Having experienced Home Instead's exemplary standard of care in Shoreham-by-Sea, when my parents lived in my home for three years, I was happy to reconnect to supplement the care Mum was receiving in their Extra-Care flat in Horsham. My Dad, who is in his early 90s can now have minimum stress three days of the week, When your wonderful young Home Instead carer visits Mum, on time, and spends an hour giving her personal care in the bathroom and chatting to her afterwards. We can't praise Home Instead highly enough

Home Instead Horsham provided care for my mother for several years before her passing in October '25. In that time I found them helpful and sensible to deal with. The vast majority of the carers who visited were very good, with a reassuring and positive approach. One of my mother's dearest wishes was to not go into a care home. I'm very happy that we safely fulfilled this wish and we could not have done this without the quality of care provided.

If in time her personal needs increase we would not hesitate to adapt the care package to suit her and would be happy to continue to pay for their excellent standard of care.

They are also willing to take an interest in her as a person so that she feels she has a friend who she can rely on for stimulating conversation in addition to her care.

Home Instead keep very strictly to the safety and care rules making sure Clients are well cared for.

What is most important is that l have confidence that if we need to suddenly increase the quantity and level of service, as my mother is 91, it will be actioned with the same attentiveness and my mother will be comfortable with the result. I thank the staff of Home Instead for allowing us to feel that way.

Five stars is not enough, I know my Mother is in safe professional compassionate caring hands . Without their assistance my Mum could not stay at home. I should add as the client i live overseas.

Home Instead has been caring for me for nearly 3 years. I really appreciate the fact that they do the housework as well as preparing meals, but they also do so much more. The carers are easy to have around and enable me to continue with my hobbies - listening to and talking about music, discussing the news and working in the garden. Senior management are very approachable if there are any issues & deal with things promptly.

Care has been put in place to help me cope with demands of running a home when every nights sleep is broken. Just knowing that any jobs I haven't managed will be swiftly and efficiently taken care of is a life changer. The carer quickly built a relationship with my husband which will be vital for when his personal care needs increase.

My mum has used the services of Home Instead Horsham for several years. We can only speak well of them. Mum has had regular carers and in recent years one particular carer who has been so kind to mum and made her feel really safe and secure in her bungalow. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and she has definitely gone over and above on one or two occasions when mum has been poorly. The office staff are great too and have always been kind and accommodating to our needs. I would definitely recommend the service provided by Home Instead.

Home Instead Horsham have provided care for several years for my uncle. We have been completely happy with their service and care during this time. He has had the same carers and been able to build a good relationship with them. The office staff have always been approachable and taken on board any concerns as the care has needed changing over the years.

Service was good and kept to time. Carers were well chosen to match my wife's needs, with just one exception, in a period of around six months and we would recommend your service to others.

I can’t fault the care my mother gets on a daily basis from her two main caregivers, it has taken a lot of pressure off me personally as I know she is in good hands when I’m at work. She knows them well and her face lights up when they come through the door in the morning. They understand her dementia needs well and it was lovely to recently receive photos of her and her carer playing ballon tennis which simulates her mind and helps with her movement as well. They also provided live-in care last November for ten days to give us respite so we could have our first holiday away in a long time, they reassured and planned well so we were relaxed on holiday knowing Mum was in good hands.

Home Instead have offered ongoing support to my dad for the past 18 months. We all had a very positive experience - a consistent schedule of carers who were supportive and got to know my dad and his needs very well. Because of the consistency of the same carers visiting there was a very seamless approach which hugely benefitted my dad. My impression was that the carers felt valued members of the team and therefore were well placed to offer my dad good care. There was excellent communication with the admin team and they were able to increase support as my dad needed it.
