All the carers treated my husband with friendliness, dignity and compassion. They all fitted in well when they were involved at family times. We feel the minimum call time of 1 hour was excessive for a pad change only and 1/2 hour calls could be introduced for clients with long term needs. The bank holiday charges are also high and the financial aspect of the care is our only criticism.
Very satisfied but find it expensive. Would like more help but cannot afford it. All your staff are kind and helpful and do not make me embarrassed when personal care is needed.
Extremely pleased with the care and respect given to my husband especially and myself his wife. Our caregiver is very accommodating and I would certainly recommend your agency to anyone I know who needs help in any way.
