We decided to use the services of Home Instead to help facilitate our father remaining in his own home when he needed assistance with things such as meals, cleaning and personal hygiene etc. The staff were helpful and treated our father with the respect and dignity he deserved. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend to others.

The service has been unfailingly reliable, helpful and flexible. The carers have been most understanding, gentle and kind, attentive to her needs and as much friends as carers. Their visits have not only been of practical help but supportive of her as a person, and not just as a patient. They have been a breath of fresh air for a housebound lady who has looked forward to their visits. Without exception, the carers have been most professional in their work and we have been most grateful to all of them, for love given, as well as help. The office staff have always been supportive, readily available and answer calls. So a heartfelt thank you to them all.

We have been extremely grateful for Home Instead's help and support for my 95-year-old mother who suffers from mixed type dementia and is hard of hearing. Home Instead have ensured that Mum has maintained her routines and given us the assurance that she has regular meals. The companionship, particularly in these difficult months, has been of the utmost value. Daily notifications from the app have been detailed and reassuring. We have been unable to have a face-to-face review because of the pandemic, but have been impressed by the response of the team, in conducting phone reviews and applying the solutions agreed.

Home Instead are a fantastic home care company. Their staff are all kind, respectful, considerate, well trained and responsive. Both in the office and the caregivers themselves. They deal with any issues with regards to alterations to care needed quickly and effectively. Their communication is excellent. They are well led and managed, and think outside the box when problems arise. It is possible for family to view the details of every care visit straight afterwards on an app, so you are aware of exactly how your relative is doing. Any concerns during a visit are also relayed by telephone, so you always feel fully informed. I would happily recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for care, or to relatives who need care for a loved one. They will be looked after in an exemplary way.

Excellent care received by my aunt from a team of dedicated staff who went above and beyond their remit at times.
My mom thinks all of the carers are lovely and enjoys their company. She doesn't really like it when the office staff get her up in the mornings. She prefers her regular carers.

Although we appreciate it is always preferable for your Mum's CAREGivers to visit, our Senior team all know your Mum really well and only visit in the case of holiday cover or absences so that your Mum always receives a visit from someone who she knows.

The Home Instead team have been attentive and kind in many situations that have occurred. Showing thoughtful suggestions in approach, other services that were required to make me safe and comfortable. We have met a good team who endeavour continuity.
They are not just carers, they are friends who really care about their clients and demonstrate this on a weekly basis with chats, singing and a joke or two.
The phone app they provide to keep me in the loop regarding daily visit reports is extremely beneficial and reassuring as I travel and work away from home.

Staff were always considerate and helpful with my relative and she (very much) looked forward to their visits. During a lengthy period in hospital she still continued to receive her daily visits, the staff went the extra mile to care for her for which our family are very grateful. The manager accompanied our family to a hospital meeting and was knowledgeable and very supportive.
The service is very reliable and adaptable to needs. Whenever a change of time and or caregiver is needed we are informed as quickly as possible. The caregivers are all competent, friendly and well trained.
Recently Dad's health deteriorated very suddenly and the manager and her team were wonderful. They came in to help and support Dad at just a few hours notice and have recently been caring for him three times a day whilst he awaits a move to a residential home next week. We truly don't know what we would have done without them as all of his family live a long way away.
Our family will always be indebted to the Home Instead team and recommend them to anyone seeking care.

My wife and I have been receiving help from Home Instead Senior Care (Cannock) for more than two years. My wife suffers from severe dementia but is physically fit. Carers come twice a week to take her for a walk. I am not very able to walk a lot myself so this serves the dual purpose of getting experience for my wife and giving me a chance to do other things. I have found all personnel connected to Home Instead Senior Care (Cannock) to be thoroughly professional, caring people and I would recommend without reservation.
I have found my Home Instead visitor to be caring, chatty and helpful. She often makes me a cup of tea and I help her with her knitting. She is always on time and I enjoy and look forward to her weekly visit very much.

Peta is a Registered Nurse and has worked in community settings with the elderly frail since 1998. Peta is passionate about providing quality care and is very proud to be running an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated service in Cannock and surrounding areas.
Alison has worked in care for many years in a variety of settings and has recently joined the Home Instead team at Cannock as a Care Manager and Registered Manager
Tiegan is our Recruiter for hourly and Live-In Care and also schedules calls.
Kerry deals with all our invoicing and payroll.
Carla is an experienced care professional and supervisor and covers the Burntwood and Rugeley area
Sarah is an experienced manager and care professional. Sarah covers the Great Wyrley and Penkridge area
Vee is our newest addition to the team and joins us to lead the team across the Cannock and Hednesford area
Abby joined us at the beginning of the year and has worked for global companies previously. Abby supports with recruitment and administration responsibilities.
