Home Instead (Horsham, Haywards Heath & Burgess Hill) offers an extensive range of home care options to help older people remain living in the home they are familiar with. We, which means my mother and l, have been clients of Home Instead for just over a year now. Even though we have used the minimum of service, as a way of introducing my mother to the concept of home help, we have always experienced a great level of professionalism. From the initial interview through
to current care the level of attention has been outstanding.
What is most important is that l have confidence that if we need to suddenly increase the quantity and level of service, as my mother is 91, it will be actioned with the same attentiveness and my mother will be comfortable with the result. I thank the staff of Home Instead for allowing us to feel that way.

Home Instead Horsham are consummate professionals, and set the benchmark for professionalism, service and care in homecare. From the first conversation, the Office Client Manager and Scheduler were 100% professional, very caring and acted quickly to cover every base, and I mean every base to care
for my Mum. The carers themselves are amazing ladies who know how to care and are 100%, reliable, friendly, professional. They are seasoned professionals who are long term with Home Instead Horsham. They are proactive in reading all situations which come up with care , compassion, and professionalism and firmness as required. The office is always available as required , do regular check-ins with me, administration of schedule and invoicing 100% are spot on . A great team of professionals all round.
Five stars is not enough, I know my Mother is in safe professional compassionate caring hands . Without their assistance my Mum could not stay at home. I should add as the client i live overseas.

Home Instead has been caring for me for nearly 3 years. I really appreciate the fact that they do the housework as well as preparing meals, but they also do so much more. The carers are easy to have around and enable me to continue with my hobbies - listening to and talking about music, discussing the
news and working in the garden. Senior management are very approachable if there are any issues & deal with things promptly.

From initial contact, the team was highly considerate, efficient & patient.
Flexing as soon as possible in response to additional needs as they arose.
The carers who visited were lovely, very capable & punctual.
As part of a blended family, Mum's partner wasn't easy to manage but the team were
very supportive & helpful.
Would highly recommend to any family considering home care.

My mum has used the services of Home Instead Horsham for several years. We can only speak well of them. Mum has had regular carers and in recent years one particular carer who has been so kind to mum and made her feel really safe and secure in her bungalow. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and
she has definitely gone over and above on one or two occasions when mum has been poorly. The office staff are great too and have always been kind and accommodating to our needs. I would definitely recommend the service provided by Home Instead.

We are so pleased with the help from Home Instead. Very efficient set-up process. Friendly, caring, insightful people who made the whole thing so easy. They go the extra mile and genuinely seem to care.
The carer they provided is simply perfect. My mother-in-law sees her more as a companion which
is exactly what we needed. She cleverly doesn’t make her feel like she’s ’taking over’ or bossing her in any way. Which can be a worry. Very thoughtful and takes her out on her visits. To the supermarket or the garden centre or for tea somewhere.
All communication is top-notch. The office checks in regularly with us. Everything is always ‘not a problem’ if you make any request and all visits are punctual.
The weekly report that we can see online is super helpful as well.
Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

I can’t fault the care my mother gets on a daily basis from her two main caregivers, it has taken a lot of pressure off me personally as I know she is in good hands when I’m at work. She knows them well and her face lights up when they come through the door in the morning. They understand her dementia
needs well and it was lovely to recently receive photos of her and her carer playing ballon tennis which simulates her mind and helps with her movement as well. They also provided live-in care last November for ten days to give us respite so we could have our first holiday away in a long time, they reassured and planned well so we were relaxed on holiday knowing Mum was in good hands.

Home Instead have offered ongoing support to my dad for the past 18 months. We all had a very positive experience - a consistent schedule of carers who were supportive and got to know my dad and his needs very well. Because of the consistency of the same carers visiting there was a very seamless approach
which hugely benefitted my dad. My impression was that the carers felt valued members of the team and therefore were well placed to offer my dad good care. There was excellent communication with the admin team and they were able to increase support as my dad needed it.

I have used the services of Home Instead for several years now to help my mother who lives with me and who has Vascular Dementia. She has two, sometimes three, visits daily, and this support is delivered by five different, but regular carers over the course of the week. Each carer brings their own individual
special charm but all are so gentle, caring and professional when visiting. Visits are scheduled in advance so you know exactly when to expect someone and we have the same times and schedule every week which is very important for my mother who responds better when in a routine and has the familiarity of consistent caregivers. When my mother had an unexpected extended stay in hospital Home Instead suspended her care package without question and then quickly helped to reinstate the extra support needed when she was discharged so that she could return home. I always feel supported by Home Instead and cannot imagine how I would cope without them now!

Home Instead has provided an invaluable care service for our dad since his stroke in 2022. His regular carers are wonderful people, they treat him with kindness and dignity and make sure that we are kept informed about their visits via the online portal. Home Instead helped look after my mother for 18 months before she went into a Care Home. All the carers were lovely - kind, thoughtful and patient with mum, who could be difficult at times! It was hard to get carers at weekends sometimes but the weekdays were always covered. Regular reviews were carried
out and any issues were sorted quickly. We particularly appreciated the calm, friendly approach from all staff at a stressful time in our lives.

After a long period in the hospital, followed by months in a reputable, Covid free nursing home, long-term care for the elderly came into question.
Instructively, I felt that I would progress well, with support and encouragement in my home surroundings. Soon I was to discover that Home Instead would
