I have used Home Instead over the past 3 years to support my mum and dad at home. The support has been exceptional. The office team are very helpful. They work hard to cover any emergencies and if there is ever an occasion where they cannot help out then their communications are clear and detailed. The carers have been, almost without exception, amazing. My regular carers in particular were outstanding and became vital in getting us through some difficult times. I would not have coped with the deteriorating health of my mum and dad without the Home Instead team.

I have found the service to be very professional, caring and thorough in every respect. I feel the carers are well-trained, always punctual and with very high standards of hygiene, politeness and understanding.

It was easy to begin care, also speedy which really helped us but similarly when we needed to cease carers ( for now) we were fairly guided through that process too.

Home instead have been looking after my dad for a couple of months now. From the administration to the care has all been excellent. Admin staff are efficient and quick to respond to any issues/concerns. Care staff look after my dad really well- they genuinely care! We had a bad experience with a previous company and it was stressful for both my dad and his family. Since Home Instead became involved, Dad is more settled and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. It's not the cheapest care, but worth every penny.

A friendly, kind and caring service from the very start of the process to provide my mum with some supportive care. She was reluctant at first to have any care at all but very soon became pleased to have a warm and helpful person appearing twice a week. Thank you so much to all the team for your support and care.

We could not be more pleased with the care for my father who has late-stage dementia. After only a week of being a client his main carer was admitted to hospital, as his moving and handling is a two-person job we could have been in an impossible situation. Our two designated carers stepped up to support us 3 times a day, they have been so kind and totally professional. When we have contacted the office we are responded to courteously and promptly, the staff have been appropriately trained and signed off.
