Amazing support and care provided. Which has enabled me to continue working, with the knowledge that my mother is safe and being cared for. I would also say the carers are lovely to talk to and have provided plenty of reassurance and helpful advice.

With as they are very personable and understanding. The carer they placed with us for my mother was a very lovely and caring lady. I believe that these are qualities that Homeinstead look for in their carers which makes myself and my mother feel at ease.

The Home Instead carers provide a befriending service to my elderly mother but quite frequently go above and beyond. Because of her early stage dementia, my mother isn't always the easiest person to get on with but I'm kept up to date with any developments or concerns raised by the carers which I can then follow up. It's a comfort to know I can call the office for advice or to keep them in the loop.

All in all a great service.

We have nothing but high praise for all the staff at Home instead. We were recommended by a person who works in the care profession. The management team are so very helpful nothing is too much trouble. The staff outstanding and look after my wife very well.

I find the office great to deal with and the carers of excellent quality. They're kind, competent and reliable. Such a relief to have them helping to care for Mum and Dad. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Carers are always punctual,respectful and allow my mum to maintain as much independence as possible. The carers are all familiar to her. We know exactly who is visiting in advance ,which allows me to write their name on my Mums whiteboard even though its the same,regular carers.

Excellent service over a 2 year period. Always on time or close to this. Friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Very kind to my wife and helped in ways which were possibly above and beyond our expectations.

Home Instead has provided an excellent, 100% reliable service to my mum for the past year. The carers are very good, but also the office staff who are always available, answer queries promptly and also highlight and follow up any issues (medical or otherwise) to family so that we are all always fully in the loop regarding care.

I cannot see I time when they will not be part of our lives going forward and I will probably need them.

Friendly and caring but professional service - always ready to discuss needs or issues and make practical and pragmatic suggestions. Although our need was only for a few months, I would heartily recommend them to anyone.
