We have had a great experience with the care service for over 10 years, and throughout that time they have provided us as a family with a real sense of reassurance and peace of mind. Knowing that our loved one is being cared for by people who are experienced, familiar and genuinely committed to providing good care has made a huge difference to us.

One of the biggest positives has been the established team of caregivers. Having a consistent group of people involved in the care means that they know our family, understand individual needs and are familiar with the routines and preferences that are important to us. This continuity has helped to build trust and confidence over the years.

Communication has also been very good. We have generally found the team approachable, responsive and willing to keep us informed. Any questions or concerns we have raised have been dealt with professionally, and there have been very few problems during our time with the service.

We have been really pleased with Home Instead's care for our mum. Her care professional is warm and caring, and mum loves having her look after her.

Marvelous service. I am looked after like royalty and would expect nothing else from Home Instead. I live at home safely knowing that the team will see me at night. I remain where I am happy.

I cannot rate Home Instead South Liverpool highly enough. I had been anxious about bringing in carers for my husband who has Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson's. I felt reassured on meeting managers who immediately impressed me with their compassionate person-centred approach. The carers have been wonderful. I quickly felt completely confident about the quality of care given and the understanding shown, especially the responsiveness to my husband's character and grasp of his needs. Mum had a stroke in October 2020 and we started bringing in Home Instead for companionship initially while we were out at work. As the last 6 years passed and mums health deteriorated we increased the visits and level of care. All the carers were lovely and many formed a strong bond with both mum and us over time. Home Instead helped us keep mum at home for as long as possible and for that we are thankful. Mum liked the fact they did not wear a uniform and neighbours didn't need to know she had assistance.

Home Instead have been supporting me at home for 6/7 years. I have always found the care I have received excellent. Many good friends of the carers. Fiona is a wonderful carer, I can only say she is wonderful again.

We have no problems and the carers meets all our requirements well very good.

I read all of mums visit reports and know that she is being cared for each and every day and I thank not only the carers attending but the team that lies behind them. No singular request is ever turned down and the team do a remarkable job, which I wholeheartedly thank you all.

Home Instead have been providing care and support for my uncle over a number of months. He had previously had poor experiences with some of his previous carers, leaving him very anxious due to inconsistent visiting times , multiple new people etc. Home Instead are a breath of fresh air. The care team are immensely caring, kind , consistent and proactive. Moving to this team has made life so much easier for both of us. He is much happier and I can breathe a sigh of relief when I'm at work knowing that all his needs are being met with positive engagement. They make him laugh and he really enjoys the interaction . I can't recommend them enough. They go above and beyond. Everyone I have spoken with ( office team, carers) have always listened and responded in a positive way and always with my uncle at the front and centre. If you are looking for people to support yourself or loved ones don't hesitate give them a try.

My mum has had help know for over a year for me it gives me the peace of mind that she sees someone twice a day. The girls have become friends to my mum and this has made it so easy for my mum to accept this bug change in her life. Whenever there is need for any alterations to the care package it is done quickly and efficiently. I can only say how the care me mum receives fits her every need

The office staff and the carers where all very approachable and I was very happy with the standards provided

Mum has formed a lovely bond with her carers; they know her so well, any health issues are identified and acted upon quickly for the best outcome. Communication is excellent and we feel fully supported as a family.

The team of carers we had for mum were so kind and supportive to my mum and our whole family. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made every effort to help us cope with the emotional and physical impact of mums Alzheimer's disease. Our family were confident that the care team would act in mums best interests at all times. They adapted mums care plan to reflect her needs at each stage of her condition. They showed care and compassion and it was very obvious to us how much they loved looking after mum. There were a few carers who were regulars to mum & dads house and I would like to thank them in particular. Even when mum was in her final stage and after she passed away they remained in contact with us, came to hr funeral and have visited my dad several times since then. It means such a lot to our family to know that mum was loved by everyone who knew her and the continued visits to see dad are testament to that.
