What a truly lovely review to read - this one gives me an extra layer of pride! I remember doing your mum's very first consultation and instantly taking a real shine to her (and to your family!). I was so delighted when you came on board, and hearing that she's still getting on so well with the team just makes me over the moon. It's wonderful to know that the visits have become such a bright part of her day, and I'm so glad the whole team - from our amazing Care Pros to the office crew - have been able to support her so warmly. The management contacts me by telephone if any minor
I tend to have the carers week by week and I know them well. They are warm and friendly, and always show concern about my wellbeing.
In my situation I do not feel it necessary to write a more detailed account of my experience with Home Instead, but I am entirely satisfied with the care they provide.
