We are delighted with the attention to detail of our carers - looked after us during the day and I mean us, for she did our ironing and kept my kitchen spotless! She interacted with my husband beautifully and was gentle and caring and treated him with great dignity. I have also found the night carer very attentive and I have great confidence in both carers and their manager. Overall outstanding care. Thank you, Home Instead.

My brother and I couldn't continue to care for our 102-year-old Mother at home without our carers from Home Instead. They are to a woman patient, knowledgeable, dependable and empathetic whilst remaining entirely professional. They are a kind, funny and interesting company for my mum when she is up and about and copes so well with her more difficult episodes of withdrawal anger. We depend on them and in their support for mum, my brother and I feel supported too.

The manager is a wonderful and helpful manager, very approachable and compassionate. Dad's carer is amazing and I feel secure and take comfort in leaving him in her hands.

After a calamitous fall (4-3-25), I needed help at short notice, and it was provided promptly, thanks to your efficient team.

I couldn't be happier with the excellent service I have had from the manager from the first meeting, so kind and understanding of my situation in my home. I felt so relieved with her first visit and subsequent visits. My carer, I couldn't wish for a better person, very caring, happy and we work so well together, I look forward to my Friday afternoons, she's my ray of sunshine.

My wife and I are so impressed by Home Instead at all levels. From our first meeting with management to all of the carers looking after my mother, who is on her own at home. 10 out of 10, 5 stars and more.

Home Instead have been exceptional since the initial meeting. Listening to our requests and my mother-in-law's needs and then putting in place a team of carers. Having the same carers each week has been so important. All wonderful carers and all different personalities, which brighten up the day and give my mother-in-law something to look forward to. We had tried other companies and Home Instead continues to be the best.

We engaged with Home Instead after the pandemic, when I'd been caring for my dad myself for a long time, so it was hard to start sharing responsibility. The team made it a lot easier by showing genuine concern and affection for my dad, and were able to offer their expertise and guidance for the days I continued to care for him. They would alert me if they had concerns about him or raise with the district nurses. They made him laugh and treated him with kindness.

My husband and I researched many care providers. Home Instead made our decision a lot easier because they were so willing and patient to our requirements. My mother in law has adjusted really well with the care professionals selected for her. Our family have confidence and peace of mind.

We have now be having care provide to my elderly mother (who has vascular dementia) for some months. This needs people with an understanding of the challenges of this progresive disease. The person can easily reject help and be quite dismisive as they believe they can cope and deal with everthing, which is not the case. The ability of a company to provide reliable, punctual, flexable and most importantly the same staff on a regular basis is critical. With the carer's permission photos with names were provided so Mum would recognise people and put a name to the face - brilliant. Short notice changes and ad-hoc visits have been provided - flexibility is key. Mum's comment "they look after me so well, they are friends" says it all. I work part time for a family in Eltham and have discussed care for parents, they without prompting said how good Home Instead have been. The ability to provide later time visits have been so useful. Highly recomended.

Just wanted to say how pleased we are with the continued high quality care provided to our mum by home instead. All the carers are kind, friendly and professional and management is great, organising cover for any times carers cannot come and always bringing new carers to be introduced before they join mums care team.

The care of my parents has been excellent and very professional. The carers are kind, thoughtful, very personable, fun and very patient. It is such a relief that my parents are being looked after so well. The client service manager always keeps me informed, the communication is excellent. She is so calm and kind with my parents - an absolute star. Home Instead enables my parents to stay in their home and gives me peace of mind. I could not be happier with Home Instead - they are wonderful.
