Overall Experience

Our mum has received excellent, professional care, love and attention from the regular Care Pros who visited her. They treated our mum with dignity and kindness, always making time for a chat or a sing song. The Care Pros have adapted the care as mum's needs have changed recently. All the Care Pros

have treated us, as her family, with respect and kindness.

I would highly recommend Home Instead as a care service. The team have always been helpful and supportive.

Overall Experience

I am very appreciative of the quality and punctuality of the carers who are assisting me in my recuperation after major knee surgery, as this is a difficult time both physically and mentally.

Overall Experience

We chose Home Instead to assist with my mother's care a year ago and we have been extremely pleased with the support we have received from the company. We generally have one of three regular carers visiting for an hour every weekday morning and these three individuals have, in their different ways,

established a wonderfully warm relationship with my mother. Occasionally, naturally, different carers are assigned, but each one has proved to be thoroughly professional and a pleasure to have in our house. Over the year there have been times when the regular pattern has had to change - sometimes at quite short notice - but the company has dealt with these situations promptly and efficiently. Every member of staff that I have dealt with has gone out of their way to be helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead to anyone requiring support at home.

Our mother enjoys her visits from the young lady from Homes Instead.
It is so nice to know that she has someone keeping an eye out for her and her welfare and able to report

The Homeinstead staff are really great to deal

Overall Experience

Mum's experience of having care at home continues to be a joy both for her and her 3 daughters. We have used Home Instead since April 2024 and the girls have adapted their care as Mums needs have changed. All the girls are very kind, understanding and always aim to give mum the time she needs. They

make every effort to understand and get to know what helps and what Mum likes. They report any concerns or changes which can be see straight after the visit on the app. This is very reassuring to her family.
Communication via the office is alway prompt and supportive for all of us.
All this enables mum to remain safe in her chosen place of care at home.
I am always recommending Home Instead to others.Thank you

Overall Experience

The Home Instead Dartford team were absolutely outstanding in the care they gave to our lovely mother, who passed away in October. Their compassionate and professional approach enabled us to safely care for her at home, despite the emotional and physical difficulties attached to the changing needs of

a patient with advanced dementia.

The team supported us as a family, working with us, without judgement, at every step. The relief of knowing she was being cared for by people we could trust to look after her with patience and kindness was a huge burden lifted.

We sought support at a very difficult time and found Home Instead via the recommendation of a friend. Based on our experience, I also have no hesitation in recommending them.

Overall Experience

My mother has advanced Alzheimer's, and is predominately cared for by my father, who, himself, is of advanced years and poor health. The whole situation was becoming somewhat challenging, and emotionally and physically draining not least for my father.

It was for these reasons that additional care

and support was sought. In what is a big leap of faith, and trust, I can honestly say things could not have gone more smoothly with Home Instead. The support workers are second to none. I have the reassurance that someone is on hand, and is responsive to my parents' changing needs. I am kept up to date with my parents' care which gives me the comfort that matters are identified and addressed before they get out of hand.

I would happily recommend Home Instead to anyone in a similar situation.

Overall Experience

We were introduced to Home Instead in June 25 having found dad on the floor in his bungalow and realised he needed more care.
We arranged morning and evening visits and quickly established a core group of regular carers with whom he grew very fond and we trusted with his care.
The admin staff were

always receptive to queries and any changes in routine. Always available for a call and also to let me know how he was as doing.
Unfortunately dad fell after the carers had left one evening and having spent a night on the floor and with one thing and another we felt it was time for dad to go into residential care.
Home Instead were incredibly supportive of this difficult decision and sorry as we were, and at short notice we have had to say goodbye.
I highly recommend them to anyone.

Overall Experience

Having used Home Instead for my Uncle over the last year i have been thoroughly impressed with the service, Support and Expertise given to us. From first contact, nothing has been too much of an issue and they have gone over and above to help me out with any difficult situations that have arisen.

The Care Pro's have always been professional but more importantly, Caring. My Uncle always enjoyed having his daily visits. Without doubt the right choice. Highly recommended.

Overall Experience

I cannot recommend Home Instead too highly. The service provided has been excellent from start to finish, very responsive to needs and flexible with timing of visits to fit around my parents hospital appointments, social commitments etc. The carers have all been kind and supportive and have listened

to what my parents want, for example taking my mother out for daily walks and doing the laundry according to my father's instructions. It's also been very good that the same staff have generally been looking after Mum and Dad and they have all got to know each other. The staff are lovely! Thanks to everyone at Home Instead.

Overall Experience

My experience of HomeInstead care has been very good . My mother has been a client for the last 2 years initially receiving companionship visits . These visits enabled me as her daughter and carer to have a break . Mum looked forward to these visits and enjoyed being able to play a game of chess, dominos

and cards as well as taking a part in cake making sessions.
More recently following a major stroke we arranged a live in carer for my mother through Home Instead . This has enabled my mum to remain in her beloved home and receive full time care .
I would recommend Home Instead to any one looking for extra support for their elderly family member to remain at home ..

Overall Experience

The Home Instead carers provide a befriending service to my elderly mother but quite frequently go above and beyond. Because of her early stage dementia, my mother isn't always the easiest person to get on with but I'm kept up to date with any developments or concerns raised by the carers which I can

then follow up. It's a comfort to know I can call the office for advice or to keep them in the loop.

Overall Experience

We are very happy with the caring service provided for my wife who has Alzheimer's.
The two carers who come in the mornings to help wash and dress my wife are very friendly, happy and attentive to her complex needs.
All in all a great service.
