My son had heard how pleased a neighbours experience with your company was we found that you proved to be courteous, thoughtful, skilled in you knowledge dealing with elderly, frail men. Mostly seeing what was needed to be done without waiting to be told.
My Dad continues to be very happy with the service he receives from his Home Instead carers. Although he rarely has very many specific tasks for them to do, he always seems pleased to see them and, if nothing else, they provide an additional contact for him during the week when family are not necessarily able to drop by. Overall, very pleased.
It is a privilege to care for such a lovely man and also be a support to the family.

The only reason we stopped using the service was because my mum had to go into residential care. She misses her 'ladies' and the fact that several of them still visit her in the care home is testament to their ongoing support.

A tailored care package was arranged at short notice although we quickly realised we needed additional help where Home Instead stepped up again within hours. The whole team are thoroughly professional, prompt, reliable and importantly caring and kind. Huge thanks to the entire team for supporting mum and rebuilding her confidence post hospital discharge.

The office also very good at making sure the schedule of visits accommodates visits to the hairdressers and hospital appointments etc. Since my aunt has had the carers, she's eating better and she's taking her medication. As well as sometimes going for a little walk with the carers.
I am happy with the care given because she talks to me. We go for a walk, do puzzles and talk together.
The staff at Home Instead are very professional, approachable and friendly. Mums carer is like part of the family, mum gets on so well with her. I feel that I can leave mum in good hands knowing that she will be well looked after. This is good quality care especially for mums needs.
