Service very good and the time is good when they finish.

In general the service is very good. If I have one area which needs to be addressed it is the change over of carers, there needs to be more structure in this procedure. However in all Home Instead gives a very good experience to the people they support.

Time keeping, support and professionalism are nothing short of excellent, especially when judged against other agencies who have not reached an adequate standard. Priced far beyond the physical services provided are the rapport the carers who attend have established with my wife. This enables them to achieve targets far beyond those of merely supplying a service. The benefit to our family is beyond measure.

Our carer has always given us constant attention to detail to cover our needs throughout the time she is dealing with us. She is also a very good cook and gives us full attention to our challenges.

She is completely aware of the life all around her and of the staff with whom she works. This covers many years of her constant attention to our needs.

I have no idea how you maintain such high standards. People can be very difficult - particularly towards the end of life with frustrations, pain and fear. The girls were so reassuring.

As I live far away from my parents (both in their late 80s) I was concerned about selecting a carer I could trust in their home with them. My mother has dementia and Alzheimers and Annabel is patient, kind and firm when necessary. My parents both enjoy her company. I also find the unique app very reassuring and useful. Home Instead also ensure my mother has consistency of care with only people she has met before visiting her. I am happy to recommend them and pay more for quality care and the reassurance that brings.

We have been with home instead for 4 months and have found them to have good organisation from CEO downwards. There carers are excellent - 6 stars - and nothing is to small for them to tackle . I was recommended to Home Instead by a friend who already used their services. Having looked after my husband for 2 years, who suffers with Alzheimer's and dementia, I needed some respite. After meeting management and staff I decided to go ahead and have been very pleased with the care my husband has received. I have also been able to leave my husband for a day, confident in the knowledge that he would be happy and well cared for.

We are very pleased with the care that we have received from the ladies who look after my husband in the mornings. They have been very kind and encouraging him to be more active, which has helped his general well being.

Home instead provides an excellent service. It is professionally run and the communication between them and us is faultless. The carers are kind, caring and willing to do anything Mum requires. Their daily visits have reassured her and provided a much needed regular point of contact. We are delighted with all they do for our Mum.

My mother-in-law has had assistance from Home Instead for the last few months on a daily basis, and we have found this to be an invalueable service to our family and to my mother-in-law. The carers, we have had, we have found to be absolutely fantastic. They are all very friendly, caring and extremely approachable. When we have contacted the office with any queries or changes or for advice, they have been totally obliging in all ways and you never feel you are being a hindrance to them.

Home Instead have been helping me look after my husband for over a year, and all the helpers have been very kind and helpful.

The carers are so lovely - warm, kind and really caring. My mum has really bonded with them so well and it's great to have someone visit her each day and offer some companionship. My mum was a little sceptical at first but both carers she has have won her over very quickly.
