In summary, I have been overwhelmingly impressed by every aspect of the service offering from Home Instead Stoke Newington, Leyton, and Wanstead. They have been very quick to adapt to new needs from my uncle, including a change of frequency, duration, and location of visits with no fuss and pro-active management to ensure a seamless and caring provision for my uncle. They have expanded their services from a 3 times a week visit for a chat and check-in service, to alerting emergency staff, re-arranging schedules to ensure he receives the right care, shopping, and visiting him in hospital. The carers write very helpful notes in the app which is completed after each and every visit which gives me huge peace of mind as I live a long way from my uncle. The carers, the office staff, and the management team have all been exceptional in my experience and I really can't recommend them highly enough! Keep up the amazing work :)

We've been really impressed with everything, from the carer themselves to the responsiveness from the team. The feeling that the team genuinely cares for my mum at such a difficult time makes me feel really thankful that we found them. They made the whole process a lot less scary. Highly recommend.

I am not in the habit of writing words that I don't mean and do not benefit by doing so, but it is important to me that the people who look after my father be recognised for the good work they do. From the carers themselves, to the manager and all the staff I've spoken too. Keep it up!

My brother-in-law lives alone and suffers from OCD. In spite of obsessive hand washing, his home had become unhygienic to a point that was detrimental to his health. Home Instead staff have sensitively navigated his concerns and are now able to visit twice a week to maintain order. Things are so much improved that he is considering inviting visitors, which would have been unthinkable a year ago.

Mum's care services contribute to my mother's ever more precarious happiness. She has found a way to my mother's heart and mind, despite mummy's deteriorating health. I recommend her services wholeheartedly.

We had a really positive experience with this care agency. We ask them to match carers to my mum's personality type, with experience of Dementia and meet other care needs along with consistency of staff. The quality of the 2 carers supplied was outstanding. They built a real and meaningful relationship with my mum and provided excellent care. The office and care coordination was also 5 stars! Home Instead have looked after my brother-in-law for around two years. The carers have been so kind and considerate towards him and cared for him with love and careful attention. I have got to know a number of them personally and they are all lovely. The managers have been very helpful to the family - they have helped us navigate the complexities of the care system - contacting the GP, the district nurse and other services. We are an articulate capable family but it’s been great having Home Instead on our side! We have really felt like we are in a team supporting him to live at home. They are scrupulous around the giving of medication and supporting him with dignity. We are sad that he is no longer able to live at home but very grateful to Home Instead for enabling him to do so for so long.

The care that has been provided for my father over the last two years has been outstanding. The care professionals have all been extremely kind, compassionate and highly competent and have supported my father with every aspect of his care. The manager has also been brilliant and has gone above and beyond to support many aspects of my father's complex care needs. Quite simply, Home Instead provide excellent care and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The care service provided by Home Instead has been excellent. We have had a carer for the last 3 months and this has been totally reliable. This has allowed me to undertake other necessary jobs such as calls and administration at home. Our carer was always pleasant and warm, easy to chat to and adaptable. My husband did not need physical help but some friendly company to pass the time and reassurance as to where I was. This was provided perfectly, thank you.

The carers visited my mother for 1 and a half years, she started with a carer in the evening and went on to have a carer in the morning and evening. Homecare also took my mother to her monthly hospital appointments, picked up her prescriptions and took her shopping.

An excellent service. Myself and all the family involved with my uncle have been fully informed with the daily reports. My uncle has developed in your care, as he is being fed and his medication is being given to him regularly. We have introduced some changes but these have not phased the carers and they have suggested some things too. We are so pleased that everything has gone so well. Thank you.
