Excellent service. All the carers are marvellous and nothing is too much trouble when asked to do a job.

The style of management is perfect to suit my own approach to life. The carers and management, in my opinion, are a cut above that of other companies I have experienced.

Home Instead is the best Care Agency I have ever had. The managers took a careful assessment of my needs prior to sending carers. They personally introduced the carers I was going to have. I have two main carers who cover the week with another as backup if one or other is away. Each week, Home Instead sends me a schedule stating the carer and time they will arrive within my agreed time slot of 8am-8.45am. Two weeks notice has to be given of any changes needed by me. If a carer is unable to arrive within 15 mins of the scheduled time, the office phones to inform me of expected time of arrival. Each of the carers are friendly and responsible and has high standards. The minimum length of my visit has to be not less than an hour, which means I do not feel rushed and there is plenty of time for me to organise the various things I need them to do. The carers appreciate not feeling rushed and also that between visits they are given time and mileage allowance.

After using another agency to provide care for both my mum and dad, we switched as the care provided was very unsatisfactory. Home Instead is the agency we now use and the staff have been of a much higher calibre. They treat both my mum and dad with care and respect, they understand and meet their needs and record everything they do. We rely on them to report any concerns, management is friendly and we don't hesitate to speak to them to request more support when needed or to change arrangements to suit mum and dad. An excellent all round service.

We recently took her away for a family wedding and then to stay with her niece.

Circumstances meant that we changed the timings of events but these were accommodated well.

On return, we met one of her carers with whom we were very impressed. My aunt is clearly very well liked by her and it was so good to see them reacting together in a loving and caring way. When you live so far away from a vulnerable relative it is so reassuring to know that they are in safe hands and obviously well cared for.

I work in an environment where I frequently meet carers from various walks of life and it is sad to say that some of them simply do not care and so to witness the polar opposite was heartwarming.

Thank you, team, for the wonderful work you do in allowing patients such as my aunt to remain living in their homes knowing that they are safe and well cared for.

I have been with the agency for about three years and am well satisfied with the service provided both by carers and administrative staff.
