Overall Experience

Carers are always punctual,respectful and allow my mum to maintain as much independence as possible. The carers are all familiar to her. We know exactly who is visiting in advance ,which allows me to write their name on my Mums whiteboard even though its the same,regular carers.

Overall Experience

I cannot fault this company, since my sister in law started to have them come in daily for 2 hours a week, they have been excellent with her care, and she looks forward to their visits. They have taken her to appointments we just can't make, which has taken the strain off of us immensely. I cannot recommend

this company enough.

Overall Experience

I have recently written to the Maidstone Home Instead Team to pass on my sincere thanks to all those who looked after my father in the last months of his life.

I believe that the care he received at home was excellent, with all carers showing compassion and patience whilst delivering the care he

required, enabling him to continue his independent life at home. He resisted having any help, but once the pattern of care was established, whenever I asked if he would like me to step down the hours or stop the visits he would say "well, let's get to the end of the month and see". It was clear he was very happy with the support.

Their care made a difficult time bearable for both my father and my sister and I. Keep up the good work, and know that all you do, makes such a difference.

I cannot express my appreciation, I feel, since Home Instead has come into our lives. The care they give to my mum is absolutely amazing, they treat her with the greatest respect. After struggling to care for my mum for a year I cannot believe how different life now is having these fabulous ladies in

Overall Experience

I cannot thank Home Instead enough for the care they provided for my Dad. At all times the care shown was considerate and compassionate and responsive to changes in the my Dad's requirements, even at short notice. Communication was always 1st class and all my family appreciated the detailed reports

I had a fantastic experience with Homeinstead. They really care about their clients making sure they are matched perfectly to the clients needs. I had full 24 hour care for 6
Days. My husbands carer arrived on time and gave my husband the very best care. She left at the end leaving my home tidy

and clean and husband content. This is the second time i have used Homeinstead and i will definitely use them again. To be able to have a break from my role as carer for my husband is a true gift for which i am extremely grateful.

Overall Experience

The manager is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns and resolves matters swiftly. The majority of the carers assigned have been a good match for my father.
The app is really useful and helps me feel involved in my dad's day to day care.

Nothing is too much trouble.
Always ready to listen.
They even support my taking me to & from the Thursday Lunch, which I really enjoy.

Overall Experience

I am very pleased with my carers - they look after me very well, doing all of the tasks that I ask them to, and I trust them completely. Continuity leaves a lot to be desired. The scheduler knows that I will be complaining if I do not have the same time slots and carers except in unusual circumstances.

If I am going to have a shower, I prefer the more mature ladies. Regular carers know where things are stored.

I use Home Instead infrequently, when my husband (and carer) is away, and have done so for about two years.

Without exception, the people I have communicated with, and who have visited, have been kind, flexible and attentive.

Highly recommend.

Overall Experience

It's a big decision choosing care for a loved one, but the team are hugely competent and caring and we were hugely reassured right from the start. Mum has had a consistent team visiting her who have all been amazing. They supported her (and me!) during my Dad's final months and were just brilliant helping

her start to negotiate being on her own. As well as expert practical support they provided great company and gentle encouragement to get out of the house. I have been so grateful for the notes on the app - makes it really easy to keep an eye on things during the working week and keep track of appointments and any concerns etc. Thank you so much !

The carer is always very punctual. She is also extremely patient and helpful. She molds her behaviour to my personal needs. We get on quite well, and I always look forward to her visits.
Being very disabled now, I find I am gaining a little extra confidence with every visit.

When we had a last minute medical emergency Home Instead were very quick to arrange extra cover that we might have needed. They were also reassuring and wanted to make sure we could be seen by professionals as quickly as possible.

All of the ladies who came to my home were kind and caring people who were all very happy to help me and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting to them and going on walks with them. They were all well briefed on what my needs were and support needed. I will

Overall Experience

Home Instead have a large selection of carers to choose from. As we use carers several times a day, several times a week, we have met many of them! How experienced the carers are varies. How good they are with mum depends largely on the 'chemistry' between my mum and the carer. All of the carers are

polite and kind. They have always looked after mum so well. In particular two members of staff are amazing. They are absolutely wonderful with mum. My only suggested improvement is the scheduling. If things change or carer is late, we are not often informed. If the live in carer is relaxed about it is fine. If the live in carer has arranged something for their break, it means that their plans are ruined and I need happy carers! One member of staff is brilliant with last minute changes from me and I will be forever grateful for that.

Overall Experience

A fantastic service, and we have been clients for several years now and I can't say enough how wonderful the ladies have been who look after my 95 year old Mother. They are so professional, always on time and the love and care they give my Mum is so appreciated. Without them Mum couldn't remain at home

and would hate it in a nursing home. The ladies take her out every day for a walk around a local National Trust Property or just for a walk in the town or even coffee and cake at Coolings Nurseries. Nothing is too much trouble and the ladies are now an important part of our family. So a massive Thank you!

Overall Experience

Initial contact through to set up of care and delivery of care has been fantastic. Staff have been very friendly to my uncle and he is enjoying their company and happy to ask them to help him in the house. I don't think we have received a page of photos of all the carers as promised but otherwise the

admin and communication has been great. Couldn't be without you now!
