provided a regular care-pro, who is absolutely wonderful with our Mum. He has taken the trouble to get to know her background and find areas of interest to chat with her about. He alternates domestic tasks with talking with her over a cup of tea. He told us that Mum 'always has a good bit of conversation that just needs a bit of chat to bring it out' and he is sensitive to when to chat and when to let her rest.
He is skilled at following the care plan, and also using his initiative when there are issues. We love reading his detailed reports on the secure app, which are so informative for the family.
We also find that the people in the office team are responsive and communicative.

his meds etc. The original professional that was paired up with him was an instant fit so he enjoyed the time they spent together and he felt it was like a visit from a friend rather than someone there to assist him. Unfortunately, she has left the company, the other two that came in to replace her didn't gel. It was worthwhile trying the different people as it helped show what we needed for it to be a better fit. The office staff have been helpful with trying to find a more suitable match and the current lady we have seems to be a promising match as she had similar interests as my father.
