She provides regular reviews where my mum is able to say how she wants any tasks etc added or changed. At last I feel reassured that my mum is able to remain at home with a great team who care for her so well. Disease, shower and dress. They involve him in decisions and encourage him to talk. I particularly like that we have the same staff as consistency and routine are important to my husband. I enjoy the conversations with them too.

The team are usually are the same on Rota every week thus allowing us to build a relationship with them, they are allows cheerful and speak very highly about the company they work for, that is a huge comfort to know they are happy and looked after by their employers.

Fantastic match . I cant recommend Home Instead enough . All staff are highly trained, and the care given is amazing .

She's so much happier and eating and loving the company including playing snakes and ladders. I now don't drive the 75 miles home feeling so guilty. Her house has gone from been eerily quiet to now being full of laughter and chatter and of course cups of tea.

My carer is kind, empathic to my needs . She has taken time to understand my needs and often goes about doing a job without asking but knowing that it is what I needed. The back up to the system is invaluable. Knowing the if your carer cannot attend an appointment another carer will placed with you. They try very hard to make sure that the carer has a similar personality to your own so that the working relationship blends together.
I cannot praise the Home Instead/ Homecare enough. Always on the end of the telephone line if needed.

she had a spell in hospital in July and could only be discharged with a care package of 4 visits a day which they set up at very short notice. My Mum soon formed a close bond with all of the carers and they looked after her with care and compassion in a friendly yet professional way. Nothing was too much trouble and mum, as well as myself, always felt reassured by their presence. The staff in the office were also very friendly and efficient and kept me informed at all times of any changes. They also immediately implemented any changes that I wanted. The App is an excellent way of keeping me up to date about every visit and activity and I thoroughly recommend them.

also managing to keep the house tidy and clean, no mean feat with Dad! All of this is done with such professionalism, kindness and patience, showing great respect and care.
The App is fabulous and helps me to see how Dad is doing each day, enabling me to address any issues but also as a daughter who doesn't live that close to Dad, gives me peace of mind that all is well.
The head office staff always answer the phone and are so helpful. I have changed the hours Dad has a few times over the months to match his needs and they always do their upmost to accommodate me. I have not met a more caring bunch of people than this team of individuals - I'm so grateful I found them!

I don't live nearby to my dad, I still can access what has been carried out etc using the very useful app. It gives a complete run down of all work carried out and raises any concerns the visitor may have. I would certainly recommend Home Instead Beverley & Hull to anyone who requires this type of service.

The carers that visit my mum have been exceptional, particularly her regular carer who shows compassion and kindness and shares just the right amount of stories and humour to brighten my mum's day. It has meant she has more regular assistance with changing her bedding, soaking her feet, doing her nails, washing her hair, and company for her. She is more than happy with them, which obviously makes us very happy & reassured too.
