We have been using Home Instead Bromley for over a year. The care and support they have provided is excellent.
The fact the carers are matched to the person means my mum has found things in common with her carers which has made such a difference.
Everyone has been very kind and supportive from office
staff to care provided in the home. They are always willing to accommodate changes in schedules. They listen to us if we have any queries.

The staff go above and beyond in the care they provid, including calling an ambulance when my father had a medical emergency and staying with him for reassurance until the crew were ready to take him to hospital. The support they give me when he has bouts of illness is invaluable. I live several hours
travel away, so knowing he is so well looked after is really important.

Mum and Dad have had a live-in carer for the last 6 weeks. We could not have asked for anyone better as she matched their needs perfectly. It has been a weight off my mind to see how well they are cared for and how well they all interact. Lots of laughter! The whole team have been easy to deal with;

We have used Home Instead for a few years for personal care for our mother. Their kindness and professional approach to the care they give is 5 star. Home Instead went beyond the call of duty when our mum had a fall. The help they give enables us to keep our mum in her own home and live with dignity.

Home Instead have provided excellent care for my 94-year-old dad who has Dementia since February. With their support and care, we can work together to keep Dad in his flat with some independence. The carers are very experienced and flexible when extra help is needed. Any concerns they have are communicated
quickly and clearly. One carer makes Dad fresh fruit salad each time she visits, which he really likes.

My 97-year-old mother-in-law has two visits a day from a team of carers who all treat her with respect and kindness so she can live in dignity at home. She has the same group of carers so has got to know and like them. It is great there is not a quick staff turnover. our concerns are dealt with quickly
and efficiently and Home Instead are responsive to requests.
We have regular catch-ups with the experienced coordinator who knows the family well.

My 85-year-old mother has a full-time live-in carer provided by Home Instead which has allowed her to remain living in her own home. We as a family have always found the care provided by the care professionals to be of a high standard and empathetic towards our mother's needs. The management team are

The care provided by the Home Instead team has been exemplary. While initially retained to provide companionship to my elderly mother, their role evolved as her needs changed. As her needs increased so did the team's effort and dedication to ensure she was safe, comfortable and cared for. Initially,
it took a little time for her to accept the new faces and their presence in her life but she quickly responded to their positive outlook, gentle powers of persuasion and sheer humanity. My role involves a lot of contact with clients, liaising with their families, writing care plans, doing risk assessments and scheduling visits. I also oversee the majority of Care Professionals training, introductions to clients, supervisions and appraisals which means I can ensure that all Care Professionals are motivated and dedicated and have the tools they need to provide the best service possible to our clients.
