My mum has late stage dementia. She lives at home with me. Home Instead make this arrangement possible - I don't think I would have managed the last two years without them. Care pros visit twice a day to provide personal care and two days a week they do companionship visits. They provide an excellent, professional service with care pros who are warm, kind and well trained. My mum is treated with great care, dignity and respect at all times. The office staff are also very supportive, flexible and nothing is too much trouble to ask. We live in a rural location and home instead were prepared to cover the journey other care companies would not. I am very glad we have home instead in our lives and cannot recommend the team highly enough.

I continue to be impressed by persons who come to support me. No matter what I ask, the task is done with care, amazing attention to detail eg - laundry is always folded and put away, food is presented with care and style! My home and things are handled with respect, help with decisions re layout of cupboard contents they have cleared out a lot of unnecessary stuff; take me to charity shop with variety of good; even look me to medical appointment. I find them such a valuable resource and angels who listen to my ramblings. Am getting a bit confused with different name and time but it all works out!!

Home instead are kind, reliable and supportive. They go above and beyond to help him with day-to-day needs and have also helped organise important appointments for him, as he is unable to manage these himself.

The outstanding care from the care pros who visit Mum has made it possible for her to remain in her own home as she always wished. Although she is 94, with dementia and is very deaf, she is very independent. Care pros are friendly, resourceful and show great respect for her, always talking to her like an adult, and maintaining her dignity. They complete detailed twice-daily reports online which are shared with the family and this helps us feel free in touch with Mum as we live too far away to visit as much as we'd like. Because Home Instead prioritise continuity, carers know Mum well and pick up when she is unsettled or out of sorts. Communication with the care team is great - office staff are friendly, approachable and always helpful. They respond quickly to messages. Care has been adjusted smoothly to take account of Mum's changing needs. Our family is grateful for the genuine care provided by all of the team involved with our Mum.

Staff are provided for overnight stays , and 3 daily visits per day to support full care needs and supervision of meds- there is a consistent rota of carers who are all personable , professional and kind ...and cope with my aunt's difficult days with good humour and professionalism. I've recently set up care services for my Mum. From the initial phone conversation through the fact finding meeting with Rachel to day one and beyond I have been very impressed with the professionalism that all of the team have displayed, little things like a particular staff member turning up with the carer on the first day to an initial review after two weeks with this staff member and her manager to check that everything is running smoothly. The app they use is also really helpful and allows you to have a good window into what is happening daily when you are not present. I can already see an improvement in Mum and it is clear from the interactions that all of the staff are keen to help make Mums life a bit better, and they have succeeded in that. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is thinking about engaging with carers.

Our son has been receiving care provision from HomeInstead twice a day , 5 days a week. We have been working with Home Instead for almost 3 years. Our son has learning difficulties and autism, so it has been a huge relief to know that he is in really good care and we place enormous trust in the professionals for his care . Always on time, with professional staff, that our son gets on with really well. Even when a staff member is off, on holiday or on sick leave , Home Instead have reliably found alternative staff to cover. We have been working with care providers for over 10 years and the quality of care , professionalism that Home Instead provide is well above the average, so what they charge is worth it for peace of mind.

Companionship care going well. My husband is much happier now that there is more continuity of the same carer weekly. The staff are helpful, willing and good companions. Overall, we are satisfied with the service provided.

Although our care package that was arranged for Mum turned out to be only for a short period of time, the service we received from the office and Management staff was excellent. Everyone was compassionate, and responded professionally and extremely quickly to the urgency of our situation. The Care staff that were introduced to, and visited Mum were polite, kind and helpful. We would recommended Home Instead and would use their services again in the future should the need arise.

It was a pleasant surprise to discover that the carer was someone we already knew and this helped considerably. My husband was very pleased with the level of care and help he received.

We started using Home Instead services in November last year as my father was showing signs of dementia which has now been properly diagnosed. I liked that they did a minimum of one hour shifts so there was a decent amount of time spent with him rather than someone just rushing in and out to help with his meds etc. The original professional that was paired up with him was an instant fit so he enjoyed the time they spent together and he felt it was like a visit from a friend rather than someone there to assist him. Unfortunately, she has left the company, the other two that came in to replace her didn't gel. It was worthwhile trying the different people as it helped show what we needed for it to be a better fit. The office staff have been helpful with trying to find a more suitable match and the current lady we have seems to be a promising match as she had similar interests as my father.

I have been touched and impressed by the incredible standards of care and honest attention to detail. The carers at Home Instead are superb, going above and beyond the every day to make sure my mum has the best care and support. She has made good friends with many of her carers, who give her the utmost support. They are very special and kind people. It is always reassuring to know my mum has such a great support network helping her in every way and also helping with her cat.

They ensure my mum's hearing aids are charged which is great. Excellent service all round. Very respectful staff, communication is excellent with family.

All the staff are really good and make sure I have everything I need. Having the staff coming in has made a huge difference to my life and giving me company and helping with my dog. Office team are really friendly and always do what they can to help.
