Home Instead Bedford have been involved in supporting my client who is in a Care Home for a number of years now. They have supported him through a difficult move, admissions to hospital and psychological issues.
I can honestly say that from the top management through to individual support workers
the service provided has been first rate and beyond.
They are the best Agency I have every worked with in all my many many years of social work and if only all agencies were like this the world for vulnerable individuals would be a much better place.
I literally cannot praise them enough for the wonderful service they provide. I have never encountered a difficulty with them, they are patient, caring, and accommodating. Staff including office staff all know the client and are all empathetic and work in a person centred way.
I could go on but basically I would award them 10 our of 5 stars if I could.
Thank you Home Instead Bedford - I wish you could be cloned!!!!

I needed carer support for my husband so I could have a break. I wanted someone who would take him out or occupy him with activities. The original agency we tried failed dismally, Home Instead excelled. My husband now has a male companion who takes him out each week, they get on very well together.
If my husband has had a few bad days this carer always cheers him up. This allows me to meet up with friends or to go shopping etc without the worry. Would highly recommend.

Home Instead makes me feel happy and secure in my own home. It enables me to live in a clean and tidy house. It helps me with shopping, it gives me companionship and someone who understands my needs and all is delivered with care and a smile. It helps look after my personal care. It makes a real difference
to my day-to-day living. I did not realise how excellent the care would be. Thank you Home Instead.

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. My brother and I were struggling to find a solution to the day-to-day care requirements for our Mum. The staff were very professional and caring and enabled our mum to continue living in her own home for longer.

Friednly, reliable staff who supplied 1-week respite care. They listened to what Dad wanted help with and Dad enjoyed their company. I am currently seeing if Home Instead could care for Dad on a regular basis.

We have used Home Instead carers for my Mum who has dementia for our 4-night respite breaks several times now and been very satisfied with the care she was given considering Mum can be very rude and awkward at times because of her condition, age and mobility!
Our most recent break this month and also
cover for a wedding we attended went extremely well and made it possible for us to enjoy the breaks knowing Mum was being looked after so well!

My Father has been looked after by Home Instead for over eight months and in all that time we have been delighted with the professional and caring nature of all the staff involved. The staff all go the extra mile to make my father feel comfortable and enjoy sharing a laugh and joke with him.
They take
a real pride in their work and enjoy their caring role.
It has taken a weight off my shoulders knowing that he is in such safe and kind hands.

We were impressed with Home Instead staff. They always attended on time and were always friendly and courteous. Most importantly they remembered what was agreed to be done from the previous day. They provided care and 'Peace of Mind' for my wife as she was very worried as to how to deal with my care
since my hospital discharge last month.

Mum was with Home Instead for around six months, and during that time, the care she received was excellent. The team who supported her were caring and kind. They took time to get to know Mum, listen to her needs and chat with her about anything and everything Mum wanted to talk about. The little touches
they gave showed her dignity and their level of commitment was exceptional. The support they gave to me was also beyond anything I would have expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or see them again.

During my husband's 17 months with Home Instead, he was treated exceptionally well by his carers and looked forward to his weekly visits. He formed a great friendship with them. It was peace of mind for me knowing that I could go out for a few hours without worrying. In our time of need both the management

Home Instead have been caring for Mum for about a year now, after a bad experience with a different care company. They really get the best out of her and allocate carers with a similar sense of humour. Nothing is too much trouble. Communication is excellent both ways and Mum's care plan is constantly
updated.
I would highly recommend it.

I can honestly say that all the staff from the office, who I email and organise my father’s care, to the lovely ladies who look after him have been fabulous. Everyone is so kind and caring and I find myself not worrying all the time as I know he is being very well looked after. I would 100% recommend
