Home Instead (Horsham, Haywards Heath & Burgess Hill) cared for my dad for five years at home. Throughout this they gave him incredible support allowing him to maintain his independence and live happily at home until he was nearly 99! It provided me with peace of mind that he was being very well cared
for at every visit, and that the carers built a wonderful relationship with him so he looked forward to their visits. As a company, the team were really easy to deal with, and gave me as a daughter amazing support too. Particularly at times such as when Dad returned home from hospital stays. I would highly recommend this service and have done already to several friends for their family members. Huge thank you to the whole team at Home Instead (Horsham, Haywards Heath & Burgess Hill).

We met with Home Instead (Horsham, Haywards Heath & Burgess Hill) in May as we were looking for daily care for my mum. We had secured an Attendance Allowance and I started researching local agencies.
The minute we met the staff member we felt complete trust in her skills and expertise, and confidence
in what the agency could offer.
She was able to see the need and suggest an affordable package that would suit and benefit my mum.
Nothing is too much trouble, the daily account that her staff maintain of their visits is wonderful.
Mum really enjoys her visits, it has put purpose into her day and given her the company she craves and needs.
Our time with Home Instead has been brought to a close but only because we have secured a place in Assisted Living.
Thank you so much to everyone that met and that helped with mums care. You really not only helped Mum but also helped us as a family so that we could continue to work and carry on with our lives too.
Would thoroughly recommend - look no further.

Home Instead have provided an excellent service, from their initial consultation with the family, to caring for my relative at home. This has not been an easy task, as often carers have been met with both challenging and difficult behaviour by my relative. At all times, carers and the rest of the team
have managed the situation with care and consideration. The administration team at Home Instead Horsham are extremely professional and maintain regular contact both by email and telephone, very important when a client’s safety could be compromised. I would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to anyone looking for experienced and professional staff for their loved one.

I have been so pleased and grateful for the care and personal attention given to my friend. When I first met his carer, she came across as genuine and caring; this has proved to be the case for the whole company, and they take him to the doctors, keep his cottage clean and even make a sign to remind
him that his new down stars loo is now working and available.
I would happily recommend them.

They were exceptional in their response to our request for urgent help. We went from never having used their services to using them each weekday when my mother came out of hospital following an emergency admission. They were calm, professional, helpful and above all caring, not just for my parents but
for our whole family.
They have since become invaluable to us all. I cannot praise them enough.

We have used carers from the above agency for the last 22 months. The agency came highly recommended by 3 friends/neighbours. The standard of care given is excellent and have never varied. The carers approach the client who has Alzheimer's with great sensitivity and thoughtfulness. They also show interest
and concern as to how I am coping- the live-in carer. The client is cared for as a person- every aspect of her well being comes within the scope of the service they deliver.

My mother was cared for by brilliant carers who fully respected her dignity right up until the evening before she died. With their help my mother was able to remain in her home which is what she wanted. They were always cheerful and made sure that they also asked how my father was each day. If they
were concerned about anything they would contact the office immediately and those concerns were quickly acted on.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this Care Provider.
