Home instead provided excellent one to one care for mum. Carers were selected to meet mums needs. Mum was not aware they were carers she thought they were friends. From setup to closing of the care due to mums care needs increasing Home instead were excellent. Mum enjoyed her trips out for food or staying in and having a good chat.

The care and compassion given by Home Instead was exemplary, delivered by resourceful and clearly dedicated staff helping MIL to stay in her own home with as much dignity as was possible until she didn't recognize where she was any more and needed more care than could be given in her home.

From my first telephone conversation with Alison asking about help for my husband who suffers from Alzheimer's/Vascular Dementia I have nothing but praise for this company. The kindness and support given to me from that first call has been amazing. My husband has had Jonathan visit him weekly for companionship which allows me a little respite. Jonathan is such a kind and caring person who takes such a genuine interest in my husbands life , past and present. He's always so friendly and cheerful and nothing too much trouble for him. Home Instead are a lovely company to use, very professional and caring and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of help.

Home Instead provide a PA for our young adult child who is autistic with ADHD. A small team of PAs have been introduced to provide consistent availability. All of them have been excellent: friendly, flexible and pro-active in finding out what activities would be most helpful for each session. We have found that the adult-to-adult support provided has enabled things previously unachievable.

4. The newer ones are a bit hesitant to get on and do things without being asked.

We have a carer each day for mam to make sure she takes her medication and has dinner. The ladies are always cheerful and chat to mam as they go about the tasks.

We sarted care 18 months ago and new we have the team every wekk, never any problems we cant sort and always go out of their way to help

Home Instead is a first class company, I have been so impressed with the quality of care that my mum receives from each one of her carers, they are all very well trained to deal with the needs of their clients. My mum looks at them as her friends and it gives me the peace of mind that I need to know that she's getting the excellent care that she deserves, nothing is too much trouble for the carers, they all do over and above and I wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending the company. I find the online portal so beneficial to myself too, I can log in anytime and read how mum has been after each carers visit which again is an invaluable asset. It's not just the care that is excellent though it's also the administration staff too, they work tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure the company runs smoothly - all in all an absolutely fantastic company.

Wonderful service provided by the team, always more than happy to help and support. Take Mum shopping and my Mum always feel safe out with the team. Quickly learnt that mum has a sweet tooth. Rearrange calls no issue at all very accommodating.
