The care and professionialism offered by Home Instead enabled my late sister to stay in her own home throughout her illness. Great care was taken to match the carers to my sisters needs and personality. The carers went to great lengths to ensure that my sister was comfortable and safe in her own home and provided a superb level of emotional support. As a family we thought that my sister was in safe hands and that we were well informed of any concerns. A big thankyou to the whole team at Home Instead.

Home Instead have provided a flexible support package for my sister for the past 2½ years. She had been living on her own but needed increasing help with managing the house and her routine. As time went on her condition deteriorated and she needed a full-time live-in carer who could not only manage the house but also look after my sister's physical and mental needs. Home Instead provided carers who knew what they were doing and were able to provide a caring, professional support for her. I was kept up-to-date with what was going on through the on-line detailed reporting system. The managers are very accessible and we were regularly able to review what was happening and plan for the future. The professional carers who lived in my sister's house were very respectful and developed good personal relationships which helped her to deal with some of the more challenging situations which occurred. I can't praise them enough.

Home Instead (North Norfolk) took great care to match my father-in-law with a support team who had similar interests/background. He is now able to enjoy local walks and good conversation. My husband and I are relieved to have some support in place so we have all benefitted from the arrangement. I have found Home Instead to be prompt, efficient and friendly when I have contacted them via email or phone. I am not sure how we all managed before we had Home Instead.

Home Instead have been excellent with my mother's care. After my mother was discharged from the hospital without a care package we contacted Home Instead and they have been amazing. The care that they provide is 100%.

Myself and my mum are both very happy and relieved with the care that has been provided for my dad. We are now able to relax more and not worry so much. Both carers that Dad has been assigned are really lovely, warm and caring. We have also found the office staff to be so friendly too and provided us with the support and reassurance we needed. Thank you to everyone as it's a complete team effort and we are delighted to have chosen yourselves to help care for, support and look after Dad.

Home Instead team have provided outstanding care and support since September 2019 for both my parents, enabling both my parents to remain at home. The team have always been so kind and supportive and feel part of the family supporting my dad, especially when Mum died in October 2023 until Dad died in June 2024. Fantastic team, thank you to everyone, you are all stars.

The level of care and support my Mother received from all the Home Instead staff was and is excellent. It has been a huge comfort to me as her daughter and the staff is visiting and keeping an eye on her - thank you for all your support.

Recently Dad was accompanied to the local town twice by care professionals for important medical visits. Thank you to the care team for the support you give Dad!

We had one longer-stay live-in carer, and in my father's last few months a variety of day/overnight carers, who were all professional and competent and treated my Father with warmth and kindness at all times.

Home Instead have formed a very supportive relationship with my aunt and have gone that extra mile to support her when we have asked for help. They are very good at liaising with us and are very organised and responsive. The team have always shown kindness, compassion and understanding to my aunt and have been very good at responding to her needs and enabling her to stay in her own home.

From the start, Home Instead have been sympathetic and professional partners in my Mother’s care. While reluctant to have carers at first, she soon grew to welcome the regular visits and chats. Home Instead were able to flexibly respond to changing requirements and helped Mother remain in her own home. When it really mattered, their response to a Sunday evening emergency was exemplary.

I was very happy with the service provided for my mother by Home Instead (North Norfolk). The organisation from the schedule to the carers themselves was efficient, caring and professional. I could not have wanted better for my mother and would like thank all those involved in looking after her.

Home Instead looked after my Mum on the basis of daily visits for a period of approximately 2 years. We were really impressed with how caring they were. Their staff consistently went the extra mile in looking after Mum and formed a really positive, friendly relationship with her. I would highly recommend them.

I would give the genuine carers high marks but the management sadly gets the lowest possible.

Home Instead have looked after my elderly aunt in Cromer for two and a half hours every day for the past twelve months. My aunt's strongest desire was to remain in her home as long as she could and Home Instead made this possible. At every level of the organisation, they have shown both compassion and professionalism and I don't hesitate in recommending their services to others.

Home Instead initially cared for both my parents then my mother when my father died. All the carers provided an excellent service of care and companionship. The family felt mum and dad were safe in their care and carers often went the extra mile with their care such as cooking a Sunday meal or going on hospital visits . Carers were consistent to enable them to get to know mum and dad well. The agency always answered our queries quickly and efficiently , were available 24/7. The report app provided an excellent way for family to keep up to date with mum and dads care. Grateful thanks to Home Instead for making a challenging time easier especially when we couldn’t see our parents during Covid lockdown.

A reliable, efficient, trustworthy and caring service. I get prompt answers to all my enquiries and I find the care workers and the support team flexible and responsive. I value the genuine consideration shown towards my mother.
