I am pleased that you have shared with others how quick we are to respond and adapt to your mother's needs, allowing a prompt but safe discharge from hospital. We agree that your mother has built a trust and wonderful relationship with her main carer and are pleased that this reassures you and your family. A lot of work has been ongoing to ensure that we operate the highest level of safety protocols because of COVID-19.
