A carer who brought a crumpet from home to make Eggs Royal (Eggs Benedict but with smoked salmon) including making fresh hollandaise sauce (Amazing). Although just for a short period due to illness which has involved a hospital admission, our friend became more animated than we had seen in some time, spoke with fondness about the carers, who were so caring and concerned (true professionals) and regularly the same carers leading to reassuring continuity. On the morning of our friend's collapse, the carer was a tower of strength but visibly concerned and so supportive to us.
