All my carers work good. Also office staff work well.
Thank you for your positive feedback. It's lovely to hear how happy you are with the service and support provided by Home Instead Luton and Central Bedfordshire.
Carers are excellent, particularly appreciate the continuity of carers, so that they build up a relationship with their client. They also adopt little nuances of routine or care in each home. The carers genuinely care. Also appreciate changes to care, e.g., additional care occasionally required on Saturdays. Office staff excellent at dealing with queries in a timely manner. Overall, excellent service.

It went very well. We went into mums bedroom to say hello. Tina and I then went through the review questions. Mum and myself are both very happy with the care provided. Rotas have been flexible at the times we have required changes. It is also really helpful and good that the care providers are the same for consistency and developing a good, happy relationship with mum, myself and our family

We chose Home Instead Luton about a year ago as we received a referral from two separate friends who also use your services. We realised we needed to assign extra care for my mum. Also you had a good cqc rating. A year on, This still stands that we would still chose Home Instead. The level of care we have received for mum has been great. Both mum is reassured by her level of care and I am pleased by the empathy shown to mum whilst still letting her remain in control of her lifestyle and being respectful for my mum. Also Home Instead are flexible with mums needs which has meant we can adapt to her level of care and needs without her feeling any change and keep consistency for her. It has also given support to us and my mum. There is also a positive level of trust and respect shown to mum.

Home Instead has provided care for my mum over the past couple of years. The care she has received has been of a consistently high standard, and she has come to view the carers as friends. The carers have demonstrated patience and empathy while being good listeners and responding to mums ndees. They have been a great support to me, giving me the opportunity to have time out from my caring role. The management and administration staff have also been excellent and a pleasure to deal with.

All I can say is thank you so much for taking care of my dad he always looked forward to the two carers who came from the very start. They always put a smile on his face and treated him so well as do all the carers in his final weeks. I only wish we had Home Instead to care for my mum in 2018. So thank you so much to all of Home Instead.

I am very happy to be with Home Instead. The care and attention I receive in every area is absolutely second to none. Thank you very much.
We are delighted to receive your 5* review and to hear how satisfied you are.
I cannot recommend this service highly enough. My brother and I were struggling to find a solution to the day-to-day care requirements for our Mum. The staff were very professional and caring and enabled our mum to continue living in her own home for longer.
Thank you for your positive review, we are thrilled to hear you had a good experience with us.
Friednly, reliable staff who supplied 1-week respite care. They listened to what Dad wanted help with and Dad enjoyed their company. I am currently seeing if Home Instead could care for Dad on a regular basis.
Thanks for your review, it was lovely to support your father and enable his carer to have a break. We look forward to continuing to support him regularly.
Our most recent break this month and also cover for a wedding we attended went extremely well and made it possible for us to enjoy the breaks knowing Mum was being looked after so well!
Thank you so much for your positive review. We are pleased to hear our respite service allows you peace of mind to enjoy your much-needed breaks!
All the carers were reliable, always very pleasant and helpful, and made me feel very special and gave me confidence on the path to recovery from hip surgery.
Thank you for your positive review, we are delighted your experience with our company has aided your recovery period.
We were impressed with Home Instead staff. They always attended on time and were always friendly and courteous. Most importantly they remembered what was agreed to be done from the previous day. They provided care and 'Peace of Mind' for my wife as she was very worried as to how to deal with my care since my hospital discharge last month.
Thank you for your positive review and delighted that our care was appropriate for your needs and supported your wife during your post-op period.

Meet the Team (7)
Hello, I’m Femi, the owner of Home Instead in Luton & Central Bedfordshire. I have a 22-year background in medical practice, specialising in mental health. My clinical practice over the years has helped forge strong personal and professional values that are in line with Home Instead’s core value of client-centred care.
My personal experience of looking after a parent with dementia, as well as my professional work as a specialist in dementia care, has allowed me to understand the importance of promoting the client’s independence and ability to make choices, even in the face of the odds and challenges they might be facing, as a consequence of poor health.
My experience and values from clinical practice will be brought to bear in providing overarching leadership to the franchise as it continues to further its vision of providing care to the highest standards, in our local communities of Hitchin, Letchworth, Stevenage and surrounding towns and villages.
My aim as Registered Manager is to create a safe, compassionate, and well-led service where clients receive exceptional, personalised care and care pros are supported to thrive, grow, and deliver care they can be proud of - ensuring Home Instead remains a trusted and outstanding provider within the community. I am a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enables people to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. With extensive experience within Home Instead, I bring a deep understanding of the organisation's ethos and the importance of building trusted, meaningful relationships between clients, families, and care pros. I am known for my supportive leadership style, passionate about developing confident, well-trained care pros who feel valued and empowered in their roles. I lead with integrity, professionalism, and empathy, ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards while meeting all regulatory and safeguarding requirements. I also place a strong emphasis on continuity of care, dignity and respect, believing that outstanding care starts with listening and truly understanding each individual's needs, preferences, and life story.
I aim to train and educate you so that you can feel safe, supported and confident when visiting your clients in the local community.
My Why: was my dad. When I was young, every school holiday I used to go to work with him and help. Christmas days were spent at the care home dishing up dinner and giving out presents, whilst my mum was cooking our dinner. It gave me a passion for this industry, which never went away and was always what I was going to do.
To ensure smooth, efficient, and person-centred scheduled that balances the needs of both our clients and Care Professionals. Ensure every client and Care Professional feels valued, respected, and listened to by handling each scheduling interaction with empathy and accuracy. I believe that a well-organised schedule enables us to deliver the best possible care by minimising delays and responding quickly to changes.
The first point of contact for both Care Professionals and Clients is to provide an exceptional service by both listening to and understanding the caller’s needs. To be part of a great team who are compassionate, caring and understanding of each individual client's needs. Knowing that we make a positive difference to our clients and families' lives motivates me in my day-to-day role.
