We would like to thank Rajive and the team at Home Instead (Crawley) for all their exceptional help, advice, and support in caring for our parents. Communication has always been prompt and effective, and we appreciated having a small, consistent team looking after them, as well as using an app to stay updated on visits.

We selected Home Instead as they could accommodate specific cultural needs with multi-language Care Professionals. A special thanks to Sameera, our primary Care Pro, who has been wonderfully cheerful, punctual, kind, and flexible as care needs changed.

Even as our parents relocate, the team has provided helpful guidance. Knowing our parents were in such trustworthy hands brought us great comfort. We highly recommend Rajive and his team.

Having experienced Home Instead's exemplary standard of care in Shoreham-by-Sea, when my parents lived in my home for three years, I was happy to reconnect to supplement the care Mum was receiving in their Extra-Care flat in Horsham. My Dad, who is in his early 90s can now have minimum stress three days of the week, When your wonderful young Home Instead carer visits Mum, on time, and spends an hour giving her personal care in the bathroom and chatting to her afterwards. We can't praise Home Instead highly enough

Home Instead Horsham provided care for my mother for several years before her passing in October '25. In that time I found them helpful and sensible to deal with. The vast majority of the carers who visited were very good, with a reassuring and positive approach. One of my mother's dearest wishes was to not go into a care home. I'm very happy that we safely fulfilled this wish and we could not have done this without the quality of care provided.

If in time her personal needs increase we would not hesitate to adapt the care package to suit her and would be happy to continue to pay for their excellent standard of care.

I had visited Home Instead for a general enquiry because my Wife was in Hospital in a serious condition and I did not know when or even if she would be discharged, the office team were very welcoming and gave me all the information and confidence I needed that this was a company I would like for Sheila's care if the need arose, well the need arose much quicker than expected and I returned to arrange the care and asked "tongue in cheek" if it could start the following day, well to my surprise and delight they arranged it and indeed did start two visits per day, the coordinator who is very likeable and informative carried out a comprehensive risk assessment and from then on the excellent care team arrived on time every day and were extremely professional in every task they carried out, but most of all they were all very likeable and gave me the peace of mind that Sheila was receiving the best possible care in our own home.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the care and support provided to my Mum. Living with dementia can be incredibly challenging, not only for the individual but also for the family, and the difference your team makes does not go unnoticed.

The staff consistently treat my Mum with genuine care, patience, and kindness. They approach her with dignity and respect, taking the time to understand her needs and ensuring she feels safe and comfortable. It is very reassuring to know she is being looked after by people who truly care about her wellbeing.

In addition to supporting my Mum, the team also provides valuable help to my Dad. Simple but important tasks such as changing bedcovers, tidying up, and offering general support make a significant difference to his day-to-day life. This extra level of care helps ease the pressure on him and allows him to focus more on spending quality time with my Mum.

It had taken nearly a year of very careful conversations with my Mum for her to accept that she did need help to care for my Dad who has Dementia. From the moment my Mum met Rajive from Home Instead all her worries were put behind her. Home Instead provides a very professional service, all the staff are very kind and caring. I wouldn't hesitate recommending as we have all be so impressed with the care my Dad receives and the office staff have all been very helpful with any questions. We started with 1 ½ hours a week and very quickly added a second 2 hour visit.

The level of care and support that the staff from Home Instead provided to my wife was outstanding. They really worked hard to understand her Alzheimer's and adjusted the activities they undertook with her to make her relaxed and comfortable whilst I was away. I can thoroughly recommend their services to anybody wishing to have some home support.

Rajive, Debbie, Becky, Erika, Michaela, Kinga and the whole team are exceptional. Their attention to detail and care is second to none. This is the first time I've ever had to arrange in home care for my Dad and right from the very first phone call the team have been amazing. Very reassuring and patient guiding me all the way. Their communication is fantastic too and they're willingness to alter their schedule according to our needs is unbelievably helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

From the first phone call to Home Instead I knew they the right fit for our family. Amy said everything I needed to hear about how they work and did not disappoint when they started. Alana has the perfect blend of professionalism and empathy. We were experiencing a stressful period with my dad (carer to my mum) having terminal cancer. We agreed on a daily care package for getting mum ready for the day, which involved personal care, cleaning commode, dressing, making breakfast. My parents were very resistant to bringing in care but they immediately leaned into it. By the end my mum enjoyed the company and reliability. Each Care Professional was excellent - highly professional and efficient, and kind too. I must say Pat was particularly amazing. Thank you Home Instead for steadying the ship at a rocky time. I recommend them to anyone without doubt.

I have been happy with Home Instead from the initial 'phone call enquiring about help upto the time my husband was moved into a Care Home. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They showed my husband compassion and I know he felt comfortable and safe in their care. A big thank you to you all.
