My grandmother is very happy to be part of Home Instead Senior Care (Wembley) and is extremely satisfied with the care she receives in a lovely environment. The team are very professional and can be depended upon to look after your loved ones.

I would like to sincerely thank all of the team, both carers and management, who cared for my uncle so well for the past few months before he passed away. He was well looked after and treated with the utmost dignity by the two lovely ladies who I know will miss his great sense of humour and many the joke! The management team were always at the end of the phone and ready to reply- even at weekends which we really appreciated. I can’t really speak any more highly of the kindness, care and compassion that my uncle received from all the staff and we are forever indebted to you.

We have become friends and she brightens my morning.

The carers were not just good at the care but were able to make food and clean up and deal with any sorts of emergencies.

We chose Home Instead because they demonstrated a good understanding of our mother's needs, and we were not disappointed. The standard and level of care are excellent and we feel comfortable in the knowledge that our mother is in good hands.

We contacted Home Instead after it being recommended by another care provider that were unable to offer the service in our area. My dad has late-stage Alzheimer’s and had become bed-bound after a fall.

Home Instead from top to bottom were fantastic. They were quick to get the care in place and the carers provided were simply wonderful. They were delicate, thoughtful, understanding and careful in the way that they would change, touch and tend to my dad's needs. They were also very helpful with advice and accommodating throughout.

My mum, my brother and I felt very confident that our dad was in the best possible care available from a home care service provider. Highly recommend.

Since first making contact with an enquiry for my elderly mum, we have had nothing but excellent service from everyone we have come into contact with, from the care manager, office staff and of course the carers themselves. Unfortunately, my mother's situation deteriorated rapidly after a couple of falls when she was on her own at night. As a result, while she was in hospital we agreed a revised care package for daily morning and evening care, which has proven to be a godsend. My mother was initially somewhat sceptical about the amount of care she needed but now realises how important her twice daily care is. She has also developed a wonderful rapport with her main carer and looks forward to her visits! Home Instead have taken away a huge amount of stress from myself and my wife and we cannot thank you enough!

I feel they have been chosen to match my husband's character and interests, which is very important. They never seem to be clock watching and their continuity is valuable. They seem to me to take a personal interest, rather than just regarding it as a job.

We are really pleased with the support Home Instead have provided for my Mum. We actually have peace of mind. My Mum gets on very well with her caregivers who are so kind, patient and caring. They go above and beyond and do little things that mean when I go there I can spend quality time with my Mum. My Mum is so happy now. Thank you very much.

My carer for the last three weeks was always punctual coming and going. A very good cook with a main meal on the table punctual at 6 pm daily. Was always very hygienic and always very willing to help in odd ways whilst awaiting meals to cook. Very much appreciate her all-around attention.

I have been very happy with the service provided by Home Instead Senior Care. I was very impressed by the sympathetic manner. The care was initially set up and the prompt manner it was adjusted as my 92-year-old mother's needs changed. The staff have been very kind, efficient and punctual, always having time for a chat and giving me peace of mind.

I cannot recommend Home Instead enough. Thanks to Home Instead, we have home care in place for my mum who lives 100 miles away! We had seen another carer who quoted a price and gave us some visit times then sent through a contract with different times and higher prices! Home Instead have been amazing and my mum is now looking forward to going home after 3 months in hospital and a month in a care home.
