The care for my mother has given me such peace of mind. She is so happy, and so are we. She is eating well and having her medication on time too. We started slowly, as she was apprehensive, but she was doing so well; that we were able to increase care with Home Instead. Everyone, carers and office staff
are so helpful and kind. They respond so quickly that I can't ask for anymore. We are very happy with the service. Thank you so much.

My mother is 91 and suffered a fall. After hospitalisation she came home and needed care for everyday issues for only about an hour a day.
Friends of mine had used Home Instead previously and rated them very highly.
I contacted my local office in Stanmore and it was the best thing I could have done.
Met
with the manager, who ran through everything and accommodated mine and my mother's requirements.
It could not have been easier and it gave us great relief that we had done the right thing.
The carers are terrific! The staff are very very nice, flexible, efficient.
The whole process of setting up the care was so easy and I cannot stress how easy they made it happen and gave us peace of mind.
10/10 from me!

The level of care was exceptional, I could at all times discuss my father's care needs with experienced staff. The carers were of a very high standard, they attended without exception on a daily basis when required, were always on time and attentive to my father's needs. I have no hesitation in recommending
the team to anyone wishing to use them for elderly care support.

One of the best elderly service I have experienced. They are all highly trained in dementia and very efficient, gentle and kind with my mum in laws care. They find a carer who speaks the same language and is of similar background to suit their client's needs. Always available on the other end of the
phone for help and support. We need more awareness of this service. So grateful to all the super team at Home Instead. Keep up the good work and thank you so much.

I often stay with my sister for long periods of time since my brother in law had two strokes two years ago. I have been greatly impressed by the wonderful care given to him by the Home Instead Team. Home Instead is first class and I cannot speak more highly of them all.
A carer comes once a day to
assist him to wash and dress. Over time, their patience, encouragement and kindness have enabled my brother in law to accomplish more of these tasks confidently by himself. He has the assurance of the carer to remind him of procedures and help him if required.
The carers are male and female which is a good balance. They are always caring, friendly cheerful and respectful. They chat about interests, play music and show photos which provide valuable stimulation.
The management team are very supportive and are only a phone call away at any time. They are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone who needed care at home.

A professional and personable service, with quick response and availability.
We used Home Instead Senior Care to look after my mother (who has dementia) for a week, whilst my father was in hospital.
An initial home visit and care worker assignment was organised within 24 hours, which was very thorough
and useful throughout the care period.
A lovely care worker stayed and lived in the home for a week, working throughout the day (with 2 hours break) and was on call throughout the night if required, which was a great help.
The care worker skillfully gained acceptance with my mother who is a resistor of care, but the softly-softly approach adopted by the care worker was effective and my mother happily accepted the care; (getting up, washing/showering, toilet, clothes preparation, morning dressing, meal prep and clean up, night time dressing and going to bed, etc),
Overall a positive experience that helped a lot during a difficult time and we would use again.

I can thoroughly recommend Home Instead Senior Care (Wembley). They have been proving care for my 90 plus-year-old father for over two years. He has a keen interest in a range of activities and as well as providing live-in care. The team of carers take him out on coach trips and support other family
members in taking him to clubs and classes. He has lost most of his sight and is frail, but the team still ensure he can continue some of his favourite activities. There is consistency over the carers who get to support him. The service is reliable, safe and effective and operates to a high standard. The team are good at working with myself and my sister in maintaining Dad's morale and ensuring he is safe. On occasion, they have helped with support during hospital admissions or on emergency visits and are good at working with other health professionals. Their policies are well documented and comprehensive.
Without this support, Dad would not be able to stay at home and I know that he is hugely grateful of the care that they provide both to him, but also supporting my sister and I.

Suddenly having to find a good care provider for a loved one is scary. In our case, our 87-year-old mum was becoming more confused and took too much medication and ended up in hospital. Searching reviews of private care companies, Home Instead kept coming up with positive reviews. Even though it was
9pm at night, I emailed the director of Home Instead, Wembley and she replied within half an hour. Pretty impressive at a time when I and my siblings were feeling very stressed. When they met Mum we were very impressed with the interest they took in her as a person and the personality of a carer who would best suit Mum. The first carer was very nice and efficient but not quite the match. Mum needs someone bubbly in the morning when she can be at her lowest in mood. Home Instead Wembley picked up on this after a few days and the new carer has been perfect. Mum loves seeing her every morning and just an hour a day has removed a huge worry. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Home Instead have been caring for my grandfather for the last few months. The change in his confidence is lovely to see. He has been so lonely and feels upset when we leave after we visit him. He looks forward to his visits and his carers are kind and patient with him. He wants to go out so we are working
towards this now. Home Instead give us, as a family, peace of mind and has given my grandfather something to look forward to everyday and for that we are very grateful.

Home Instead have been providing care for my grandfather. We have seen him change from a man who was very lonely to a man who smiles when he talks about his carers. He looks forward to the visits and really loves his carers. They are so kind to him and help him with all the things that he finds hard

My Father was diagnosed with COPD 5 years ago. His health has deteriorated rapidly, he is unable to mobilise for long. Home Instead have been great, from the office to the carers. Dad has the same carer four times a week, so has build up a great relationship. The company has taken a weight off of my
shoulders.

The care for my mother is just amazing. I cannot thank them enough. They have gone above and beyond what I have expected.
The caregivers have been absolutely lovely. My mother considers them an extension fo her little family. The management is excellent, very responsive even on weekends. I don't know
how we would cope without Home Instead now. We are all so happy that my mother is in safe hands.

Home Instead have been caring for my grandmother for a while now. We have seen her grow in confidence and she is much happier than she was. She looks forward to her visits and really loves her carers. Her carers are so kind and are so patient with her and sometimes take her out too. She is so happy

I would like to sincerely thank all of the team, both carers and management, who cared for my uncle so well for the past few months before he passed away. He was well looked after and treated with the utmost dignity by the two lovely ladies who I know will miss his great sense of humour and many the
joke! The management team were always at the end of the phone and ready to reply- even at weekends which we really appreciated. I can’t really speak any more highly of the kindness, care and compassion that my uncle received from all the staff and we are forever indebted to you.
