go for a walk or listen to some music. Communication from the company is excellent if ever a carer has a slight delay or a change of carer is planned. Regular review meetings are thorough, and the care plan is adjusted with changing needs. Thank you for all your care.

Given me more courage to be more independent for most of the time. Carers are all wonderful!!!

Home Instead supported our mother for three years and we were always very happy with the service provided. The care professionals were always kind and sensitive to Mum's practical and emotional needs and she enjoyed their visits and their company. The office team and the administrative arrangements were always efficient and responsive. They were always very accommodating when changes to Mum's care needed to be made and always very prompt at letting us know if there were any changes from their side. I would highly recommend them.
