Following my husband's stay in hospital and continuing poor health I contacted Home Instead and asked if they could help with carers. The office staff were very friendly and helpful and visited to ask what was needed and to answer any questions. The carers who have been coming have been very friendly
and helpful and the office management very accommodating when I wanted to change the regular arrangements for any special occasions.

Following a fall and subsequent hospitlisation, my 87-year-old mother has been receiving daily care from a group of Home Instead carers for the past four months. I have been very, very impressed by the care, attention to detail and constant updating - via the app - of my mother's health, mood and wellbeing.
ALL the carers of the team that visit my mother daily are really kind and empathetic, cheerful and positive. The professional, yet personal, care my mother is receiving gives me such peace of mind, as I live abroad and am unable to visit my mother as often as I would like. Thank you. Thank you very much indeed.

The company is incredible across the organisation. Extremely professional and caring. Nothing is too much trouble and carers are trained to provide a service that demonstrates kindness and patience with the client as well as an understanding of the client's condition. They value the client's choices
and decisions and also those of the carer and ensure that the client is treated with dignity. We are very grateful to have such a caring team. Always so pleasant to deal with, with any queries and potential requirements answered and met. What more can we say!

I am encouraged by the detailed care given to my Mum to help enhance her emotional and social wellbeing.
The visits by excellent carers have given such delight for Mum and she really looks forward to them every week.
The care company are extremely accommodating to the extend that my Mum has been
able to go to church service for the first time in about 5- 6 years. She has been thrilled to worship again and to meet up with her friends.
Liaison with me has also been excellent and empathetic considering the stress of being a 'daughter/carer!.
The app is also easily accessible.

The manager and her team cared for my mother for nearly two years. Just occasionally at first, then twice a day when she needed more care. I was extremely impressed by their dedication to the task. Everyone involved was so loving, that my mother looked forward to seeing them. My mother soon regarded
each one as a friend. The management team were highly professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their flexibility was exemplary. They provided seamless changes to their routine, as and when the need arose. This enabled my mother to live with us for an extended period, without the need to move to a care home.

I can't stress enough how happy we were with the service provided by Home Instead Bridgend. They literally couldn't do enough for my mum in law and kept us informed of everything in terms of her care and general wellbeing. Extremely helpful and empathetic. I highly recommend them.

I cannot thank one staff member in particular and everyone else at Home Instead for the care and comfort they provided for my mother while I was away. It meant I could relax on holiday knowing mum was being looked after. Exceptional service not seen often these days. I would not hesitate to recommend
