After my initial meeting with Home Instead (Wrexham and Flintshire East), I knew that this service was exactly what I needed, my life was sure to change very much for the better, happy days. Home Instead has provided mum with exceptional care since last April. After the passing of my dad with mum's mixed dementia symptoms progressing it became evident that she required support to stay in the home she loved. After the initial I do not need any support conversations, mum very quickly accepted and looked forward to her lovely carers coming in every day. As mum's needs progressed we were able to increase her daily support and friendship. She loved seeing her ladies every day. Home Instead gave us as a family great support and reassurance, listening to our concerns and coming up with solutions. Their professionalism is outstanding.

The managers are always available to listen to any problems.
