Home instead provides an excellent service. It is professionally run and the communication between them and us is faultless. The carers are kind, caring and willing to do anything Mum requires. My mother-in-law has had assistance from Home Instead for the last few months on a daily basis, and we have found this to be an invalueable service to our family and to my mother-in-law. The carers, we have had, we have found to be absolutely fantastic. They are all very friendly, caring and extremely
approachable. When we have contacted the office with any queries or changes or for advice, they have been totally obliging in all ways and you never feel you are being a hindrance to them.


As a family, we would 100% recommend Home Instead.

The carers are so lovely - warm, kind and really caring. My mum has really bonded with them so well and it's great to have someone visit her each day and offer some companionship. My mum was a little sceptical at first but both carers she has have won her over very quickly.

Kitty said she was really pleased with the care given to her by Home Instead. She was treated with respect and enjoyed the time she spent with all her carers. Kitty loved to chat and really enjoyed their company and felt safe and well looked after.

I could not be happier with the care and support given to my mother-in-law from Home Instead Bromley. She has a group of carers who look after her on rotation 3 times a day 7 days a week, she is very comfortable with them and knows them all well. They are always very caring, friendly, professional,
and respectful, both with mum and the rest of the family. The communication between the family and the carers, and the family and the care manager is excellent and the care manager always keeps me informed if they feel there are any issues with mums health that need addressing, or if the GP needs to be contacted for any reason. The carers always turn up on time, and if for any reason they are not able to be there on time ( which is extremely rare) they make sure we are aware that they are running late, or that another career will attending if required, and they never send someone who mum has not met. Overall I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone who require care at home.

I have received care to supervise my washing and dressing 5 days a week, Monday to Friday from 8-9am from Home Instead Bromley since October 2025 to the present date.
The service I have received has been exceptional. I have two regular carers who are wonderful caring and helpful. On a few rare
occasions when they could not visit, Home Instead have sent and introduced someone new who have also been excellent.
I have also required help getting to the hospital and Home Instead have supplied me with carers, who I know, to take me and bring me home which has been so reassuring and, with their help, has taken the strain out of getting to and from the hospital and has also been a relief to have their support.
I have found all the staff, office, management and carers to be extremely kind approachable and helpful.
I have told many friends of my dealings with this company as I highly recommend them.

Home Instead have provided an excellent service for my mother , very impressed and happy with how they treated her always with care kindness, and respect. This is the fourth parent that I have employed Home Instead to look after , they are always punctual arriving at the agreed time and I would wholeheartedly
recommend them. The carers are excellent and the office staff always accommodating and very helpful.

We first needed carers for my husband in June 2025, we were immediately confident in the care he was given. We had a team of about eight lovely ladies and he grew to look forward to their coming and they were always kind caring and the actual care they gave him was above and beyond any expectation.
They not only looked after my husband but me as well and I used to look forward to their visits each day they would often prepare his lunch or do some housework or the washing up which helped me to be with him more.He never had any skin problems his mental capacity seemed to improve. in the last few months of his life when he needed more care, they just expertly cared for him and nothing was too much for them. I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone needing any care. Thank you so much for looking after us both.

Home Instead clearly understood the family needs to provide care for my mother, and allocated a team of carers who were very professional, compassionate and were crucial to my mothers well-being and a very important stable factor to my mothers day.


My mother looked forward to seeing regular carers

who were always very proficient and well trained in providing meals and personal care as required.


This engagement gave the family peace and reassurance that our mother was in very safe and capable hands with the team of carers that looked after her.

I am happy about the care and support I receive. The carers are all punctual and professional. I enjoy their company and they save me a lot of work! They have a lot of different talents such as help with hearing aids, unscrewing bottle tops, etc.
I miss them when my regulars are moved to different
clients. I understand this may be necessary at times but we all like our regular routine.

Home Instead could not have done more for my mother during her final years. After my Father passed she was on her own as we lived in Colorado and could only visit 4 times a year. Home Instead tailored a care and visit plan that suited mum's circumstances perfectly. Her carers were exceptional and went
far beyond being just employees carrying out their jobs. Nothing was too much for them to deal with. We would unreservedly recommend Home Instead to anyone who needs assistance or total care for their family members.

We looked intensively at care providers. We decided on Home Instead and can honestly say it delivered everything we required.
Our mum was quite an handful at times but the carers were patient beyond belief and so caring.

My parents had a live in carer from Home Instead since February 2024. They were very lucky to have the same lovely lady as the main carer for this whole period. They also had a regular cover carer for when their main carer was on leave. Together these two wonderful ladies looked after my mother (who
needed personal care as well as general household support) and were there in the last weeks of her life as she was on peaceful palliative care at home. The whole team at Home Instead, one member of staff in particular who was our client liaison for most of the 18 months, were a great support. When Mum was put on the end of life pathway they immediately stepped up and provided round the clock support for us and for the regular carer which made my Mum's end so calm and exactly as she, and the family, would have wished. I would completely recommend Home Instead.
