Overall Experience

We, which means my mother and l, have been clients of Home Instead for just over a year now. Even though we have used the minimum of service, as a way of introducing my mother to the concept of home help, we have always experienced a great level of professionalism. From the initial interview through

to current care the level of attention has been outstanding.
What is most important is that l have confidence that if we need to suddenly increase the quantity and level of service, as my mother is 91, it will be actioned with the same attentiveness and my mother will be comfortable with the result. I thank the staff of Home Instead for allowing us to feel that way.

Overall Experience

Home Instead Horsham are consummate professionals, and set the benchmark for professionalism, service and care in homecare. From the first conversation, the Office Client Manager and Scheduler were 100% professional, very caring and acted quickly to cover every base, and I mean every base to care

for my Mum. The carers themselves are amazing ladies who know how to care and are 100%, reliable, friendly, professional. They are seasoned professionals who are long term with Home Instead Horsham. They are proactive in reading all situations which come up with care , compassion, and professionalism and firmness as required. The office is always available as required , do regular check-ins with me, administration of schedule and invoicing 100% are spot on . A great team of professionals all round.
Five stars is not enough, I know my Mother is in safe professional compassionate caring hands . Without their assistance my Mum could not stay at home. I should add as the client i live overseas.

Overall Experience

My father was initially nervous about having 'strangers' coming into his home however, the carers provided have quickly built up a relationship with my Dad and proved invaluable in helping him remain at home. It helps that he sees the same carers each day who know his routine.
Following an initial

assessment a care plan was drawn up with the help of the care manager and now my father knows there is someone coming in to assist him with those daily activities of living he finds challenging.
Initially we had requested only a once a day visit however, due to a change in his condition we asked that this be increased. Within a day the team were able to accommodate this additional request.
I find it reassuring that through the app I am able to check how each visit has gone and have been grateful to be informed of any change in my father's condition when I am not there. The team have treated my Dad as an individual, with dignity. It's such a relief he is happy to receive their help.

Overall Experience

Home Instead has been caring for me for nearly 3 years. I really appreciate the fact that they do the housework as well as preparing meals, but they also do so much more. The carers are easy to have around and enable me to continue with my hobbies - listening to and talking about music, discussing the

news and working in the garden. Senior management are very approachable if there are any issues & deal with things promptly.

Overall Experience

Care has been put in place to help me cope with demands of running a home when every nights sleep is broken. Just knowing that any jobs I haven't managed will be swiftly and efficiently taken care of is a life changer. The carer quickly built a relationship with my husband which will be vital for when

his personal care needs increase.

Overall Experience

From initial contact, the team was highly considerate, efficient & patient.
Flexing as soon as possible in response to additional needs as they arose.
The carers who visited were lovely, very capable & punctual.
As part of a blended family, Mum's partner wasn't easy to manage but the team were

very supportive & helpful.
Would highly recommend to any family considering home care.

The carers were reliable and were always able to help mum with various tasks around the home and provide transport for hospital appointments and accompany her as well. Mum established a

I previously used Home Instead Fareham back in 2019/20 for my elderly parents and they were outstanding, so when I needed to arrange care for my husbands 100-year-old grandmother I made only one call to the Branch near her in Crawley. From that very call from the Manager who was just amazing with nan,

she was assessed by him in the hospital and her home was also assessed for needs, and care was arranged in 24 hours so we could get her home and away from the overcrowded hospital. She now has a great team of angles who visit three time a day giving the care, support and comfort our precious nan requires. Home Instead also use a great app that all close family can have access to which provides us with times and names of carer visits plus all tasks that have taken place, and as we live an hour away, gives the best piece of mind as you know when a carer has arrive. The Manager and the office team are always on hand to answer any of our questions. If you are considering home care in Crawley this is who you should call.

Overall Experience

My mum has used the services of Home Instead Horsham for several years. We can only speak well of them. Mum has had regular carers and in recent years one particular carer who has been so kind to mum and made her feel really safe and secure in her bungalow. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and

she has definitely gone over and above on one or two occasions when mum has been poorly. The office staff are great too and have always been kind and accommodating to our needs. I would definitely recommend the service provided by Home Instead.

Home Instead were given to me by my daughter in law and I am thrilled with the recommendation. I have 2 companions. On a Wednesday and a Saturday. They are my continued support and they are both absolutely marvellous. They turn up promptly and leave only when I am ready I really look forward to their

visits.

From February to 3rd October, the day my wife was admitted to a care home, we, her family have been tended by a caring, responsive and compassionate Home Instead team.
Personally, I have learnt so much of what has been revealed of "another way of life". Specialists' experience of certain aspects of

Overall Experience

Home Instead provided excellent care which meant that my father was able to live at home for the final months of his life. The team of carers who supported him were wonderful. Their companionship and care ensured that he was as independent as his condition allowed, and could be in control of some decisions

even when he wasn't able to do everything he wanted to. They built great relationships with him and with supporting family members. The wider team were helpful and responsive, putting care in place so that he could be discharged from hospital as soon as possible and flexing to meet changing requirements. Overall it felt that Home Instead and our family worked together as a team to support my father and give him the best quality of life that we could.

Home Instead Horsham have provided care for several years for my uncle. We have been completely happy with their service and care during this time.
