I am so impressed with this company but especially with the service we have received from their Boldmere Regional Care Manager Lisa. She is very pleasant, efficient, informative and professional. Nothing has been too much trouble. She has put our family at ease and answered all our questions which has
in turn given us great confidence in the company going forwards. Exceptional customer service like this is very rare these days and needs to be recognised.

Home instead (Coventry South) have been providing care and support to my mum for a few months now. She has regular carers and is always introduced to additional carers prior to their visit. The carers treat her with dignity and respect and ensure she is comfortable throughout their visits. Mum required
assistance with personal care, meal/drink preparation and daily support, with tasks around the home. The carers are always cheerful, professional and polite and take time to talk to my mum and listen to her questions and needs. They take an interest in her life and well being and go above and beyond to ensure she is safe and well cared for.
Both manager and care staff keep me informed and updated on mums wellbeing and I would highly recommend their services.

Due to bad snow, I didn't think carers would of been able to make it to mom's visit. I had a call from Home Instead office and was told the carer was stuck in snow, but not to worry, she will be there. I was informed by the carer, the managing director and owner had picked up the carers in his own vehicle
and transported the carers to their clients! This is above and beyond. I couldn't ask for a better provider. These are excellent!

Your help from day 1 has been more than ever expected. All the carers really 'care', very friendly, and ready to chat about all sorts, keeping Ray interested.
They, too, have shown concern for me, at one point getting me to a doctor.
So much more than we could have hoped for.

Home Instead have been perfect from day one. All the carers are very thoughtful and skilled in what they do. Consistency of care has been great. My husband and I look forward to seeing them every week. They support me as much as him. I like the fact that they use their initiative and also that they
do any bits of housework needed in any spare time at the end of the visits. Would highly recommend.

My dad needed help with his personal care and Homeinstead was recommended to me. They were so helpful and gave me very good advice. They were very thorough with all aspects of his care and we worked together to provide the best care for my dad. The Manager was always contactable and guided me through
the process professionally and delicately. The staff were always on time to visit my dad, they were friendly and looked after him well. I found the service to be very flexible covering just the days/hours we required. As soon as my dad was admitted to Hospital, due to a fall, they suspended the visits immediately and did not charge. I couldn't have asked for more.

Home Instead have been caring for my severly disbaled wife for the past 3 years. She has now died peacefully at home under their care. They are now providing live-in care for me.
