My mum's carers allow her to live in her home. She gets very good care. Her carer is always doing her upmost to help mum on a daily basis. If there are any issues I am notified. I don't live near my mum so I have complete confidence in her carers who do a marvellous job, that helps me immensely. Mum is kept comfortable and helped with all her needs. I have nothing but praise for the staff who go above and beyond. The house is also left tidy. 5 stars. The carers are all kind and caring. Thank you.

I changed some months ago to my Home Instead as my former carers were hopeless, as they were very badly managed. However, I find Home Instead excellent in every respect and especially my main carer who couldn't be better.

Home Instead have been responsive and always supportive to ensure our father is entirely happy with the care arrangements. It's early days but our family are delighted with the quality of care given.

My relationship with Home Instead Bromley goes back several years, but I write about this last year, which has been an 'annus horribilis'. My two main carers looked after my husband, who lived with Parkinson's for 10years. When I could no longer cope with him at home, and I had to place him in a care home, they continued to visit him, which was a source of great joy/pleasure as it buoyed him up and gave me a break. They saw him through to the end and were present at his funeral. Such dedication is beyond measure and even words on a review form. It is priceless. Since my husband's death, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and they have stepped up again by visiting me each morning to ensure I am managing.

The live in carer we have is fabtastic, she is highly commited and patient. I honestly dont know how she manages but she is fantadtic and her written records are superb.

I trust her, which is essential for this work.

The only problem i have experienced was once out of hours service the night my friend went misding. I found this worker uncaring and unprofessional. I was disappointed that management did not contact until i complsined, this would have been good practice for myself and the carer who had been left for hours without any liaison with office and senior staff which was required in this crisis situation.

Other than this i have been satisfied with the ser ices received.

From the moment we met the manager at Home Instead, I knew that we were in safe hands. Having carers look after a loved one can be quite daunting, and we were immediately reassured. The carers have been outstanding, there is no other word for them. They have changed my mum's days; they are so kind and respectful. My mum is happy and more alive when they have visited.

She brightens up my fathers day and they always have a lovely chat, which my dad looks forward too. A very supportive experience which includes conversation, shopping, laundry, bed making and friendship.

Service very good and the time is good when they finish.

In general the service is very good. If I have one area which needs to be addressed it is the change over of carers, there needs to be more structure in this procedure. However in all Home Instead gives a very good experience to the people they support.
