I would like to say thank you to all of the hard-working carers and office staff who are helping us as a family to support dad and I would wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional care company.

I would highly recommend Home Instead. From the first phone call to make enquiries the management have been very professional and non judgemental towards the LGBT community. The two carers who provide companionship are very friendly and east going.

Like many families, our independent but increasingly vulnerable mum did not want "people coming into her house" but we persuaded her that she would enjoy the company and she really has. We recently introduced evening visits, which she welcomed without a murmur of resistance. Home Instead check she's had her medication and that food is in date, that her pendant alarm is charged and she has her next meal planned. They go for a walk with her, chat or play games. On good days they make her laugh but they also reassure her when she's not feeling well. They write a little report after each visit, which is invaluable for us, for peace of mind but it also helps us know what to ask mum about. Home Instead did say she wouldn't be without them after a few months and it's definitely the case. They allow mum to be her best self and retain the independence she fiercely guards. We are immensely grateful for all their support at a challenging time.

I cannot recommend Home Instead enough, the care and consideration they have show not only for my mom's needs but also for me has been outstanding. Whenever I have questions or concerns they respond immediately and nothing is too much. Lisa and Kelly have been consistently kind, supportive and understanding. I have been using their services for nearly 2 years to support my mom and I couldn't ask for a more dedicated team.

I was recommended Home Instead by a colleague from work who used them for both her mom and mother in law. I must admit to allow strangers to care for an elderly relative made me very anxious. From the initial enquiry to the home visit the team make you feel very at ease nothing is too much trouble. The ladies that care for my mom feel like extended family, they really are good at matching the client to the right carer. The app is wonderful. On a recent short break away, the ladies were able to keep me informed sending me photos and updates, to reassure me my mom was in good hands. Honestly I don't know what I would do without them. They even run a coffee club once a week which I personally have attended it was Brilliant, coffee cake & singing what more could you ask for !!

I am very impressed with the service. Communication is very good. The service provided is excellent. Introductions of new people joining our team has made a difference to us and helped my husband accept the help easier. My husband goes to the cafe every week with his care professional and really enjoys these outings.

Excellent service in all aspects. Office staff were always friendly and efficient when dealing with any issues I had. All carers were amazing. They treated mum with respect and dignity and ensured she was happy and comfortable. They cared for her personally as well as cooking, cleaning, and generally looking after the house. Their care enabled mum to stay in her own home until the last few weeks of her life. They became friends to both mum and myself. Forever in their debt.

I would like to thank all the staff for the help that they gave Cath and myself during Cath's traumatic time. They were most professional both in their timekeeping and care. Cath had to go into a nursing home as the medical staff told me she probably would not walk again after falling and breaking her hip. Once again, many thanks.

I am so impressed with this company but especially with the service we have received from their Boldmere Regional Care Manager Lisa. She is very pleasant, efficient, informative and professional. Nothing has been too much trouble. She has put our family at ease and answered all our questions which has in turn given us great confidence in the company going forwards. Exceptional customer service like this is very rare these days and needs to be recognised.

Both manager and care staff keep me informed and updated on mums wellbeing and I would highly recommend their services.
