I don't think there is enough room to write here what a difference Home Instead have made to my Grannie who is 102! She was initially very reluctant to have any help as she is very independent but after having another fall and breaking her second hip, even she accepted she 'might' need some help.

We were allocated a particular member of staff and in my Grannie's words 'it has been life changing.' We only have 2 x 1 hr per week, but in that short time this staff member helps Grannie with the jobs she can't manage, helps her bath and makes her some food. Grannie was worried about finding jobs for her to do, but she is so proactive and just seems to know what would be of most help which is exactly what we needed. She never talks down to her or takes over, she is extremely kind and thoughtful and a 'joy to have in the house.'
Grannie actively looks forward to her visits and it has brought me great peace of mind knowing someone as competent as this staff member is there. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Instead

Overall Experience

On recommendation from our daughter-in-law whose mother had care from Home Instead in another email, we contacted Home Instead in Cannock as my husband has dementia. Although the care he requires at the moment is minimal we thought it would be a good idea for him to get to know the person/people who

will be helping him in the time to come. We have found the assistance and support we have received in the past six weeks a great help to both of us and also providing much reassurance for the future. Admin staff have been efficient, helpful and again reassuring in every way. Our care professional is very friendly, reliable, ready to help in any way and altogether a lovely lady. We look forward to her visits.
We would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

Overall Experience

We selected Home Instead on the recommendation of a neighbour around three months ago. During the last months, my parent's care requirements have changed considerably and have also included night-time attendance. The quality of care provided has been excellent throughout and I don't know what we would

have done without the flexibility and understanding of all Home Instead carers. In particular, I would like to thank Kemal for going the extra mile and always being there to offer support. I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead to anyone seeking caring assistance.

Overall Experience

We have been using Home Instead Cannock for 8 months now for a daily visit to my elderly parents. The quality of service and care has been brilliant. From the first time they set foot inside my parents’ home, they were polite, friendly and caring. The service works hard to provide regular carers who

have got to know my parents well, and they are diligent in their duties. My parents enjoy the company and the peace of mind that comes with these regular visits. As their daughter, I like looking at the app to see how the daily visit has gone, and have found Home Instead easy to communicate with, on the whole. When there has been a delay or small issue, this has been quickly resolved by the team.
I wholeheartedly recommend their service.

Home Instead have been with our family, providing care for Mum for 15 months.
The standard of care that they provide is second to none. The small team of care professionals that look after her know her inside out, when she is anxious or worried, her funny little habits and exactly how she likes her

hot chocolate and toast they really have become part of her family, providing care and support with dignity, professionalism and kindness.
From her small team of care professionals to the office support staff, they really are the 'A Team'!

Overall Experience

We have used Home Instead daily for the personal care of our mother for over 10 years, originally for her disability but now alongside her dementia.
The care Mum receives is highly professional. All the caregivers are kind, friendly, patient and reliable. Reviews and updates regarding her care are

regular, ensuring continuity.
Finding a care company that you can trust can be daunting. We can highly recommend Home Instead!

We have found Home Instead to be very approachable and reliable since commissioning care support for our mother.

Overall Experience

I am so pleased with the care that my mom gets from Home Instead Cannock. In the beginning, Mom was very reluctant to have anyone in her home to assist her. Now she often will wait at the window for them to arrive. I feel totally comfortable and able to relax knowing mom has someone attend her home,

who she likes, feels safe with and genuinely cares for her but most importantly she is always laughing and telling me what a great time she has had.
All the members of staff are great, the office staff are very accommodating with changes that I regularly make and communication is 5 star. There have been lots of little things that have done by various members of the team that have proved I made the right choice and would definitely recommend.

Overall Experience

Due to my own worsening mobility, I was finding it difficult to manage my husband's personal care. When I saw an advert for Home Instead I thought it sounded different from other companies. My husband was very reluctant that anyone other than myself should carry out his personal care but after the first

week, he not only accepted it was necessary but was happy with the care. Since then we have been introduced to 3 or 4 regular carers who are all friendly, caring and professional. My husband now looks forward to their visits, not only for their care but for their companionship too. I appreciate the regular and punctual calls so I know exactly what time they will arrive. The office staff are also friendly and efficient and keep me informed if a carer maybe even a few minutes late. Extra calls have been provided if I’ve requested to. My husband and I are very happy with the service and fully recommend Home Instead.

I am extremely pleased with the exceptional service provided by Home Instead (Cannock). They have set an exemplary standard for all care providers.
Initially, my parents were hesitant to receive help from carers for my 89-year-old mother, but now they eagerly await their visits. Both my parents feel

comfortable and relaxed when the carers are in their home. The carers are always cheerful and brighten up their day.
The office staff are accommodating and pleasant, and communication is excellent.
Everyone at this company does their absolute best for their clients and their families. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for assistance for their loved ones.

My sister and I would like to thank the lovely group of ladies who care for Mom. They are all amazing patient and so professional. we would like to welcome Julie Grant to Mom's team, this lady has fitted in so well and added lots of laughter care and kindness into our parent's home. As someone new to

Yet another example of amazing care professionals at Home Instead Cannock. My mother has not been feeling well this week. The care professional who has visited her each day has been just wonderful in adapting the routine to ensure my mother has everything she needs. All done with such kindness and care.

I cannot fault the care that the team provided to my dad over the last 3 years. They went above and beyond, you could tell they really cared about Dad and that this was far more than simply a job. Very helpful at the outset when we were concerned about obtaining the best care for my father. Addressed all my concerns and left me confident that they could provide the service we needed. This confidence was not misplaced. All the care staff were kind, helpful, entered into in friendly banter with

This is an exceptional company. They are always professional and helpful. Recently they very quickly increased the care after my relative broke her arm. They pulled out all the stops to help keep her supported at home. We were struggling and they definitely came to our rescue. My relative feels like

the carers are her friends and they always have time for her. Nothing is too much trouble. Can’t praise them highly enough. Definitely five stars and more. A big thank you!

Overall Experience

I engaged Home Instead to provide support for my 99-year-old great aunt who had been extremely resistant to the idea. After a great deal of research and copious amounts of CQC reports, it was clear that Home Instead stood head and shoulders above the rest.
Home Instead has not disappointed. The care

professionals quickly endeared themselves to my aunt, consistently showing the utmost kindness and caring. After just a few weeks her health improved dramatically with good nutrition and hydration. Such is the improvement in her life that she now frequently thanks me for convincing her to bring in the “A-Team”!
For my part, in my experience, first-class support and high standards for the elderly and vulnerable start with the top management of any company which offers this service and the standards and goals of the management in this Company are outstanding. The office staff are friendly, professional and quick to respond. It has been a total joy to see the sparkle return to her eyes!
