provided. All the carers were excellent, and a delight to get to know. They focused on mum's needs and the daily communication provided me with a full understanding on how she was progressing. After awhile my dad also needed some care which Home Instead provided, at times this was challenging care but all the carers supported mum and dad wonderfully until eventually my parents needs required 24 hour care in a care home. From our father's point of view he has a consistent team who have really got to know him and who care for his needs in a dignified and professional manner enabling him to remain at home for as long as possible and most importantly they make him laugh.

to increase the hours of help, we were accommodated very quickly. We regularly meet with the manager to check if any changes need to be made and that we are happy with the service. We are more than satisfied and grateful to Home Instead for their professionalism and compassion across the board.

a bit of sunshine to mum's days whether it is first thing in the morning or giving her tea in the evenings. The chats, caring, and assistance is second to none. Mum loves their visits. If anytime we needed to make changes to her care package due to extra needs, everything possible was done to achieve this. It is such a caring company and it helps the family with caring for mum.

adaptable and hard working. They have become friends to Mum and myself. The team remains generally stable and any new carers are carefully supervised in their new role.
Management are helpful and sympathetic, any problems are quickly rectified and we have a regular thorough review.
All care is expensive but this care provider represents good value for money in this market.
This care gives Mum the best quality of life available, maintains her independence in her own home and enables me to spend quality time with Mum.

Due to suffering some falls and then breaking a foot, I reluctantly moved Mum into a care home recently but I will always be so grateful to Home Instead (Mid Cornwall) staff and would definitely recommend them as an option for care.

The company believes in and delivers, a small team approach to care with wonderful, reassuring and knowledgeable carers. They really engage with Dad throughout the sessions, but also keep an eye on Mum. The carers were introduced by the manager in person and we always know who is coming in.
The care package has already been tweaked as needs have changed, but the ease of contact with the manager has meant that changes to the level of care are seamless.
