Over a period of some 18 months the personal care and companionship delivered to my mother (who suffers from Parkinson's and dementia) was of a very high standard and tailored specifically to her. As her needs gradually increased the company was able to respond rapidly and supply extra care providers. Although she has very recently moved to a residential home, there is no doubt that Home Instead allowed her a much improved quality of life whilst still at home.

We are extremely grateful to Debra, Nikki and everyone at Home Instead for the support they gave Mum and for everything they did for our family. We would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead to anyone looking for caring, reliable and professional support for a loved one.

After more than 2 1/2 years with Home Instead, Norwich, we have nothing but praise for the service received from them. The carers are efficient, considerate and caring. My partner has dementia and has been receiving care from Home Instead for several years now. As his needs have grown Home Instead has adapted and increased their care service. We now have a wonderful team of care professionals who provide the kindest and most expert personal care and above all relate to him. as a person, giving friendship and companionship. I recently needed to be away from home and Home Instead was able to provide 24 hour care for him at home,his familiar team giving him seamlessly all the care needed. I was able to relax away from home, but able to check on his progress through Home Insteads special app.

I have been very pleased with Home Instead. It was used by my mother-in-law, who was pleased with their care. My mother was looked after by another group who came at all sorts of times which was not good at all.

Home Insted are a fabulous team, I needed carers to step in as my regular carer was having an operation. I have been so impressed with all of the staff. Their assessment process is superb, I liked that all of the carers met mum prior to starting. The updates on the app were very reassuring. Our carers were all lovely and mum was v happy with the care she received. I'm sure moving forward we will be using them again as mums needs increase. Thank you to all concerned . Highly recommend .

Ashleigh was very friendly homely and willing she could do anything for you and good company. Mamon is a lovely person who is good company whom I enjoy talking to an having a laugh with.

On the whole service we receive is good. However some of our carers are more diligent in their use of time than others if their caring duties are complete they ask if they can help me in any way. The carers we have are always polite and treat my partner, who suffers from dementia, with respect and kindness.

I enjoy my visits the girls are good girls.

My husbands carer works efficiently and sensitively. She is a pleasure to have in our home. Just like a friend she chats away to my husband while washing him.

The care and professionialism offered by Home Instead enabled my late sister to stay in her own home throughout her illness. Great care was taken to match the carers to my sisters needs and personality. The carers went to great lengths to ensure that my sister was comfortable and safe in her own home and provided a superb level of emotional support. As a family we thought that my sister was in safe hands and that we were well informed of any concerns. A big thankyou to the whole team at Home Instead.

At present we only require one hour a week but I am confident that when our needs change and we need more time, this will be provided in the same professional manner which will enable us to remain together in our own home.

My relationships with my carers is a very large part of my life in care and one which I enjoy. Everyone treats my property respectfully, and I in turn try to be a good and generous client in return. Sometimes I think the carers could be treated to a little more consideration from the office staff in the distances they have to drive, otherwise I consider myself to be very fortunate to be within the care of Home Instead.

The app was very good to keep in touch and we had piece of mind how he was.

The only negative comments I have are it was frustrating to have to give 2 full weeks notice to cancel a visit or be charged regardless. So plans always had to be done in advance. Also It would have been nice to have the option of a shorter visit ie 30 minutes.

Home Instead have provided a flexible support package for my sister for the past 2½ years. She had been living on her own but needed increasing help with managing the house and her routine. As time went on her condition deteriorated and she needed a full-time live-in carer who could not only manage the house but also look after my sister's physical and mental needs. Home Instead provided carers who knew what they were doing and were able to provide a caring, professional support for her. I was kept up-to-date with what was going on through the on-line detailed reporting system. The managers are very accessible and we were regularly able to review what was happening and plan for the future. The professional carers who lived in my sister's house were very respectful and developed good personal relationships which helped her to deal with some of the more challenging situations which occurred. I can't praise them enough.
