I have been agreeably surprised by the help I have received. Always a smile, my helpers have become friends. Somewhat scared at the thought of sharing intimate details of my life with a stranger, the feeling soon passed. I now look forward to seeing them and miss them when they change or cannot make it. I am very pleased with our experience so far with the service given and with the quality of all the staff/ management involved. In particular, the friendly and jovial relationship they have developed with my wife is very pleasing to see. She in fact actually looks forward to the visits and regularly tells me how nice all the carers are which given her strongly independent character is not necessarily what I expected before we started with the service.
