I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the care and support provided to my Mum. Living with dementia can be incredibly challenging, not only for the individual but also for the family, and the difference your team makes does not go unnoticed.
The staff consistently treat my Mum with genuine
care, patience, and kindness. They approach her with dignity and respect, taking the time to understand her needs and ensuring she feels safe and comfortable. It is very reassuring to know she is being looked after by people who truly care about her wellbeing.
In addition to supporting my Mum, the team also provides valuable help to my Dad. Simple but important tasks such as changing bedcovers, tidying up, and offering general support make a significant difference to his day-to-day life. This extra level of care helps ease the pressure on him and allows him to focus more on spending quality time with my Mum.

Loved my dad, gave wonderful and so badly needed advise. Helped me keep my dad at home for another year. So caring, patient, loving and each one brought another precious dynamic in a great team. Thank you.

The team undertook all sorts of help within the house which has helped me too.

I have always had a positive answer to any queries I have had.
Turnover of staff quite frequent in the last 3 months, but mostly very pleasant ladies.
Home Instead keep very strictly to the safety and care rules making sure Clients are well cared for.

It had taken nearly a year of very careful conversations with my Mum for her to accept that she did need help to care for my Dad who has Dementia. From the moment my Mum met Rajive from Home Instead all her worries were put behind her. Home Instead provides a very professional service, all the staff
are very kind and caring. I wouldn't hesitate recommending as we have all be so impressed with the care my Dad receives and the office staff have all been very helpful with any questions. We started with 1 ½ hours a week and very quickly added a second 2 hour visit.

The level of care and support that the staff from Home Instead provided to my wife was outstanding. They really worked hard to understand her Alzheimer's and adjusted the activities they undertook with her to make her relaxed and comfortable whilst I was away. I can thoroughly recommend their services
to anybody wishing to have some home support.

Rajive, Debbie, Becky, Erika, Michaela, Kinga and the whole team are exceptional. Their attention to detail and care is second to none. This is the first time I've ever had to arrange in home care for my Dad and right from the very first phone call the team have been amazing. Very reassuring and
patient guiding me all the way. Their communication is fantastic too and they're willingness to alter their schedule according to our needs is unbelievably helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

From the first phone call to Home Instead I knew they the right fit for our family. Amy said everything I needed to hear about how they work and did not disappoint when they started. Alana has the perfect blend of professionalism and empathy. We were experiencing a stressful period with my dad (carer
to my mum) having terminal cancer. We agreed on a daily care package for getting mum ready for the day, which involved personal care, cleaning commode, dressing, making breakfast. My parents were very resistant to bringing in care but they immediately leaned into it. By the end my mum enjoyed the company and reliability. Each Care Professional was excellent - highly professional and efficient, and kind too. I must say Pat was particularly amazing. Thank you Home Instead for steadying the ship at a rocky time. I recommend them to anyone without doubt.

I phoned Home Instead and spoke with Raji and he answered all my questions in detail.
I needed care for my Mother in law which needed to start ASAP as she has Dementia
I couldn't believe how quickly it was put in place
We started off with 1 & half hours in the mornings but then had to add an hour
for the evenings again I spoke to Raji and all this was put in place very quickly
All the carers came out to meet my Mother in law first before any care took place which was a nice touch.
I cannot rate Home Instead highly enough
The staff are lovely very friendly from the office to the carers
Nothing is to much trouble for any of them
We have the same carers on a rota which I think is very important as my Mother in law is getting use to.
If anybody is in any doubt about getting care in then don't be
Home Instead is excellent
I cannot Thank them enough for what they have done and are doing for my Mother in law
It has put my mind at rest a bit more knowing she is being looked after.

We, which means my mother and l, have been clients of Home Instead for just over a year now. Even though we have used the minimum of service, as a way of introducing my mother to the concept of home help, we have always experienced a great level of professionalism. From the initial interview through
to current care the level of attention has been outstanding.
What is most important is that l have confidence that if we need to suddenly increase the quantity and level of service, as my mother is 91, it will be actioned with the same attentiveness and my mother will be comfortable with the result. I thank the staff of Home Instead for allowing us to feel that way.

Home Instead Horsham are consummate professionals, and set the benchmark for professionalism, service and care in homecare. From the first conversation, the Office Client Manager and Scheduler were 100% professional, very caring and acted quickly to cover every base, and I mean every base to care
for my Mum. The carers themselves are amazing ladies who know how to care and are 100%, reliable, friendly, professional. They are seasoned professionals who are long term with Home Instead Horsham. They are proactive in reading all situations which come up with care , compassion, and professionalism and firmness as required. The office is always available as required , do regular check-ins with me, administration of schedule and invoicing 100% are spot on . A great team of professionals all round.
Five stars is not enough, I know my Mother is in safe professional compassionate caring hands . Without their assistance my Mum could not stay at home. I should add as the client i live overseas.

My father was initially nervous about having 'strangers' coming into his home however, the carers provided have quickly built up a relationship with my Dad and proved invaluable in helping him remain at home. It helps that he sees the same carers each day who know his routine.
Following an initial
assessment a care plan was drawn up with the help of the care manager and now my father knows there is someone coming in to assist him with those daily activities of living he finds challenging.
Initially we had requested only a once a day visit however, due to a change in his condition we asked that this be increased. Within a day the team were able to accommodate this additional request.
I find it reassuring that through the app I am able to check how each visit has gone and have been grateful to be informed of any change in my father's condition when I am not there. The team have treated my Dad as an individual, with dignity. It's such a relief he is happy to receive their help.

Home Instead has been caring for me for nearly 3 years. I really appreciate the fact that they do the housework as well as preparing meals, but they also do so much more. The carers are easy to have around and enable me to continue with my hobbies - listening to and talking about music, discussing the
news and working in the garden. Senior management are very approachable if there are any issues & deal with things promptly.
