It's really important when care professionals support with housekeeping tasks that they get the balance right between showing initiative taking over and providing this support in the ways that matter to you, as they have for you. We our so fortunate that all members of our team, whether manager, hourly, overnight or live in care professionals are so kind and caring for whom it is second nature to interact with clients gently and with dignity and respect.

One of our goals is to support and care for our clients' family members as well as our clients. Caring for an elderly parent can be challenging and it is our privilege to work alongside you to enable your Mother to stay living in her own home as she has always wished to do. Our staff team is made up of variety of personality types which means that we can match clients and care professionals to create small teams to deliver the care. The result of this, together with the continuity of care we deliver, is that clients can look forward to kind, funny and interesting visits and also be reassured that their care professionals will also be able to provide the most understanding care possible when they are feeling a little out of sorts.

At Home Instead we have many years of experience of supporting people living with dementia and a particular interest in it. Some of our office team have many years of professional and personal experience of dementia care which enables them to create really practical and effective care plans that enable clients to maintain as much independence as possible while also relieving the pressure families often feel.
