Home Instead have been responsive and always supportive to ensure our father is entirely happy with the care arrangements. It's early days but our family are delighted with the quality of care given.

The live in carer we have is fabtastic, she is highly commited and patient. I honestly dont know how she manages but she is fantadtic and her written records are superb.

I trust her, which is essential for this work.

The only problem i have experienced was once out of hours service the night my friend went misding. I found this worker uncaring and unprofessional. I was disappointed that management did not contact until i complsined, this would have been good practice for myself and the carer who had been left for hours without any liaison with office and senior staff which was required in this crisis situation.

Other than this i have been satisfied with the ser ices received.

Home Instead have been caring for my father for some time now. The kind lady that visits my father is kind, compassionate and caring. She brightens up my fathers day and they always have a lovely chat, which my dad looks forward too. Their communication with our family is excellent, and they handle every situation with remarkable skill and a positive attitude. Our family are very grateful to Home Instead and I would highly recommend them.

Home Instead have been looking after my mother for 11 months and I can honestly say that the level and standards of care far outweigh any other provider we have used before. Previously, my mother had been hospitalised numerous times over the years, but since engaging Home Instead - not once! This has been a massive weight off my shoulders and relief to know that my mother is in good hands with extremely caring, friendly and attentive care professionals who use their initiative and are very pro-active. My mother looks better, feels better and her home is much tidier and cleaner. The whole system is running so well and I would highly recommend to everyone who needs home care. They also use a great online system which gives the family access to see what notes carers have added following each visit, giving us constant reassurance that mother is getting the best care and this system details all meds and foods etc. The office staff are also very receptive, helpful and supportive.

The carers selected for my mum's care were beautifully tailored to support me and my mum's dementia and alzheimer's progression.

Her weight was so low, and despite my best care for her, it was not working out for us. Under the attentive support of the team, my mum has put on weight gradually, and she has much more energy to even take on extracurricular activities that she used to love. Now, she has far more motivation to socialise with old friends and go out, rather than stay in bed all day.

I can't thank the team enough for their adaptability and active communication throughout.

The level of care that both carers show my father on a daily basis is of such high value that it helps my sister and I know that Dad is in very safe hands. To quote my Dad, when they're looking after him including washing him, it feels like his own mother is looking after him like when he was a child. That's the level of care and attention you get from both carers. It's very reassuring for us, as his children, but also for Dad since he feels very comfortable and secure. Thank you both for looking after our father so well..it's very much appreciated!

I have found the carer very cheerful and helpful. Her work is exemplary and she does anything that needs doing without me having to ask. She's great to talk to and I look forward to our weekly conversations.

I found that my mother did not have the strength for personal care.

I made telephone contact and was put through to the Director who was very professional.

We have been happy users of Home Instead Wembley for 4 years now. They have providing support for care of my mother as her dementia has worsened. The interactions between my mother and the carers has always been good but what I appreciate most is the responsiveness and adaptability of the office. Kindness, reliability and personalised care for my mother is the necessary given. The adaptability, can-do supportive attitude of the management and the sense that they know my mother and understand our needs, always trying to accomodate us and help us deal with changing circumstances is a great relief. My mother is having all her needs met and we are being supported in our efforts to ensure this.

Home Instead Wembley has provided care support for our elderly father for almost two years now and the whole experience from the start has been seamless, smooth, professional and very responsive.

Any changes to his care needs are acted on quickly and with understanding. The introduction of any new care professionals supporting him, has been well managed, as changes to his routine and getting to know new people can sometime be disconcerting for him.

The regular review visits have been thorough and it is great to meet the team who manage things 'behind the scene'. All of the care professionals work well with dad, fully understanding his needs, preferences and tastes and carry out their duties calmly and to a high standard.

As a family we are more than happy with the care and support provided by the Wembley team.

I only hope this review manages to convey how indebted we feel to Home Instead for everything they have done to support our family at this tumultuous time. In the space of 4 weeks, our mother went from living completely independently, albeit with a diagnosis of dementia and enjoying a better social life than most to needing 24/7 care while she lay in bed confused and frightened. We contacted Home Instead and it's the best decision we ever made. Their compassionate and professional staff have offered realistic and practical solutions. Their advice and help is unparalleled. Every single care professional works hard and always keeps my Mum's dignity and humanity at the forefront. They haven't just gone over and above what any service user can expect to receive, they have taken our hands and helped us navigate through this difficult time. And when it's all seemed like too much they have sat with us and provided balm for our souls. We will never be able to thank them enough

The team dealt with my friend's needs very well. The initial assessment was carried out with sensitivity and the care professionals were very good with my friend. I was also supported very well by the care manager when there were problems with the client's family.

Home Instead care services are excellent, caring, professional and on time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They looked after my elderly mother recently, they showed a lot of empathy towards her dwindling memory. Despite her needs forever changing and her personality, Home Instead remained the same.
