Home Instead (Enfield)

Maria, and sometimes Hayley or Nasra, provide care and companionship to my 96 year old mum for 1 hour, 3 mornings a week. We are always informed in advance if her main carer Maria will be away. All 3 are caring, conscientious, and look after mum so well. They never mind listening to her stories of her childhood, no matter how many times she repeats them, and looking at her photos. I have the comfort of knowing that she is being checked on, having her medication, being given her breakfast, and having a good chat to someone on the days I can't get there. Worth every penny.

My mum is very happy with Home Instead. Mum has carers coming 5 times a day. They come on time and look after mum well. All the carers are lovely people. We have tried other care companies but this one for us is the best. You can call them anytime and someone will always answer the phone. Thank you

Home Instead have been supporting my Father now with twice weekly personal care for 5 months. The care he has received from both carers has been outstanding. They are both professional and caring and he looks forward to their visits. One of our requests when starting our journey into home care was that the Home Instead would keep to the same regular carers, which they have done so without fail. Kelly and Alma are wonderful carers and I would highly recommend them to others who require assistance as home.

We used Home Instead to help my husband get out of the house a couple of times a week after an illness. The carers he had were supportive and professional and did their best to help him get back to his normal life.

I found the Home Instead staff to be very caring and efficient in assessing and putting in place a care package for my friend Peter. They carefully explained everything and introduced the care staff to him before their visits started.

From the start the agency staff were helpful and professional. My friend was unsure he needed assistance and was reluctant however the Staff member was very professional when doing the assessment and explained everything and what services were on offer. She took time to get to know my Elderly friend and this was appreciated. Unfortunately he only had Care package and staff come in for a short time because he went to hospital and then a Care Home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my Local agency (Enfield).

Home Instead staff and care services were excellent, and would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance. The staff were very professional, always on time and were interactively engaged. Management was responsive and effective too.

My nan was very well taken care of at Hone instead Enfield. They put her needs first with comforting her, doing her nails, brushing her hair, sitting, feeding, cleaning and waiting for her to fall asleep. I would recommend them to anybody and use them again if I need to. Thank you so much.

Home Instead carers provided great support to our mother during a difficult time for her. We are grateful as family that they were there for her and also appreciated the flexibility which their office colleagues provided when her scheduling needed it.

I can't fault the care and attention my gran received. The office was helpful in queries and the carers were very attentive to my grans needs. They helped with putting on cream, washing, helping her sleep. I would use them again.

All carers are very kind and look after our mum well. Her favourite is Ayten. She looks forward to them coming.

I cannot thank the team at Home Instead Enfield enough. I had a stroke 2 weeks ago, and they have been incredible in helping me get back on my feet literally. The carers are extremely well trained and managed to ensure care needs are met. They are all so kind and caring, and their visits are the highlight of my day. I feel safe in their hands, and it is of great comfort to know I can rely on them 100%.

Their on-call service was a real lifeline, especially during weekends when we needed urgent advice or assistance. They were always there when we needed them.

The Home Instead Enfield team were fantastic, we were in a very difficult situation and they were able to arrange carers to come in on just one day's notice. The manager was great, she was sensitive throughout, receptive to the changes we needed as the situation developed, quick to respond to calls and messages, and overall took a huge weight off all our minds. The team who came in were kind and thoughtful, responsive to our friend's requests and proactive in the care they provided.
