The care provided by the team at Home Instead has enabled my dad to stay in his home with dignity. Dad has improved immeasurably with his social skills since he has been cared for on a daily basis by the team.

Everyone has been very kind and supportive from office staff to care provided in the home. They are always willing to accommodate changes in schedules. They listen to us if we have any queries.

Mum and Dad have had a live-in carer for the last 6 weeks. We could not have asked for anyone better as she matched their needs perfectly. It has been a weight off my mind to see how well they are cared for and how well they all interact. Lots of laughter! The whole team have been easy to deal with; both professional and efficient yet also empathetic. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The staff go above and beyond in the care they provid, including calling an ambulance when my father had a medical emergency and staying with him for reassurance until the crew were ready to take him to hospital. The support they give me when he has bouts of illness is invaluable. I live several hours travel away, so knowing he is so well looked after is really important.

Home Instead have provided excellent care for my 94-year-old dad who has Dementia since February. With their support and care, we can work together to keep Dad in his flat with some independence. The carers are very experienced and flexible when extra help is needed. Any concerns they have are communicated quickly and clearly. One carer makes Dad fresh fruit salad each time she visits, which he really likes.

We have regular catch-ups with the experienced coordinator who knows the family well.

The care provided by the Home Instead team has been exemplary. While initially retained to provide companionship to my elderly mother, their role evolved as her needs changed. As her needs increased so did the team's effort and dedication to ensure she was safe, comfortable and cared for. Initially, it took a little time for her to accept the new faces and their presence in her life but she quickly responded to their positive outlook, gentle powers of persuasion and sheer humanity. All the ladies who come in for companionship with my mum are lovely and chatty, they get on with a few jobs as required and then sit and talk to mum. We never have any problems.

I met with 3 different care companies and Home Instead was a clear choice for my friend. First of all both my friend and I find every member of staff kind and easy to talk to. They are easy to communicate with and flexible if I need extra help sometimes. They are always on time and carry out set tasks including spending time chatting with my friend which is so important to us. I cannot speak more highly of the Home Instead team, they have mastered the balance of professionalism and making it feel like a friend has come to visit perfectly.

Super impressed with the service. The carers allocated to my mum are perfect. They are punctual and do a great job, not only on the caring activities but also jobs around the house like bed changing, getting the washing on or hanging it out to dry etc. Mum has settled well with them and it has really helped me out knowing that she is well looked after and happy.
