The service that's been received has been fantastic. It has brought joy and confidence back to my Mother-in-law and reassurance to me that she is being well looked after and has regular companionship. I fully recommend Home Instead to anyone needing support to stay in their own home.

Home Instead have been wonderful in the first few weeks of their service. The team in the office are friendly and responsive, they have made working with them easy. The Care Professionals who work in our service are a credit to themselves and to Home Instead. We have quickly established a small team who visit, and they are so kind, respectful and patient. They get to know their clients, and engage them so brilliantly. I honestly cannot praise the carers highly enough.

The carers are very helpful and considerate, nothing too much trouble, and help my husband to help in any small way possible. He is then ready to make the most of the day, feeling fresh and comfortable, making my day so much more enjoyable.

I am highly satisfied with the girls that come in to do lots of jobs that I'm not able to manage due to my COPD also the office staff are friendly & approchable.

Whenever we have had to contact the main office, we have been answered promptly and professionally. We have always felt we can speak to Home Instead to answer any queries or air any issues.

Thank you very much to all for assistance with Pa in morning get up routine Oct 2024 to Mar 2025; following dementia diagnosis help was required to keep him at home for as long as possible; professional staff, complete dignity with care during visits; staff bought a smile to father's face he enjoyed the morning chat; if challenges for visits due to bad weather, staff illness or car issues communication was efficient so we knew what was happening; we were kept updated. Last minute ad-hoc visit requests were greatly appreciated, fulfilled demonstrating flexibility where possible. This is the second time of using these care services, we had excellent service for my late Ma from Sep 2022 to Feb 2023, hence used the services for a second time. As a family if we were not satisfied for our late mother we would not have gone back to use. Thank you so much to all the Team; people working in care industry are 100% un-sung heroes and hugely under rated by some in society for what they do.

The ladies who formed the team who took care of this challenge were all professional in their attitude towards the task. Just as importantly they were friendly and eager to help. I was willingly accompanied on daily walks that built my endurance. To a point where by the end of the period we were filling the contracted time each day with Heart Foundation exercises and walks of over two miles at a rate of over three miles per hour. This has allowed me to build on the stamina achieved by exceeding the distance and duration achieved.

Efficient, pleasant experience, reassuring.

We started our Home Instead carer visits five weeks ago. Several things impressed the family: how well organised and professional this company is, including the effective way they communicate and manage what their carers do, in order to meet the individual needs of the client. In my mother's case, we began with a mix of morning and occasional evening visits. Our primary aim was to ensure my mother could keep her dignity and personal hygiene, despite the ravages of Alzheimer's. A daily shower or full body wash was top of our list. It soon became obvious that an evening shower would not work for Mummy. No problem! Within a week the schedule had been adjusted, and has worked well ever since. As for the carers themselves, they are simply wonderful people doing a really important job. All have been quick to learn, willing to help, even to go above and beyond, smiley and unfailingly kind and positive. I'm grateful to the carer who was quick to spot an incipient UTI, twice.

I find it difficult to put into words the depth of my gratitude to the whole Home Instead team. They do their best to match carers to clients and in our case this succeeded brilliantly. The 2 live-in carers show care and compassion in the most amazing way, coping with the inevitable ups and downs of end of life care for my husband wonderfully and beyond my expectations. They and other staff who supported them so well enabled my late husband spend the last year of his life at home in peace and comfort. I now have great companionship three mornings a week by 2 delightful ladies who help me with overcoming the problem of limited mobility and take me out to shop or to appointments. Very pleased with the staff that come and look forward to their visits. On arrival, they like to get on with the list of jobs I have prepared and do so with enthusiasm. They are friendly and professional and don't seem to mind what one asks. They will check that I am taking my medicines and that the food in the fridge freezer is in date, throwing away anything out of date They will change beds and put sheets and duvet covers in the washing machine and wash kitchen floors and bathroom floors and clean worktops. Occasionally they have cooked lunch for me when I have overslept or been late from shopping. At the end of their stay, I like them to leave 20 minutes for a cup of tea or coffee and biscuits as I like to chat. Tuesday afternoon is an important time in my week.

It was very good. A particular member of staff went over everything thoroughly. Bath routine, dressing, etc. Checked whether I needed extra help.

Just completed another regular service review with Home Instead. They deliver high-quality care, most importantly with a regular group of carers, which gives my Mum and I great peace of mind. They manage additional service requests confidently and provide a reliable all-around service from carers to schedulers and the client team.
