I am very happy with Home Instead and the excellent support they provide.
My grandmother adores her carers, all of them are so kind, helpful and sensitive. In the space of only a few weeks, they felt like family.
Management are also very pleasant to deal with and quick to respond. Overall the whole service feels personal yet professional. They even sent my grandmother a birthday card signed by the whole team, and she was beaming all day. Small kind gestures like these really make Home Instead stand out.
Home Instead came recommended by a neighbour. After engaging them, I can see why they have such a stellar reputation, and now I recommend them to others.
They are a shining example of how services can and should be delivered.
I have worked in London hospitals as a nurse in the NHS since the 90s, and I can honestly say that Home Instead have been the most attentive and professional care provider I have come across. I sought out Home Instead based on their reputation in the industry, to look after my grandfather after his cancer diagnosis, and it has been the best decision I've ever made. All the carers I've met have been kind and genuinely caring. The service has been accommodating and responsive, without exception. I have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead to anyone who is looking for truly outstanding care.
Brilliant support for my dad from Home Instead. They came recommended from my physiotherapist and I can see why. Dad has a lovely group of carers that have come to know him better than I do! They have helped him recover from his hip operation far quicker than we expected, and it is surely as a result of the warm and caring support from his care team. Really pleased with the service, truly faultless.
Very happy with the service being delivered by Home Instead to my granddad. He tells me the carers are lovely and gentle and always on time. The management team keep me updated on his progress and I am able to read the notes left by cares on an online portable that I can access from anywhere. The whole process has given me peace of mind when I am away knowing that my granddad is being well cared for.
I am very grateful for the carers from Home Instead who help my dad. His dementia has worsened to the point where he can no longer speak, but the carers are so patient and kind and still manage to understand his needs. They have given my family so much support and reassurance and Dad is doing so much better since the carers have been visiting. My thanks to the amazing team at Home Instead.
I have regained my confidence and independence since they've been visiting.
I look forward to seeing them every day and I cannot imagine life without them now.
The whole team are friendly and kind and the carers have always been punctual, reliable, and very caring.
Prior to Home Instead I was receiving care from my council, and the standard was so poor, most of the carers couldn't speak English so I was unable to tell them what I needed.
My neighbour told me about Home Instead and since the first day I contacted them they've been superb. The carers are so professional and warm, I look forward to their visits every day and I feel safe when they are in my flat. 10/10 marks.
I am very happy with how responsive this company is and how they have helped my family to look after my grandmother. The team are all very supportive and to help my grandmother to maintain a very good quality of life in her own home.
High-quality care. When my elderly mother’s care needs increased over the last few months, the whole care team were very open about how to adapt the service to suit her. They kept me informed whenever my mother was having a good day or a bad day, and this was very reassuring because there were periods when I couldn’t visit my mother for weeks.
But the girls from Home Instead were like angels. They were so patient with him and so kind; they brought him out of his shell, got him to take his meds and start eating properly again, cleaned his house, and even helped him to start seeing his friends again. He's got a new lease of life - it's amazing.
I cannot thank the whole team enough. The staff in the office are just as lovely as the carers who visit my dad, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them.
Absolutely stellar service; I don't know what my family would have done without them.
