Home Instead Perth have been providing care to mum for almost three years now and it honestly has been the best decision we've made.

The care professionals are just great. Mum really trusts them as they are always so friendly, capable and work at her pace.

The office team 'behind the scenes' are so helpful too - whenever I speak to them they are so accomodating with any changes that we need to make. It really is reassuring that mum has people like this helping her and I would absolutely recommend Home Instead Perth.

Having changed from my previous provider, home instead have given me hope for a brighter future. They are nothing but supportive helpful and support me in all aspects of life for a better future. My family and friends see such a positive change in me, They have commented I have a new lease of life. Prior to home instead I felt like I had given up. They came in as strangers and now I do not know what I would do without their 5 star care every day.

Mum benefits from an hour a day of service from Home Instead carers. The carers come in the morning and it gives Mum a sense of purpose and anticipation. She is up ready for them arriving and likes to make them toast and coffee, allowing her to keep up these essential skills. Mum enjoys the chat with the caers and they help her with light household chores. Home Instead is keeping my Mum at home, safely and without anxiety. It maybe in the future we need to up the hours to include an evening visit. I will have absolutely no concerns in doing this. I find the central staff very easy to contact and I beleive they keep me well informed as to the day to day running of Mum's care. Thnak you to all staff concerned.

My mother has one carer who visits each morning Monday to Friday and another carer who visits on Saturday and Sunday mornings. I was a little concerned at the start about how my mother would adjust to having a carer. However, both carers are friendly and helpful and very quickly put her at ease. They are doing an excellent job. I would be very happy to recommend Home Instead to anyone in need of care.

I have been able to step back and when I visit now I can actually sit and have time with my son.

The Carers and Administration Staff for the them were excellent. The Carers bonded with the Clients, were sympathetic to their needs, cooked, cleaned, did washing and ironing and above all made friends with them. Cannot speak highly enough of their efforts. Dealing with the Finance Department was a challenge that we could have done without, however, it finally came good in the end.

My sister and I are very happy with the dedication, care, kindness and patience that the Perth team show towards our parents who both have dementia, and can be quite trying at times! We also appreciate the fact that they keep us in the loop and contact us if they have any worries or concerns with mum or dad, or if there is to be any change to the time of the visit or staff availability.

Exemplary care carried out with compassion, dignity and kindness. A very professional team. We have become very fond of them all.

It is a very personalised service and they are always willing to listen and change things as needed. Our care professional is excellent. With her attention to detail, we know our mum is in very safe and caring hands.

Home Instead have been providing companionship visits for my widowed father, who has dementia, for over a year now. As he has dementia he much prefers seeing the same carers regularly and Home Instead has largely succeeded with this noting this isn't easy to achieve. The carers who have attended have all been professional and reliable as well as understanding and caring which is appreciated by my father and the wider family. The carer was wonderful, kind, gentle, and very caring. She was able to calm Mum when she was distressed and she kindly brought art supplies as I told her Mum liked art. My only negative point is that she couldn't drive and Mum likes to go out in the car.

I requested the help of Home Instead to provide companionship visits to my 93-year-old mother, who is sadly now not able to socialise as much as she used to. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely professional, courteous and, above all, focused on providing the best and most appropriate service to suit my mother's needs. Great care was taken to 'match' the right care professional for my mother and the visits have proved to be a great success. The service is very flexible and can be adapted should care needs change. This is extremely important, as circumstances can change very quickly. Information, follow-up and feedback are regularly given and nothing is too much trouble. Their help and support have been exemplary.

All carers are extremely professional and dedicated. They offer great service, very helpful and courteous. They go the extra mile.

All care providers I have met have been very pleasant, willing to meet any request, work efficiently and have good timekeeping. All in all, I am happy with the service. I am kept well informed should there be a change to the service, but this has not been a problem.

My mother and our family are truly grateful to the staff and carers at Home Instead. Home Instead reacted quickly to our need for home care following my mother's discharge from the hospital. Set up was swift and easy and care started immediately. Her regular carers were always on time, cheery and always lovely providing both care and company for my mother. My husband has been receiving care from Home Instead for 8 months after previously having been with 2 other companies. Home Instead, by far, provide the best, and most excellent, level of service. Carers are well-trained, kind, compassionate and give my husband the respect and dignity that anyone could wish for their loved one. The level of care and communication is excellent on every level, from office admin through to care in the home. The app is especially useful to see the notes written by care staff. From day one, everything was explained thoroughly, and every effort made to support my requests. Careful consideration is also given to match up the client with the appropriate carers. Care staff appear to be well-supported which enable them to provide a hugely respectful level of dignified care to meet my husband's many and changing care needs. Carers have also shown me, as my husband's full-time carer, compassion and support when days have been challenging.

We have been receiving care from Home instead for the last few weeks. Previously our friend had home care from another care provider but for the last nine months had been in a care home in Perth. It was her wish to return home and then we were introduced to the Home Instead service, and what a service that has been. Phone calls from one carer when our friend had managed to stand with an aid, great excitement. A carer who brought a crumpet from home to make Eggs Royal (Eggs Benedict but with smoked salmon) including making fresh hollandaise sauce (Amazing). Although just for a short period due to illness which has involved a hospital admission, our friend became more animated than we had seen in some time, spoke with fondness about the carers, who were so caring and concerned (true professionals) and regularly the same carers leading to reassuring continuity. On the morning of our friend's collapse, the carer was a tower of strength but visibly concerned and so supportive to us.
