Outstanding service in every way, cannot find any fault with the service. Well-organised and efficient management and administration. Very pleasant, friendly and capable staff, both office and carers. Carers are always punctual and office telephone if there is a delay. The staff are willing to go the
extra mile to support clients and families. Very impressed by the Valentine's Day meal provided by Home Instead for clients and cooked by one of their staff, a brilliant idea. Very glad to recommend Home Instead.

Home Instead has provided support for my late parents from 2018, when they helped with preparing and clearing up at lunchtime. As my parents’ health declined, we asked Home Instead for more and more support until, in Autumn 2022, we realised that a live-in carer was needed. From the beginning, we appreciated
how much Home Instead tried to match carers with clients: my mother, in particular, found their kindness and conversation a real boost to her quality of life. That was even more crucial when it came to live-in caregivers. My mother died in August 2023, my father died in January 2024. In both cases, the live-in caregivers were a familiar and comforting presence for both my parents, me and my siblings. We felt as a family that we could not have provided a better care solution for my parents in the last years of their lives. They were both 94 and they both died at home, as they had wished.

It's always sad to see clients' health deteriorate as they age but to be able to support them to live out their final years in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by their memories and loved ones, as they have always wished to do is very rewarding and something the team take pride in doing well. I'm so pleased your siblings also found the support provided and resulting peace of mind to be comforting. We really enjoyed working together with your family, to support your parents, and are grateful to you for the positive relationships we built with you all over the past five years. When we first met them they were devastated because a period of ill health of one of them had led to them living apart for the first time in their long marriage; one at home and one in a care home. We promised that we would provide care that would enable them to be reunited at home and are so pleased we were able to achieve this. The team supporting your aunt and uncle were exceptional and a couple of them supported them from the first to the last day - a great example of the continuity of care that matters to us at Home Instead. We worked hard to ensure that the care provided met the needs of both your aunt and uncle who had very different and, in later years, complex needs and we are also pleased that you, as their family, also felt supported. Reliable pleasant service. Have helped in all things relating to the welfare of us both. My husband has #neck and concussion and has been very limited in his activities, bed for several weeks. We have consistent staff and new staff are accompanied by the case manager. Communication and domestic ability
are great. The staff are cheerful, willing and aware of the big changes we had to take.

Home Instead at Coney Hall were recommended to me by a friend in the area when I was looking for carers for my mum who had dementia. From the first visit to assess Mum's needs, to the last visit earlier this year when Mum had to go into a care home, we all as a family received caring and professional

Our whole experience with Home Instead (Bromley, Chislehurst and Orpington) has been excellent. From the start, the meeting with the managers to decide on a care plan was easy, pleasant and reassuring. My dad had been reluctant to have carers but the managers were so kind and friendly and really took
the time to listen to him and get to know him. The carers are so helpful and my dad enjoys their visits. I’m able to look at the carers’ notes each day which gives me great reassurance. Having the carers come in each day has given my dad a routine, has got him eating and drinking well and he’s been so much healthier since the carers have been coming. Best of all they have given him company and friendship. The help around the house has also been a big help. I thoroughly recommend Home Instead (Bromley, Chislehurst and Orpington).

They are always punctual and she values the fact that they all respect her as an individual, in spite of her frailty and dependence on them for

We have been using Home Instead Bromley since March 2023, since my parents (94 and 92) were discharged from different hospitals on the same day, following each having suffered separate falls at home. Initially, both required both day and night care, and both had had bad experiences with care packages
set up by the local authority.
From the outset, the Home Instead care team have worked with us, who are my parents, and their conduct and approach have been professional, but most of all, caring. They have restored our faith as a family in what a care team should be like. The low benchmark of the care provided through the local authority contracted care meant that when we started this process with Home Instead, my expectations were not that high, but I am pleased that they have been greatly exceeded. Nothing is too much, and they bend over backwards to work with us and with my parents. They are the perfect example of care as it should be provided, and have worked tirelessly to maintain my parent's dignity.

Since my mother’s care package was initiated in September 2022 I can confirm that the service organised and provided has been nothing but professional, friendly and informative. Good liaison has been maintained between the care provider and our family, keeping everyone in the loop, which is obviously
paramount! My mother is extremely satisfied with the carers who are polite, friendly, cooperative and helpful. I am extremely relieved to have such a professional company involved and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Home Instead to anyone.

My father has been having personal care from Home Instead for the last year. This enables my mother to have some time to herself as my father has dementia and poor mobility.
He always has the same two carers, which is reassuring, and the consistency is good for my father's condition. The carers are
punctual and personable.
As a family, we are very pleased with Home Instead.
