My parents had a live in carer from Home Instead since February 2024. They were very lucky to have the same lovely lady as the main carer for this whole period. They also had a regular cover carer for when their main carer was on leave. Together these two wonderful ladies looked after my mother (who needed personal care as well as general household support) and were there in the last weeks of her life as she was on peaceful palliative care at home. The whole team at Home Instead, one member of staff in particular who was our client liaison for most of the 18 months, were a great support. When Mum was put on the end of life pathway they immediately stepped up and provided round the clock support for us and for the regular carer which made my Mum's end so calm and exactly as she, and the family, would have wished. I would completely recommend Home Instead.
I was very happy with the support provided by Home Instead Bromley. All of the carers were lovely especially one lady in particular who was the main carer for my Mother and Father. Sadly both my parents are now in a care home following a number of health related issues, but I appreciate the support that Home Instead provided whilst they were at home. The engagement process was very easy and the management a pleasure to deal with (thanks). I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

They are to a woman patient, knowledgeable, dependable and empathetic whilst remaining entirely professional. Home Instead have been exceptional since the initial meeting. Listening to our requests and my mother-in-law's needs and then putting in place a team of carers. Having the same carers each week has been so important. All wonderful carers and all different personalities, which brighten up the day and give my mother-in-law something to look forward to. We engaged with Home Instead after the pandemic, when I'd been caring for my dad myself for a long time, so it was hard to start sharing responsibility. The team made it a lot easier by showing genuine concern and affection for my dad, and were able to offer their expertise and guidance for the days I continued to care for him. They would alert me if they had concerns about him or raise with the district nurses. They made him laugh and treated him with kindness.

The care of my parents has been excellent and very professional. The carers are kind, thoughtful, very personable, fun and very patient.
