Due to bad snow, I didn't think carers would of been able to make it to mom's visit. I had a call from Home Instead office and was told the carer was stuck in snow, but not to worry, she will be there. I was informed by the carer, the managing director and owner had picked up the carers in his own vehicle
and transported the carers to their clients! This is above and beyond. I couldn't ask for a better provider. These are excellent!

Your help from day 1 has been more than ever expected. All the carers really 'care', very friendly, and ready to chat about all sorts, keeping Ray interested.
They, too, have shown concern for me, at one point getting me to a doctor.
So much more than we could have hoped for.

Home Instead have been perfect from day one. All the carers are very thoughtful and skilled in what they do. Consistency of care has been great. My husband and I look forward to seeing them every week. They support me as much as him. I like the fact that they use their initiative and also that they
do any bits of housework needed in any spare time at the end of the visits. Would highly recommend.

My dad needed help with his personal care and Homeinstead was recommended to me. They were so helpful and gave me very good advice. They were very thorough with all aspects of his care and we worked together to provide the best care for my dad. The Manager was always contactable and guided me through
the process professionally and delicately. The staff were always on time to visit my dad, they were friendly and looked after him well. I found the service to be very flexible covering just the days/hours we required. As soon as my dad was admitted to Hospital, due to a fall, they suspended the visits immediately and did not charge. I couldn't have asked for more.

Home Instead have been caring for my severly disbaled wife for the past 3 years. She has now died peacefully at home under their care. They are now providing live-in care for me. I have always found the carers efficient, cheerful and kind. They are incredibly reliable in providing support whenever it

Home Instead looked after my dad for a few months before he went into care and couldn't have been more helpful, caring and professional, in all respects. We, as a family, are so grateful to all the wonderful carers and staff who often went out of their way to take care of dad and also provide support
for mum as well. They both looked forward to the daily visits and became very fond of the carers very quickly.
The admin team were incredible when we needed extra care urgently and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would thoroughly recommend Home Instead to anyone and thank them for everything they did for us.

Because I used Home Instead in 2017 when I had Right Shoulder Surgery I knew it was a brilliant Care Agency. So in August 2025 when I'd been in and out of Hospital for treatments for my poor unstable Blood Results I decided to contact the Agency again. Though it was different Staff than before I know
that the Care expected by the American Owners is of the highest Standard and Quality - so I had every faith in the new Franchise. The Manager and all the Carers that work for her are absolutely wonderful. I have the Carers 3 times every day and the Care is excellent. They are not only very efficient but they are also great company and are very kind and understanding of my needs. They will do literally anything I ask of them from Personal Care, to Meal Preparation, to Housework, to assisting me into my Bed, etc. I am so fond of all of my Carers - and every time I show some improvement they are so pleased and excited for me.
